Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of competency and work discipline on the work performance of employees at the Bima Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population of state civil servants at the Bima Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service is 34 ASN. The sample in this study was 34 employees with ASN status with a sampling technique using total sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between competency and work discipline on the work performance of ASN employees at the Bima Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training related to the manufacture of various flavored fried onions for the community, especially housewives in Donggobolo Village, Woha District, Bima Regency and to find out the response of housewives in Donggobolo Village to training in making packaged fried onions. The method of this community service activity uses the lecture method, demonstration, question and answer method and exercises in the manufacture and processing of fried onions. This training involved members of the Real Work Lecture students who were accompanied by assistant lecturers from the Management Study Program and housewives in Donggobolo Village. There are results from training on making fried onions of various flavors conducted by housewives in Donggobolo Village, namely (1) the results of the evaluation of processed fried onions made by training participants are generally in the good category with an average success of 75%, (2) The response from housewives to the implementation of the training on making fried onions was very enthusiastic, seen from the attendance reaching 90% and participating in the activity from beginning to end.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya kontribusi budaya organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Bima. Instrument pada penelitian ini berupa angket atau kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 49 orang pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Bima. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, koefisien korelasi, uji T dan uji F dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa variabel variabel budaya organisasi nilai t hitung sebesar 3,127 dan variabel kompetensi 2,913 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi  di terima, dan variabel Kopetensi di terima . Nilai uji f didapatkan sebesar 49,148 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama mmeberikan kontriusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Bima.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk bakti sosial yang dilakukan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Bima dapat memberikan manfaat yang luar biasa kepada masyarakat di kelurahan Sarae khususnya pembagian sembako bagi Masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Adapun tujuan diselenggarakannya kegiatan tersebut merupakan bagian dari rangkaian Dies Natalis Stie Bima Ke-23 tahun dengan tema Stie Bima nerbagi dan termasuk tahapan untuk menyelesaikan masalah ekonomi yang terjadi di Masyarakat yang kurang mampu dengan membagikan berupa bingkisan sembako sebanyak 200 paket sembako yang tersebar di beberapa rumah tangga (RT) di seputaran kelurahan Sarae yang dimana berdekatan langsung dengan lokasi kampus tersebut. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat menjalin tali silahturahmi antar sesama sehinga akan membangun keakraban antara Masyarakat dengan seluruh civitas akademika Stie Bima. Sasaran dari kegiatan pembagian sembako ini dinilai telah tercapai untuk meringankan masyarakat yang kurang mampu khususnya di wilayah seputar kelurahan Sarae Kota Bima dengan harapan dapat membantu pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the coastal community's economy through the diversification of shrimp cracker products in Punti Village, Soromandi District, Bima Regency. The method used is a participatory approach involving training, assistance, and product innovation. The results of the activities show that product diversification—such as spicy shrimp crackers, mini shrimp crackers, and premium-packaged shrimp crackers—can increase both market value and market reach. The community has begun to demonstrate independence in production and marketing. Through a collaborative and innovative approach, product diversification has proven effective as a strategy for strengthening the local economy

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Workload and communication on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City. The type of research that will be used in this study is Associative research using quantitative data from primary data sources. The instrument in this study used a Likert scale questionnaire sheet with a population of 48 employees consisting of 27 civil servants, 3 PPPK, 14 Regional Honorary employees and 4 voluntary honorary employees. The sample in the study was 30 employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City consisting of 27 civil servants and 3 PPPK. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method. Data in this research were collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study, then the data obtained were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests with SPSS version 26 help. The results of the study show that employee workload and employee work communication have a significant effect on employee work performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Bima City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi, dan inovasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMA Negeri 2 Woha. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian asosiatif. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 39 orang responden. Istrumen penelitianyang di gunakan yaitu kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda . hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai t-hitung kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) =  0,884 nilai t-hitung komunikasi (X2)= 12.414 dan t-hitung inovasi (X3)= -1.290 dengan rumus df=n-k-1= 39-3-1=35 dan pengujian dilakukan dengansignifikan level 5% (a=0,05) sehingga di peroleh nilai t-tabel  1.689 , maka H1 ditolak ,H2 diterima dan  H3 ditolak artinya kepemiminan transformasional dan inovasi tidak berpengaaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di sma negri 2 woha sedangkan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMA Negeri 2 Woha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kompetesi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Woha Kabupaten Bima. Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 guru dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 35 guru ASN di SMP Negeri 2 Woha Kabupaten Bima dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, kuesioner dan studi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan spss versi 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial kompetensi terhadap komitmen kerja guru,  terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen kerja guru, terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen kerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Woha Kabupaten Bima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teamwork (kerjasama tim) komunikasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatka dan Statistik Kota Bima. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 72 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling sejumlah 32 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya disiplin kerja yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun secara simultan teamwork (kerjasama tim), komunikasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Kota Bima.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work ability on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Marine and Fisheries of Bima Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative type of study. The population consisted of 67 employees, and a sample of 38 civil servants was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The validity and reliability tests confirmed that all items were valid and reliable. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work ability also shows a positive and significant impact. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.967, meaning that 96.7% of job satisfaction variation is explained by motivation and work ability. These findings confirm that enhancing employee motivation and competence is a strategic factor in improving job satisfaction and performance in public sector organizations.
