Abstract

This research seeks to explore the impact of marketing tactics, Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WoM), and product excellence on consumer buying intentions at PT Fentura Windows Asia Semarang. A quantitative methodology was implemented, involving over 96 participants chosen through purposeful and incidental sampling methods. Data was gathered using a closed-ended survey featuring a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed via multiple linear regression to assess the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings indicate that marketing tactics exert a positive yet insignificant effect on buying intentions, suggesting the necessity for more creative and effective promotional methods. Conversely, E-WoM and product excellence demonstrate positive and significant impacts on consumer buying intentions, underscoring the crucial role of online reviews and product perceptions in shaping purchasing choices. Collectively, these three elements account for 32.1% of buying intentions, leaving a substantial 67.9% influenced by additional factors not covered in this study. In light of these results, the research advocates for companies to refine digital marketing strategies, improve product quality, and strategically manage E-WoM through customer reviews on digital platforms. The practical implications emphasize the importance of a cohesive strategy integrating marketing tactics, E-WoM, and product excellence to enhance competitiveness and cultivate lasting customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1). To determine and explain the influence of financial knowledge on family financial management behavior, 2). To determine and explain the influence of financial attitudes on family financial management behavior, 3). To determine and explain the influence of financial knowledge and financial attitudes on family financial management behavior. The population in this study were residents of Kaligangsa Kulon Village, Brebes District, Brebes Regency who were 17 years old and over and totaled 5879 people. The study was conducted based on probability sampling techniques, simple random sampling. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1). Financial knowledge does not affect family financial management behavior, 2). Financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on family financial management behavior, 3). Financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on family financial management behavior.

Abstract

Organizations, companies or government agencies basically need individuals who are capable and have high competence in creating success for an organization. Success in achieving goals depends on choosing goals to be achieved by using resources to achieve organizational goals in accordance with what is expected. The objectives of this research include: 1). The influence of work discipline on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 2). The influence of work motivation on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 3). What is the influence of work discipline and work motivation together on the work of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive format aimed at explaining and summarizing various conditions, various situations, or various variables that arise in society which is the object of the research based on what is happening. The research method used in this research is the survey method. This research uses samples from the entire research population at the Pati Regency National and Political Unity Agency office. Meanwhile, data collection is through a questionnaire that uses a design from a quantitative description survey method to describe various conditions or variables that are the object and focus of research in real terms. The results in this research include: 1). Work discipline (X1), has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 2). Work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 3). Work discipline and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location, school quality, and promotion on student decisions. The population in this study were all 10th grade students of SMK Mataram Semarang from 4 majors, namely culinary, fashion, hospitality, and automotive. Of the 220 students, the researchers required 146 students as a sample using the solvency formula.The results of this study can be concluded that: Location has no significant positive effect on student decisions, school quality has a significant positive effect on student decisions, and Promotion has a significant positive effect on student decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of role conflict and work stress on employee performance, the population in this study were employees of the sewing department of PT Glory Industrial Semarang II, the study respondents consisted of 96 employees. Research data obtained from the results of questionnaires. The equation model is processed with the SPSS application, the results of the study can be concluded that: a) Role conflict positive and non-significant effect on employee performance, b) Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, c) Simultaneous role and work stress conflict have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Increasingly tight business competition, the performance of Human Resources owned by employees is required to continue to improve, in order to create human resources as assets whose productivity must be increased, to achieve this, the company must be able to create conditions that can encourage and enable comfort to develop and improve the abilities and skills they have optimally, one of the efforts that can be taken by the company to achieve these conditions is by providing incentives and a good work environment. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of incentives and work environment on employee performance at PT Pentasari Pranakarya Semarang, which is located at Jl. Tambakaji I, No.1, Tambakaji Village, Ngaliyan District, Semarang City. The variables studied are the independent variables consisting of incentives and work environment. The dependent variable is employee performance. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or census, namely taking the entire population as a sample, as many as 182 employees. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, then the respondents' answers are scored using a Likert scale. The data analysis used in this method is multiple linear regression. The research results can be concluded that: 1). Incentives do not have a significant effect on the performance of PT Pentasari Pranakarya employees, 2). The work environment does not have a significant effect on the performance of PT Pentasari Pranakarya employees. 3). Incentives and work environment together have no effect on the performance of PT Pentasari Pranakarya employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to conduct an empirical test of the effect between profitability and liquidity on capital structure. The object of research is conducted on companies that have gone public and are included in the Manufacturing industry. Retrieval of data using a combination of methods by firm and by years, and obtained 589 data. The test results prove that partially, profitability and liquidity have a negative and significant effect on capital structure. Suggestions that can be recommended for academics can be used as a reference as the development of testing of pecking order theory. For the parties in the managerial level of the company, they become the guidelines in making decisions in preparing their capital structure. For potential investors and investors, the results of this study can be used as a material consideration from the fundamental aspects of investment decision making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di CV. Mitra Sejati Foamindo Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang melakukan pembelian produk di CV. Mitra Sejati Foamindo Semarang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 96 responden dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling dimana semua individu yang ada didalam populasi dimasukkan sebagai responden dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisis dan pembahasan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1). Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2). Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1). To determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions on Rocket Chicken Karangjati, 2). To determine the effect of location on cunsumer purchasing decisions on Rocket Karangjati. The population in this study was 96 respondents. The research was conducted by sampling with probability sampling technique. Obtained a sample of 96 data. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of the study can be concluded that: 1). Price has a positive and significant effect on cunsumer purchasaing decisions, 2). Location has a positive and significant effect on cunsumer purchasing decisions.
