From 2004 to 2018, the national examination (NE) has undergone three policy changes regarding its role in determining graduation. The NE score was decided to be the sole determining factor for student graduation in the period 2004 to 2010, with the school examination score being the determinant of student graduation from 2011 to 2015 and no longer a determinant of student graduation from 2016 to 2018 period. This study aimed to analyze the pattern of influence of the NE policy as a determinant of graduation on student achievement at junior, senior, and vocational high schools. This study used data on student achievement for 15 years in the subjects tested on the NE obtained from the Research and Development Center of the Indonesian Ministry of National Education. Data analysis was done descriptively by estimating students' mean achievement on the NE and then analyzing the mean trend. By analyzing the trend of student scores' mean on the subjects tested on the NE at the junior high school, senior high school, and vocational high school levels, the mean tends to increase in the period 2004 to 2010, tends to be less stable and decrease in the period 2011 to 2015, and tends to decline again when the NE score is no longer used as a determinant of graduation in the period 2016 to 2018. These results indicate that the policy on using NE scores in determining graduation influences student achievement in junior high school, senior high school, and vocational high school levels.

Islam di Nusantara berkembang dengan karakteristik yang unik karena penyebarannya melibatkan interaksi antara ajaran Islam dan kearifan lokal. Penyebaran ini melalui berbagai jalur, seperti perdagangan, dakwah sufi, dan pendidikan, yang memungkinkan Islam diterima dengan cara yang damai dan adaptif. Proses akulturasi budaya antara Islam dan tradisi lokal melahirkan tradisi-tradisi khas, seperti tahlilan, haul, dan pembacaan Al-Qur’an dengan langgam lokal, yang mencerminkan kemampuan Islam Nusantara untuk beradaptasi tanpa mengorbankan prinsip keimanan. Moderasi dan toleransi menjadi ciri khas Islam Nusantara, yang menekankan harmoni sosial dan pencegahan radikalisasi. Islam Nusantara juga memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap struktur sosial dan budaya, menciptakan keseimbangan antara hukum adat dan syariat Islam. Di era globalisasi, Islam Nusantara terus berkembang sebagai model Islam yang relevan dengan tantangan zaman dan pluralisme global, menjadikannya sebagai contoh penerapan Islam yang moderat dan adaptif.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengakji hubungan antara keindahan alam Jawa Timur dengan tradisi, adat istiadat, seni dan budaya masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana elemen-elemen alam seperti pegunungn, pantai, dan kawah vulkanik tidak hanya menjadi objek wisata tetapi juga menjadi inspirasi dalam kepercayaan, filosofi, dan pelestarian budaya lokal. Selain itu, artikel ini menganalisis pengaruh keindahan alam terhadap berbagai bentuk seni tradisional dn tradisi pelestarian lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber pustaka seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, artikel, dan dokumen terkait. Analisis dilakukan dengan mngklasifikasi,menyusun, dan menginterpretasikan data untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Jawa Timur memandang alam sebagai entitas spiritual yang dihormati melalui berbagai tradisi, seperti Yadnya Kasada, sedekah bumi, dan nyandran. Keindahan alam juga menjadi inspirasi dalam seni tradisional seperti Reog Ponorogo dan musik gamelan. Selain itu, pelestarian alam yang dilakukan melalui adat istiadat tidak hanya menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan tetapi juga memperkuat identitas budaya masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya menjaga harmoni antara manusia dan alam sebagai landasan keberlanjutan budaya dan lingkungan.

This study aims to understand the implementation of the Parents Day program in strengthening emotional closeness between parents and children, explore parents' perceptions of the program as an effort to enhance relationships with children and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of Parents Day activities. Using a phenomenological qualitative approach, the results of this study show that Parents' Day strengthens the emotional closeness between parents and children through interactive activities such as decorating cakes, flowers, hats, and other activities. Its success is evident in its motivation to learn, positive communication between parents, children, and teachers, and positive feedback regarding the benefits of this activity. Thus, overall, Parents Day is proven to significantly contribute to the emotional relationship between parents and children, as well as being an effective means of strengthening family communication and interaction in the school environment, creating a more harmonious atmosphere, and supporting child development.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskrispikan dan mengeksplorasi kemitraan layanan perikanan perspektif governance yaitu peran pemerintah, sektor swasta dan masyarakat dalam pelayanan perikanan perspektif governance di TPI Wameo Kota Baubau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Adapaun penentuan informan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa satu peran pemerintah dalam membangun kemitraan dengan pihak swasta dan masyarakat dalam pelayanan perikanan bekerja sesuai tugas pokok dan fungsinya yaitu regulator, fasilitator, pembinaan, dan pengawasan, walaupun terdapat keinginan besar pihak swasta ingin menguasai fasilitas TPI untuk di kelola oleh pihak ketiga, kedua kemitraan masyarakat nelayan dengan sektor swasta dan pemerintah dalam pelayanan sektor perikanan di TPI Wameo berjalan sesuai tugasnya masing-masing dan ketiga peran swasta dalam pelayanan sektor perikanan telah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pelayanan perikanan di Kota Baubau dan sekitranya. Pihak swasta telah membantu masyarakat nelayan dalam memberikan fasilitas penampungan ikan, pengangkutan ikan, dan menfasilitasi modal dan pemeliharaan kapal nelayan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menguraikan penerapan inovasi absensi online SIMALAPE di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Baubau berdasarkan Teori Diffusion Inovasi Rogers yaitu keunggulan relatif (relative advantage), kesesuaian (compability), kerumitan (complexity), kemampuan diujicobakan (trialability) dan kemampuan diamati (observability). Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam desain ini peneliti menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara kepada informan penelitian yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Penelitian juga didukung dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui dokumentasi. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan model analisis interaktif yang dilanjutkan dengan pengujian keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi absensi online SIMALAPE memiliki sejumlah atribut inovasi sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam Teori Diffusion Inovasi Rogers. Pada atribut keunggulan relatif (relative advantage), inovasi absensi online SIMALAPE menyajikan kebaruan informasi aktifitas pemerintahan dan perkembangan Kota Baubau kepada setiap pegawai, terdapat tiga waktu absensi dengan sistem keamanan satu handphone satu data pegawai sehingga meningkatkan kedisiplinan kehadiran, keberadaaan pegawai di kantor dan meminimalisir kecurangan pegawai melakukan titip absen. Juga terdapat wewenang validasi pimpinan untuk melakukan control kehadiran pegawai. Pada atribut kesesuaian (compability), cara penggunaan inovasi absensi online SIMALAPE sesuai dengan inovasi sebelumnya, sesuai kebutuhan pegawai, pimpinan dan organisasi akan kemudahan proses absensi, perekapan absen dan control kehadiran pegawai. Pada atribut kerumitan (complexity), inovasi absensi online SIMALAPE tidak memiliki kerumitan dalam proses penggunaannya, tetapi akan terdapat kendala apabila terjadi gangguan jaringan atau down server. Sedang pada atribut kemampuan diujicobakan (trialability), penerapan inovasi absensi online SIMALAPE diawali sosialisasi, tidak melalui uji coba pada kelompok pegawai tertentu melainkan langsung pada semua pegawai karena pengembangan dari inovasi sebelumnya dan wajib digunakan oleh setiap pegawai. Kemudian pada atribut kemampuan diamati (observability), inovasi absensi online SIMALAPE menunjukkan perbaikan kedisiplinan kehadiran dan keberadaan pegawai di kantor dan memberikan kemudahan bagi pimpinan dalam mengamati dan mengontrol kehadiran pegawai.

The formulation of the problem in this study is, is there any significant influence of using Wordwall-based interactive learning media on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Baadia. The objective of this research is to find of the effect of using Wordwall-based interactive learning media on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Baadia. This is quantitative research by applying the quasi experimental Design method. The population in this study were all class V students of SD Negeri 2 Baadia in the academic year 2023/2024, even semester, consisting of 2 classes, and the samples were class VA and class VB, totaling 46 students using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this research used observation and tests. The data obtained were analyzed using the independent sample T-Test. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the calculated t value > t table at the 5% significance level was 2,405 > 2,015. Thus, the value > then Ho is rejected, and has a significance value (2-way) of 0,02 < 0,05. So, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of Wordwall-Based Interactive Learning Media on the mathematics learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 2 Baadia.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the mathematics achievement of grade 4 students in Indonesia at the student and school level using Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) 2015 data. Sample in this study were all grade 4 students in Indonesia who participated in TIMSS 2015. There are 4,025 students from 230 schools. The TIMSS 2015 data used in this study was analyzed using a multilevel model (MLM) using the R package ‘lme4’ software. The results of this study indicate that i) the school visited by each student accounts for the majority of the variance in the mathematics achievement of Indonesian grade 4 students (51%); ii) factors related to students’ self-construction of mathematics such as attitude-toward mathematics (ATM) and self-concept and factors related to schools such as socioeconomic status (SES) school, self-concept school, school readiness, general school resources, and teacher education level was found to influence students’ mathematics achievement positively and significantly, where self-concept school was the strongest predictor compared to other predictors; and iii) variables at the student and school level explain 35% of the total variance in Indonesian grade 4 students’ mathematics achievement.

Indonesia as a country with religious diversity still upholds unity and integrity through the application of the concept of religious moderation. The view of religious moderation initiated by the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs aims to maintain a balance of religious understanding so as not to be trapped in extremism, either strict or too loose. This research focuses on the tradition of weton calculation in Javanese marriage which is a form of adaptation of local culture with Islamic values, in accordance with the value of religious moderation, namely adaptive to local culture. The weton tradition is considered important in determining the good day and compatibility of the couple before the wedding takes place, and has become part of the life of Javanese people who still uphold customs. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through ethnographic methods, Plandi Village, Wonosari District, Malang Regency became the location of this research. The results show that although the weton tradition has strong cultural roots, this practice is not contrary to Islamic teachings as long as it is not considered as the only way to determine goodness. Thus, this tradition can be judged as a custom that is in line with Islamic values and contributes to the efforts of religious moderation in Indonesia.
