Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis potensi dan peluang Desa Wisata Gosari sebagai destinasi desa wisata halal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisa kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Studi lapangan dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan Kepala Desa Gosari, Ketua BUMDes, Ketua Pokdarwis, tokoh masyarakat, serta perwakilan warga desa. Observasi yang dilakukan meliputi observasi ketersediaan fasilitas dan layanan yang ada di sekitar wilayah desa pada sembilan indikator pariwisata halal Kemenparekraf RI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuh potensi, fasilitas, dan layanan yang dimiliki memberikan peluang bagi Desa Wisata Gosari untuk berkembang menjadi wisata halal. Namun demikian perlu dilakukan penguatan unsur-unsur kekuatan obyek wisata secara kolaboratif antara Ketua BUMDes, Ketua Pokdarwis, tokoh masyarakat, serta warga Desa Gosari. Saran dan rekomendasi penelitian perlu pembuatan dokumen standar pelayanan dan penyelenggaraan wisata halal desa. Selain itu perlu secara masif melakukan sosialisasi wisata halal kepada wisatawan dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Insufficient public awareness and comprehension of coastal natural resource management Limited public education, community characteristics, and economic pressures frequently lead to coastal communities causing harm to the coastal environment. The utilization of coastal resources can be achieved through the implementation of coastal tourism. Ecotourism is a novel form of alternative tourism that has emerged as a response to the traditional model of tourism. This traditional model often exploits natural resources without considering their long-term sustainability and disregards the well-being of local populations. This study employs a qualitative research methodology that utilizes a descriptive approach, drawing upon both primary and secondary data sources. This study demonstrates a correlation between the environment and religion. Maqāṣid al-syarī'ah represents the fundamental principles of Islamic teachings that guide the creation of laws with a focus on the welfare and advantage of humanity. Conducting economic activities must align with the maqāṣid al-syarī'ah, which are the objectives of Islamic law, aimed at preserving al-mabadi al-khamsah, the five essential principles. The name of the place is "Green Leaf Mangrove". Ecotourism management encompasses initiatives focused on the preservation of mangroves, coral reefs, and turtles, as well as activities promoting conservation education, beach cleaning, and garbage processing. These programs are designed to align with the concepts of maqāṣid al-syariah, ensuring environmental management in accordance with Islamic values. Based on the results, this study has an implication that will help policy makers to improve and develop ecotourism quality while considering strategy for integrating tourism and environmental protection.

Abstract

Islamic Allocation Efficiency means that no individual can increase his utility without reducing other uses. Islamic allocation efficiency does not allow increasing personal welfare which can cause the welfare of others to decrease. Income Distribution in Islam refers to the distribution of existing assets, both private and public, to the people who are entitled to receive them. One of the goals to be achieved by distributing Islam is a social goal, meeting the needs of groups in need and enlivening the principle of solidarity in Islamic society so that society can live in prosperity. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was obtained from interviews and field observations as well as various reading materials, both journals and books. This research resulted in the MSMEs business actors of Pentol Bakar (Grilled Pentol) Pacet being able to be said to be efficient because the allocation of income received from both employees and bosses without the bosses and employees being harmed was not wronged by the MSMEs business actors of Pentol Bakar Pacet in accordance with the theory of income distribution in Islam because there was no efforts to improve the welfare of others over the suffering of others because the income received by employees is greater than what the staff earns. There is also an aspect of justice because in this case no one is harmed by this system, it’s just that employees must continue to optimize their work in order to earn more income. MSMEs actors of Pentol Bakar Pacet are in accordance with Islamic allocation efficiency.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of empowerment, business assistance, and entrepreneurial knowledge on business growth and household welfare in Small, and Medium Enterprises owned by Muslim women. The method used is partial least squares structural equation modeling with a sample of 254 Muslim women-owned SMEs who are members of the women's cooperative. The research findings indicate that empowerment and entrepreneurial knowledge play crucial roles as mechanisms for the business growth of Muslim women entrepreneurs and household welfare. Furthermore, the results also suggest that business assistance does not have a significant influence on the business growth of women Muslim entrepreneurs. Overall, the practical implications of these findings underscore the need for the development of more holistic empowerment programs that not only focus on business growth but also consider household welfare

Abstract

Fisherman Skippers is the ship owner responsible for all operations. Since the income of the captain fisherman is several times higher than that of the crew, it can be said that the captain fisherman is obligated to pay zakat. The purpose of this study is to partially and simultaneously analyze the effects of literacy and awareness on the behavior of paying zakat to net fishermen by bags of nets (JTK). The method used in this study is a quantitative method using random sampling and questionnaire data collection with a total of 89 respondents. The results of this study indicate that literacy and awareness simultaneously and partially influence the zakat payment behavior of JTK fisherman captains. The resulting R-squared value is 0.242, indicating that the magnitude of the influence of the variables X1, X2, and Y is considered collectively. And the rest are influenced by factors outside this study. It is hoped that Fisherman Captains (JTK) will learn more about fishing zakat regulations and that Amil Zakat institutions around the site will be more active in communityization. Juragan Nelayan adalah seorang pemilik kapal yang bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh operasional. Pendapatan yang diperoleh juragan nelayan berkali-kali lipat jika dibandingkan dengan anak buah kapal, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa juragan nelayan wajib zakat.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh literasi dan kesadaran secara parsial dan simultan terhadap perilaku membayar zakat pada juragan nelayan Jaring Tangkap Berkantong (JTK). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif menggunakan accidental sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 89, dan pengumpulan data menggunakan  kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Literasi dan kesadaran berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap perilaku membayar zakat bagi juragan nelayan JTK. Nilai R square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,242 menunjukkan bahwa besaran pengaruh variabel X1, X2 dan variabel Y secara gabungan. Dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor dari luar penelitian ini. Diharapkan juragan nelayan (JTK) lebih mencari tahu tentang ketentuan zakat tangkap ikan dan untuk lembaga amil zakat  sekitar lokasi lebih aktif dalam memberikan sosialisasi pada masyarakat diharapkan juga bagi peneliti selanjutnya bisa menambah variabel dan mencari faktor lainnya untuk dapat lebih mengkaji terusan penelitian ini.

Abstract

This article examines digital implementation in marketing hydroponic vegetable businesses with a focus on hydroponic vegetable garden businesses in Surabaya. The main aim of this article is to understand how digital technology has become an important instrument in marketing hydroponic vegetable businesses. This article uses a qualitative approach with interview, observation and literature study methods to collect data from the Surabaya Vegetable Garden. The results of the article show that the digital technology used for marketing hydroponic vegetables has had a significant positive impact on the business at the Surabaya Vegetable Garden. Implementation of digital technology in marketing, which includes sales and promotions carried out on social media for hydroponic vegetables in the Surabaya Vegetable Garden by utilizing current technology. This article contributes to the understanding of digital technology used in the marketing system by Kebun Sayur Surabaya and the policy implications resulting from this article are the need to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing.

Abstract

Hotel syariah memiliki prospek yang menjanjikan seiring dengan pertumbuhan wisata halal yang semakin pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi produk, layanan dan fasilitas yang ditawarkan oleh Radho Hotel Syariah. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi lapangan yang melibatkan wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan Asisten General Manager, divisi Room Division, F&B Department, HRD dan pemasaran Hotel Radho Syariah Malang, serta dengan pengunjung hotel. Observasi mencakup pengamatan terhadap ketersediaan produk, fasilitas dan layanan di hotel yang mengacu pada kriteria Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk, layanan dan fasilitas Radho Hotel Syariah telah memenuhi 6 kriteria hotel syariah sesuai standar fatwa DSN-MUI Nomor 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016. Namun, kriteria terkait makanan dan minuman yang wajib memiliki sertifikat halal dari Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi. Pemenuhan standar produk, layanan dan fasilitas berdasarkan kriteria nasional DSN-MUI menjadi acuan penting bagi pengunjung serta pemangku kebijakan pariwisata halal dalam aspek shariah compliance hotel dan pengembangan hotel ramah muslim.Kata Kunci: hotel syariah, produk, layanan, fasilitas

Abstract

This study examines the implementation, potential, and challenges of Islamic monetary policy in Indonesia in supporting inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Despite Indonesia's status as the world's largest Muslim-majority country and its significant market potential for Islamic financial products, there are considerable gaps in the implementation of Islamic monetary policy. These gaps include low financial literacy, regulatory frameworks that are not yet fully supportive, and infrastructure limitations. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of Islamic monetary policy, analyze the challenges it faces, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance its effectiveness. The research methodology involves the analysis of secondary data from government reports and related institutions, as well as a literature review on Islamic monetary policy and best practices in other countries. Abstract

Abstract Online shopping through TikTok Shop has become a significant phenomenon among Generation Z, transforming the modern trading landscape. In this context, it is important to understand how this phenomenon affects the consumption behavior of Generation Z from an Islamic perspective. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and content analysis to investigate the phenomenon and online shopping behavior through TikTok Shop from the perspective of Islamic consumption. The research findings indicate that online shopping through TikTok Shop significantly influences the consumption behavior of Generation Z in the context of Islamic consumption. They tend to choose products that align with Islamic values, such as halal and environmentally friendly products. The content presented on TikTok Shop also affects consumer shopping patterns, both positively and negatively, depending on its alignment with Islamic teachings. However, there are also challenges faced by Generation Z consumers in ensuring compliance with Islamic consumption principles when shopping online through TikTok Shop. One of these challenges is uncertainty about the halal status of the products offered and the influence of content that does not always align with Islamic values. Therefore, further efforts are needed from various parties to increase consumer awareness and provide products and content that better align with Islamic consumption principles.This research provides valuable insights into how the phenomenon of online shopping through TikTok Shop influences the consumption behavior of Generation Z from an Islamic perspective. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for developing better policies to support sustainable consumption and adherence to Islamic principles in the rapidly evolving digital trading era. Abstrak Belanja online melalui TikTok Shop telah menjadi fenomena signifikan di kalangan Generasi Z, mengubah lanskap perdagangan modern. Dalam konteks ini, penting untuk memahami bagaimana fenomena ini memengaruhi perilaku konsumsi Generasi Z dari sudut pandang Islam. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dan analisis konten untuk menyelidiki fenomena dan perilaku belanja online melalui TikTok Shop dari perspektif konsumsi Islam. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belanja online melalui TikTok Shop secara signifikan memengaruhi perilaku konsumsi Generasi Z dalam konteks konsumsi Islam. Mereka cenderung memilih produk yang sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam, seperti produk halal dan ramah lingkungan. Konten yang disajikan di TikTok Shop juga memengaruhi pola belanja konsumen, baik secara positif maupun negatif, tergantung pada kesesuaiannya dengan ajaran Islam. Namun, ada juga tantangan yang dihadapi konsumen Generasi Z dalam memastikan kepatuhan dengan prinsip konsumsi Islam saat berbelanja online melalui TikTok Shop. Salah satu tantangan ini adalah ketidakpastian tentang status halal produk yang ditawarkan dan pengaruh konten yang tidak selalu sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Oleh karena itu, upaya lebih lanjut diperlukan dari berbagai pihak untuk meningkatkan kesadaran konsumen dan menyediakan produk dan konten yang lebih sejalan dengan prinsip konsumsi Islam. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang bagaimana fenomena belanja online melalui TikTok Shop memengaruhi perilaku konsumsi Generasi Z dari sudut pandang Islam. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan kebijakan yang lebih baik untuk mendukung konsumsi yang berkelanjutan dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip Islam dalam era perdagangan digital yang berkembang pesat.
