Abstract

Media is an important thing in supporting learning. Media is an intermediary/introduction of learning messages to children so that there is a common perception given by the teacher and received by the child. Provision of media facilities requires the ability of creative teachers to create learning medium so that the material is distributed or delivered to children. Consider in designing the media not only in terms of children's interests but also the compatibility between the media and the material that will be conveyed so that it can be delivered fundamentally accepted by the child. In fact there are still many teachers who do not yet have the ability of creativity in designing educational learning media in learning in kindergarten. Most teachers only use mediocre and monotonous media so that children are not motivated in learning. This greatly affects the success of children's learning. The teacher's ability to design instructional media greatly influences the outcome of learning. Therefore we need special training for teachers to develop and hone the ability of teacher creativity to design educational learning media that are able to support learning in early childhood. The training is carried out in the form of educational learning media design activities that begin from giving examples of educational media, the teacher tries to design media for all themes, determines the message and information to be conveyed, selects tools and materials from various sources that will be used until the teacher makes the media and how to use the media. Abstract

This research aims to determined the effectiveness and contribution of local revenues in the city of bukittinggi in 2011-2018. The type of research used is a descriptive research and using the analysis of contributions and analysis effectiveness. The type of data used was secondary data.Based on the research results obtained by the results of 1) the contribution of local taxes is in good criteria with an average of 42.40 percent. The effectiveness municipal tax is on the effective criteria with an average of 98.16 percent.2) the contribution of regional retribution is in the medium criteria with an average of 29.38 percent. The effectiveness of regional is on the effective criteria with an average of 99.52 percent. 3)contribution of the results of the management of separated regional wealth is in the very poor criteria with an average of 6.06 percent. The effectiveness of the results of the management of the separated regional wealth is in the very effective criteria with an average of 100.65 percent.  4) other legitimate local government revenue contributions local government revenue are in the medium criteria with an average of 22.16 percent. The effectiveness of other legitimate local government revenue is very effective with an average of 120.31 percent. For the future, the local government of bukittinggi should further optimize the management of the regional wealth separated in order to make a great contribution to the original revenue of the city of bukittinggi. Keywords : local goverment revenue, effectiveness and contribution

Abstract

Negara ke 6 di dunia sebagai pengguna internet. Berdasarkan hasil survei Polling Indonesia tahun 2018 diketahui bahwa pengguna internet di Indonesia 64,8% dari total populasi jumlah penduduk yaitu 171,17 Juta jiwa dari 264,16 Juta jiwa penduduk Indonesia. Pengguna internet terbanyak yaitu Remaja usia 15-19 Tahun. Perkembangan teknologi dan tingginya animo remaja Indonesia terhadap penggunaan teknologi merupakan peluang yang ditangkap oleh pengusaha agar bisa bergerak di bidang penyelenggaraan pendidikan secara digital. Daya tarik yang ditawarkan oleh lembaga bimbel online yang dirancang syarat dengan teknologi dan mudah untuk diakses membuat banyak siswa tidak hanya mengandalkan pembelajaran di sekolah dan bergabung diaplikasi belajar online. Aplikasi pembelajaran online di Indonesia seperti Ruangguru, Quipper, Bimbel SMART dan lainnya. Ruangguru bahkan menjadi aplikasi belajar online yang memiliki 15.000.000 pengguna di seluruh Indonesia. Daya tarik yang ditawarkan oleh aplikasi ruangguru sebagai aplikasi belajar online terbesar di Indonesia adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran video belajar beranimasi. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran Beranimasi mampu meningkatkan daya tarik siswa terhadap pembelajaran, memperkuat motivasi, dan juga untuk menanamkan pemahaman terhadap materi dengan baik. Pesatnya perkembangan bimbel online memang bukan ancaman bagi pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah, namun disisi lain menjadi tantangan bagi guru untuk mampu menghadirkan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi siswa agar siswa tetap memperhatikan pembelajaran di kelas. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan oleh guru untuk bisa menghadirkan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan di sekolah adalah dengan membuat video pembelajaran beranimasi.

Abstract

 Abstract:The number of Indonesian higher educated unemployment indicates students unpreparedness in entering the workforce.The purpose of this research is to find the influence of motivation and parent’s background to the readiness of collage student at economic faculty, Universitas Negeri Padang, in ASEAN economic community.The method of this research wasdescriptive  with quantitative approach. The population of this research were the students at Economic Faculty with 439 students. The sampel was 81 students by  using simple random sampling method. The data was collected by using questionnaire and analyzed by using binomial regression with SPSS. The result of this research has concluded (1) there is a influence of motivation, parents’s education, parents’s job and parents’s income to the students readiness for working; (2) there is a influenceof motivation to the students readiness for working; (3) there is no influence between parents’s education to the students readiness for working; (4) there is no influence between parent’s job to the the students readiness for working; (5) there is a influence parents’s income to the students readiness for working.Therefore, students have to improve their self motivation in order to have a good readiness in competing in the world of work, and also parents must attention the facilities needed by their children to support the potential.Keywords:Work Readiness, Motivation, Background Parents , ASEAN Economic Community

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of applying the learning model and learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This type of research used a quantitative approach, especially quasi-experiments. Population in this study all students of class XI 2 Painan. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 63 students. Data analysis techniques used questionnaires and tests. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Differences in learning outcomes obtained between students who have high learning motivation in class who apply the flipped learning model (2) Differences in learning outcomes obtained between students who have low learning motivation in the class applying conventional models (3) Differences learning outcomes obtained between students who have high learning motivation in the class implementing the flipped learning model and students who have high learning motivation in the class applying conventional models (4) Differences learning outcomes obtained between students who have low learning motivation in the class implementing the flipped learning model and students who have low learning motivation in the class applying conventional models (5) There is no interaction between learning models and learning motivation in influencing learning outcomes.Keywords : flipped learning model, learning motivation, learning outcomes

Abstract

The study aims to find out and analyze: Parental support, optimism for the future  toward achievement motivation Student at SMAN 2 Solok. The type of  this research was a correlational. The technique of sampling in this study was the simple random sampling, with a sample of 162 students. Data collected through in terviews, questionnaires, and documentation as a reference in research. Method analysis was the Path analysis. classified in to quantitative study using survey research methods. To test the hypothesis by using test. The results showed that: 1) Parental support  significantly influence the achievement motivation. 2) optimisme future significantly influence the achievement motivation. 3) the  Parental support significant effect the optimisme future.Keyword: Parental support, Peer social support, optimisme future, achievement motivation

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)  are one of the sectors supporting the economy of the people in the Lunang II area of Pesisir Selatan Regency. MSME in the Lunang Dua area still have several problems to compete or survive in the Industry 4.0 era. The first problem were  they do not have a brand or image that is easy to recognize by potential customers. The second problem were they don’t have attractive product packaging. The third problem were they  still limited marketing area. Through the activities of the team Technology Student Creativity Program (PKM T), the team carried out educational activities to partners about the importance of the brand for the product. In an effort to improve the competitiveness of MSME, especially in the Lunang Dua area, it was carried out by branding the names of MSME partners to become the Barokah MSME which later became their own identity for local, national and international marketing. To improve the quality of product packaging, the partners of the PKMT team helped design attractive packaging and can compete with competitors' products and match the characteristics of partner products. The PKM T team also built and developed a website in the form of an online shop as a means of online sales so that it expands the market from partners, namely Barokah MSME. The team also helped make Barokah's MSME social media in the form of instagram to increase sales of partner products. To increase the usefulness of this online market for partners, the team provides web and UMKM Instagram training to partners. The Barokah MSME brand and the improvement of product packaging quality and the existence of an online shop that can be operated easily by partners are expected to expand the marketing area of partner products and increase sales volume and improve the welfare of partners.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of endorser, price and quality of products toward  Brand Switching Maybelline Solid Powder in Padang. The type of research is descriptive and qualitative research.  The sampling technique used is Purposive sampling.  The type of data used is primary  and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression by using t test and F test.  The result of the research shows that there is a positive and insignificant influence between endorser variables on brand switching behavior of Maybelline solid powder in Padang. Then for price variable has no effect on brand switching, but there is significant influence between product quality variable to brand switching of Maybelline solid powder in Padang. Keywords : endorser,  price,  product quality,  brand switching

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of blended learning to the  student’s motivation. The method of this research is Ex-posfacto. The population of this research is 50 students who take the Methodology Research Subject in the semester July-December 2017 with the blended learning assembling. The sampel is taken by using sampel total technical. The data of Blended Learning and student’s motivation use the primary data by using the questionnaire. The instrument is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using description and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, homogenitas test and the hypothesis test is analyzed by using the linear regression, determined coefficient and T experiment with the a = 0,05.The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant influence of blended learning to the student’s motivation. It has showed by the significant of 0,000 <0,05. It has indicated that blended learning has contributed to the student’s motivation 37,9% in the methodology Research Subject and for the rest 62,1% might be effected by others factors.The students should be suggested more active in the blended learning lesson to increase their motivation for the better result. Keyword: blended learning and student’s motivation, Methodology Research

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) analyze the differences in student learning motivation using the blended learning method and students who do not use the blended learning method, 2) analyze the differences in student motivation before and after the application of the blended learning method. This type of research is a quasi-experimental. The population of this research is all students of class XI SMA N 1 Salimpaung which is divided into two majors, namely science and social studies. The research sample was 58 students which were divided into 29 students in the control group and 29 students in the experimental group. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire given before and after treatment. The data obtained were analyzed and tested with the Mann-Whitney U test and paired sample t-test. Using SPSS version 20. The results show that 1) there is a significant difference between the learning motivation of students who use the blended learning method and students who do not use the blended learning method, 2) there are differences in the average learning motivation of students before and after the application of the blended learning method.Keywords : learning motivation1, blended learning2 , quasi experiment3
