Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan pentingnya peran bank dalam sektor keuangan untuk menghadapi permasalahan ekonomi termasuk pemulihan ekonomi nasional pasca Covid-19. Pentingnya peran bank menuntut kondisi keuangan bank harus dalam keadaan sehat dengan cara menjaga dan meningkatkan profitabilitas bank. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh capital adequacy ratio, net interest margin, biaya operasional pendapatan operasional, non performing loan, loan to deposit ratio, dan posisi devisa neto terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) pada Bank Sumsel Babel. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yang memperoleh 36 sampel, yaitu laporan keuangan triwulan Bank Sumsel Babel periode 2015-2023. Data yang diperoleh perlu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu untuk melihat apakah model regresinya dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, kemudian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian dari uji F atau simultan menunjukkan bahwa CAR, NIM, BOPO, NPL, LDR, dan PDN berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap ROA dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,043. Hasil penelitian dari uji t atau parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel CAR berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA dan variabel PDN berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkan variabel NIM, BOPO, NPL, dan LDR tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Hasil penelitian dari uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,208 yang berarti besar sumbangan pengaruh CAR, NIM, BOPO, NPL, LDR, dan PDN secara simultan terhadap ROA adalah 20,8 persen, sedangkan sisanya yang sebesar 70,2 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Mergers and acquisitions are corporate actions carried out by companies which can affect the price of securities, such as shares, or bonds issued by that company. This study aims to analyze differences in stock returns, stock abnormal returns, and trading volume activity before and after mergers and acquisitions. The sample of this study amounted to 3 companies after applying purposive sampling technique. The approach in this research is through event study analysis with an observation period of five days before and five days after the merger and acquisition event. Data management in this study was carried out using the paired sample t test which aims to determine whether there is a difference in average between two groups of samples that are interconnected with the help of SPSS 26.The results of this study found that there was a market reaction as evidenced by the significant difference between stock returns, stock abnormal returns, and trading volume activity before and after the merger and acquisition event. The results of the paired sample t test show the stock return value with sig (0.000) <0.05, abnormal stock return with sig (0.001) <0.05 and trading volume activity with sig value. (0.008) <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the growth rate, the effectiveness of collection, its contribution to local revenue and the trend of regional taxes in West Bangka Regency. To obtain the results, several variables were examined, namely PAD, the amount of local tax revenue, the realization of local tax revenue and the target of local taxes. The analysis used in this study is descriptive quantitative analysis, which is used to provide information about each research variable, namely by using research analysis of growth rate, effectiveness analysis, contribution analysis, and trend analysis. While the data on the variables used in this study are secondary data obtained from BP2RD West Bangka Regency for the period 2017-2021. The results of the study show that the average regional tax growth rate for 2017-2021 has not been successful, namely 11.62% per year. Then the average effectiveness level of local tax collection is quite effective, namely 89.92%. Local tax contribution to PAD is quite good with an average of 30.92% per year. Trend analysis in the prospect of local tax revenue for the next five years has increased every year with an average increase of 20% per year.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the economic icons that have the biggest impact on Indonesia's economic growth, especially when a crisis occurs. MSMEs are able to get through monetary crises such as in 1998 and during the Covid-19 pandemic. MSMEs are independent and have great potential to improve community welfare. This research aims to examine the influence of the variable’s financial literacy, financial inclusion, financial self-efficacy, financial technology, credit granting, and intellectual capital on the financial performance of MSMEs in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This research is quantitative research with an associative method using a quantitative approach from primary data through distributing questionnaires. The sampling method was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique so that 102 MSME actors were obtained. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 26 software. The research results prove that partial financial inclusion (X2), financial technology (X4), credit granting (X5), and intellectual capital (X6) have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs, while financial literacy (X1) and financial self-efficacy (X3) do not have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs. Simultaneously, the variables financial literacy, financial inclusion, financial self-efficacy, financial technology, credit granting, and intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs in the Bangka Belitung Islands. The R Square value in this research is 0.885, so it is concluded that 88.5% of the variation in the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable and the remaining 11.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. It is hoped that the research results can become reference material and motivation for MSMEs in improving the financial performance of their businesses.

Abstract

Even in times of financial crisis, MSMEs remain an important economic tool that influence Indonesia's economic growth. MSMEs have the power to raise people's standard of living, particularly in terms of money. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the financial performance of MSMEs in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province is impacted by credit giving, financial inclusion, fintech, and intellectual capital characteristics. This study uses an associative methodology and is quantitative in nature. Purposive sampling procedures were used to obtain 102 MSME actors for the sample. SPSS software version 26 is used to assist with the data analysis technique. The study's findings demonstrate that financial inclusion (X2), fintech (X5), intellectual capital (X6), and partial credit giving (X1) all significantly and favorably impact MSMEs' financial performance. The Bangka Belitung Islands' MSMEs' financial performance is positively and significantly impacted by the concurrent factors of credit granting, financial inclusion, fintech, and intellectual capital. The independent variable accounts for 88.5% of the variation in the dependent variable, with the remaining 11.5% being impacted by factors not examined in this study, according to the R Square value of 0.885 in this investigation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan terhadap net profit margin pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Belitung Timur baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25, dilengkapi dengan uji statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji t parsial dan uji f simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara parsial perputaran kas berpengaruh posisif dan signifikan terhadap net profit margin, perputaran piutang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap net profit margin dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap net profit margin. Sedangkan secara simultan ketiga variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap net profit margin.

Abstract

Bangka Belitung is being transformed into a tourism destination area, relying on nature tourism. But unfortunately, the development of nature tourism does not include the development of ecotourism, even though these two things are interrelated. Nature tourism which is a mainstay of the tourism sector provides a very wide opportunity to strengthen ecotourism as part of the environmental movement in Bangka Belitung. This research aims to find out how the fulfillment of the ecotourism principles of tourism natural areas in Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Indonesia, and identifying unique things related to the application of these principles. Through quantitative research methods with a survey approach that is strengthened by field observations, this research found that assessed from 5 interval categories of the ecotourism principles fulfillment, 58% of the tourism areas in Bangka Belitung were included in the category of fulfilled of the ecotourism principles and 42% were in the strongly fulfilled category of the ecotourism principles. The research also found that although the application of each principle was met, there were unique and interesting notes on each principle.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of intellectual capital with the dimensions of Human Assets (HC), Structural Capital (SC), and Relationships (RC) on banking performance in the perceptions of customers on Syariah Bank in Pangkalpinang. The choice of method in this research is quantitative with the target of five Sharia banks in Pangkalpinang, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah, Bank SumselBabel Syariah, and Bank Muamalat. There were 20 questionnaires distributed in each Sharia bank. The measuring instrument used to calculate the variables is Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). The path coefficient value data processing or path coefficient bootstrapping analysis with the direction of the relationship obtained the human asset variable (HC) results, showing a positive number of 0.361. The structural capital variable (SC) shows a positive number of 0.436, the human asset variable (HC), and the capital variable structural (SC) has a positive effect on banking performance. For the relation variable (RC), the original value showed a positive number of 0.076. The t-statistic value was smaller than the t-value, 0.704 <1.96 so that the relationship variable had no positive effect on banking performance.

Abstract

Local governments have the authority and obligation to implement regional autonomy more independently to reduce the level of fiscal dependence on the central goverment. One way is to maximize the recepit of PAD, one of which is local tax. The purpose of the study was to analyze the growth rate and contribution of entertainment taxes, hotel taxes and advertisement taxes on PAD in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis, namely by collecting, compiling and calculating data in the form of reports on the realization of financial budgets in the Pangkalpinang City and Belitung Regency by using the ratio of the growth rate and contribution ratio. The results showed that the PAD of Belitung Regency was better than City of Pangkalpinang. The growth rate of entertainment tax in Pangkalpinang City lower than Belitung Regency with both categories unsuccessful, but the contribution given by entertainment tax in Pangkalpinang City is higer than Belitung Regency with the category of both being very lacking. The growth rate and contribution of hotel tax in Pangkalpinang City is lower than Belitung Regency with the category of hotel tax growth rate in Pangkalpinang City unsuccessful while Belitung Regency is less, while the hotel tax contribution is both very lacking. The growth rate and the contribution of advertisement tax in Pangkalpinang City is higer than Belitung Regency with the category of the advertisement tax growth rate, both of them are not successful while the contributions given by advertisement tax are bot very lacking.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bangka Selatan merupakan salah satu kabupaten dengan angka IPM paling rendah yang ada di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung selama lima tahun berturut-turut yaitu tahun 2019-2023 dibandingkan dengan kota/Kabupaten lainnya yang ada di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Dalam rangka meningkatkan Angka Partisipasi Kasar (APK) dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Desa Simpang Rimba Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Maka pada pengabdian ini dilakukan sosialisasi juga penandatanganan komitmen dan deklarasi bersama bahwa Desa Simpang Rimba dan SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Rimba siap mensukseskan program peningkatan APK dan IPM. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap, diawali dengan persiapan, dan dilanjutkan dengan tahap perancangan program, pelaksanaan program, serta tahap pemantauan dan evaluasi. Target dari pengabdian ini adalah penguatan SDM untuk daya saing desa dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa sosialisasi dan Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Program ini dilakukan dengan melakukan kerjasama dengan pemerintahan Desa Simpang Rimba, dan SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Rimba Kab. Bangka Selatan. Program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini melibatkan dosen, dan mahasiswa Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Bangka Belitung, serta stakeholders terkait. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan akan dapat menumbuhkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan, yang selanjutnya diharapkan akan dapat meningkatkan IPM dan Angka Partisipasi Kasar (APK) di Desa Simpang Rimba Kabupaten Bangka Selatan.
