Abstract

The Influence Of Career Development And Organizational Culture, On Organizational Commitment With Job Satisfaction As Intervening Variable In PT Jasa Raharja Main Branch East Java. This study uses quantitative research with a descriptive verification approach. The number of samples is 65 respondents. Analysis of the data used is by using SPSS. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires through google form to employee at PT Jasa Raharja Main Branch East Java. This study uses multiple linear regression. The results show that (1) Career development has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, (2) Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, (3) Career development has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (4) Organizational Culture has no significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, (5) Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, (6) Career development has an indirect effect on Organizational Commitment, (7) Organizational Culture has no direct effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction is able to mediate Organizational Culture with organizational commitment .

Abstract

This time Blitar City has already had a national tourism icon, which is Bung Karno’s Graveyard. In order to support the development of this main tourism object, surely it must be supported by another tourism object. Unluckily, there are not many tourism objects which can support Bung Karno’s Graveyard, so tourists can’t feel at home and needn’t to stay longer in Blitar City. Blitar city is not a large City and has limited natural resources too, so nature tourism is not a potency. Therefore, Blitar City’s Government tries to develop supporting tourism objects from the existance Blitar City’s potency. Karangsari star fruit is such an existing potency of agricultural sector in Blitar City. Blitar City’s Government does not want only stay on the production of star fruit and its processing products, but star fruit is also become anAagro-tourism which certainly has a wider impact and gives a multiplier effect on Blitar City’s economy. Finally, this Agro-tourism becomes a tourist object which is expected to support the tourism area of Bung Karno’s Graveyard. In order to support the development of this Agro-tourism, surely needs a planning to support and managing the Agro-tourism area infrastructure which can be used as a macro guideline in area management. The Blitar City’s Government has been trying to repair the residential environment of surrounding location. It can be seen from the existing programs which are given related to environmental quality improvement. The existing programs include the Urban Village Community Empowerment Program (PPMK). Nevertheless, the program has not provided significant results for the area of Agro-tourism area yet. Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate the proper manufacturing of the Agro-Tourism of Karangsari Starfruit area through infrastructure arrangement of it’s location. Based on the prior conditions, so it was carried out a research on the development of tourism in the study area concerned with infrastructure management in Agro-tourism of Karangsari Starfruit of Blitar City. This study has purpose to describe the infrastructure management, determine internal and external factors and analyze development strategies in Agro-tourism of Karangsari Starfruit, Blitar City. The research process begins by identifying the characteristics of the Agro-tourism Karangsari Starfruit area. Then conducted an analysis of internal and external factors. The research method which used is descriptive qualitative, with sources of data from interviews, observations, and reviews of several literatures. The data analysis are used SWOT technique. From the results of the IFAS and EFAS analysis, strategies that are considered which have urgent priorities will be found. The results of this research indicate that the main strategies that must be carried out for the development of Agro-tourism of Karangsari Starfruit in Blitar City are : 1).Developing the tourism’s interest, especially artificial tourism by utilizing a sports field which located in westside of the Agro-tourism area, 2).Providing of a new access point from the southside to the Agro-tourism area, 3).Developing of circulation in the star fruit garden area used the boardwalk concept, 4).Creating a special website for Agro-tourism of Karangsari Starfruit. This research is expected to be able to give suggestion to the Government in order to develop regional tourism in Agro-tourism of Karangsari Starfruit in Blitar City.

Abstract

Marketing includes all activities of the company in adapting to its environment creatively and profitably. Because success in competition will be achieved if the company can create and retain its customers. This has triggered the shift of Noic Studio's marketing strategy from offline marketing to a Digital Marketing strategy, so the promotions and information carried by Noic Studio will be more optimal, effective and efficient, as well as strengthen the sense of trust from customers to become the Reference Group for marketing their photography services. Based on the results of research interviews, it was obtained information that Noic Studio had tried to carry out both strategies optimally but there were several things that had to be optimized, especially in the implementation of the Reference Group strategy. Which was supported by the results of SPSS research partially obtained Digital Marketing (X1) has a Tvalue of 5.720 with sig=0.000 which means that Digital Marketing (X1) has a positive effect on the increase Noic’s customers, While the Reference Group (X2) has a Tvalue of 0.723 with sig=0.472 which means that the Reference Group (X2) does not have a significant effect on the increase. in the number of customer in NOIC studio. Abstract

Betta fish cultivation has been established since 1996 starting from the formation of the Karya Mina fish cultivator group in Ketami Village, Pesantren District, Kediri City. These cultivation activities continue to develop so that in 2022 the City of Kediri was confirmed as a Fisheries Village for Ornamental Fish Cultivation by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. With the existing potential, the right strategy is needed in developing the Betta fish business. This research was conducted at Betta fish farming business locations covering 6 groups of fish cultivators in Ketami Village, Pesantren Village, Bawang Village, and Jamsaren Village, Pesantren District, Kediri City, using qualitative methods. Based on the SWOT analysis, it is known that the appropriate development strategy is the SO strategy. Further analysis uses QSPM to determine the priority of the existing alternative strategies. The main alternative strategy was found, namely Optimizing information technology for Betta type variants, production quantity, and cultivation techniques. The second alternative strategy is to open the market with various types and prices of betta. And the last alternative strategy is to utilize government support, other parties, and institutions for business development.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of religiousity on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediated by organizational commitment in KSPPS BMD Syariah Madiun. The statistical analysis used includes the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and path analysis. The results showed that religiosity had a positive effect on OCB, but did not have a positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive influence on OCB but has not been proven to mediate the relationship of religiosity and OCB. This study provides a new conclusion that organizational commitment is not a mediator of religiosity and OCB relations.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)dimediasi komitmen organisasional di KSPPS BMD Syariah Madiun. Analisis statistik yang digunakan meliputi uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas memiliki efek positif pada OCB, tetapi tidak memiliki efek positif pada komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif pada OCB tetapi tidak terbukti memediasi hubungan religiusitas dan OCB. Studi ini memberikan kesimpulan baru bahwa komitmen organisasi bukanlah mediator hubungan religiusitas dan OCB

Abstract

The purpose of this study is analyze the direct and indirect effects of cost demand deposit funds, cost of savings funds, cost of deposit funds and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets (ROA) by using Net Interest Margin (NIM) as intervening variable. The method of analysis in this study is Path Analysis. The data is obtained from the budget realization report of Financial Planning and Accounting Division of Bank Bukopin period August 2014 until April 2017. The results showed that with 5% significance level, only cost of savings funds and LDR had direct influence on NIM and ROA, and NIM as intervening variable had significant effect on ROA with determination coefficient value () of 93.6%. NIM as an intervening variable of this study mediates the effect of LDR on ROA, but does not mediate the effect of cost of savings funds on ROA, so cost of savings funds have a direct effect on ROA without going through NIM.

Abstract

The nurse is one of the main components in providing health care to the patient , the presence of nurses providing more value than a treatment , so that patients do not just get the health care that are holistic . The purpose of this study is to examine and determine the direct effect of leadership style on performance, to test and determine indirect influence of leadership style on performance through job satisfaction , and to examine and determine the direct effect of job satisfaction on performance.The hypothesis of this study leadership style through job satisfaction of nurses affect the performance , leadership style directly affects the performance of nurses , and job satisfaction directly influence the performance . Respondents for this study as many as 180 people , because the population is already known, the method of data collection using census methods and to answer this hypothesis , a number of analytical tools have been used by the analysis tool that analyzes the path . The author uses the path analysis.From the results of the analysis carried out can be concluded that the first hypothesis that the style of leadership through job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance is proven, the second hypothesis leadership style direct positive effect on the performance of nurses proved, to the satisfaction of three direct positive effect on the performance of nurses

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting dalam mengembangkan kemampuan individu dalam masyarakat saat ini. Dalam Surat Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Nomor 181 Tahun 2018 pada latar belakang disebutkan untuk pengukuran ketercapaian standar kompetensi lulusan Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Bahasa Arab di Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) dan Madrasah Aliyah (MA), perlu dilakukan penilaian hasil belajar peserta didik pada akhir satuan pendidikan melalui Ujian Akhir Madrasah Berstandar Nasional (UAMBN) (lampiran SK Dirjen Pendis Nomor 181 Tahun 2018, hal 1). Pada Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 ini merupakan kali pertama UAMBN setingkat MA dilaksanakan berbasis komputer sedangkan sebelumnya adalah berbasis kertas. Sehingga perlu adanya penelitian untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan UAMBN-BK di Kabupaten Blitar khususnya di MA Al Muhtaduun Jabung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menentukan informan menggunakan metode Snowballing Sample. Teknik analisis data dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Evaluasi pada Persiapan pelaksanaan UAMBN – BK di MA Al Muhtaduun Jabung dilakukan dengan mengikuti sosialisasi dan mempersiapkan sarana – prasarana ujian; 2) Evaluasi pada Proses pelaksanaan UAMBN – BK MA Al Muhtaduun Jabung dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditentukan oleh Kementerian Agama; 3) Evaluasi pada Evaluasi pelaksanaan UAMBN – BK MA Al Muhtaduun Jabung dilakukan secara internal madrasah. Kemudian ada kuesioner evaluasi yang diberikan kepada Kantor Kementerian Agama untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana pelaksanaan UAMBN – BK yang baru dilaksanakan tahun ini; 4) Evaluasi pada kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan UAMBN – BK adalah: 1) Aplikasi tidak berjalan pada software 2010 sehingga pihak madrasah menggunakan software 2007. Karena jika menggunakan software yang 2010 komputer sering update sendiri sehingga merusak aplikasi; 2) Jaringan dari Kementerian Agama pusat kurang besar kapasitasnya sehingga terkadang jaringan hilang; 3) Siswa tiba – tiba logout karena salah pencet tombol; 4) Siswa terkadang menendang dan menginjak kabel sehingga CPU mati; 5) Mencari pengawas yang bisa IT; 6) Soal Bahasa Arab sering tidak muncul; 7) Kualitas tulisan terlalu kecil sehingga sulit untuk memahami soal; 8) Pelaksana kurang siap karena masih pengalaman pertama UAMBN yang berbasis komputer sehingga masih saling menyesuaikan; 9) Biaya untuk pengadaan sarana prasarana menelan biaya yang sangat besar; 10) Ditengah perjalanan ada satu siswa yang mengundurkan diri. Kendala UAMBN-BK menurut para siswa adalah sebagai berikut: Sarpras yang kurang memadahi dan Mata siswa mengalami kelelahan membaca tulisan di komputer karena radiasi cahaya komputer; dan sering terjadi gangguan jaringan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: (1) To know the quality of service, (2) To know the handling of complaints, (3) To know the satisfaction of customers' business credit, (4) To know the influence of service quality to customer satisfaction, 5) To know the effect of the handling of complaints on the satisfaction of business credit customers, (6) To determine the effect of service quality and handling complaints together on the satisfaction of customers' business credit. The subject of this research is customer loan business people in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Rejoso Selatan in Nganjuk with 90 customer respondents. The method used in this research is quantitative approach. Research data obtained by questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with F test and t test to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that, with the fulfillment of validity, reliability and classical assumption test, hypothesis t test proved the quality of service and handling complaints have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction of people's business credit. F test hypothesis proves that together, multiple regression model strengthen correlational correlation of service quality and handling of complaint to customer satisfaction of people's business credit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses membangun personal brand Deni Purnama melalui media konvensional dan sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang berusaha memahami proses yang dialami oleh Deni Purnama dalam membangun personal brand. Dalam memahami proses membangun personal brand penulis mengunakan komponen personal brand Parengkuan dan Tumewu (2014) yang terdiri dari Sembilan komponen, yaitu value, skill, behavior, total look, uniqueness, authentic, achievement, strength, dan goal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan data mengunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi gambar. Kedalaman data bukan dilihat secara kuantitas melainkan pada kecukupan data yang diperoleh dalam observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai bahan analisis data dan menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Teknik analisis data mengunakan teknis analisis model alir milik Miles dan Huberman. Miles dan Huberman beranggapan bahwa analisis terdiri dari tiga alur yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu kredibilitas dengan menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahap pembentukan personal brand diawali dengan proses pemahaman akan self concept, selanjutnya pembentukan Sembilan komponen personal brand, pemilihan media, dan yang terakhir pemilihan audiens. Dalam penggunaan media, konsistensi atas pesan yang ditampilkan melalui media konvensional maupun social media harus dijaga karena akan menciptakan persepsi di benak masyarakat. Berasal dari konsistensi tersebut, personal brand seseorang akan terbentuk dan menempel sebagai brand di tengah masyarakat.
