Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan kejuruan, dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha siswa kelas xii Jurusan TITL di SMK Negeri 1 Blitar. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi siswa kelas XII jurusan TITL di SMK Negeri 1 Blitar, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik Propotional Random Sampling, karena semua subjek dianggap sama. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5 % sehingga dihasilkan responden 99 siswa. Tehnik pengumpulan data adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Validitas instrumen penelitian di lakukan dengan analisis rumus Product Moment, dan uji reliablitas menggunakan rumus Alfa Cronback. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan kejuruan, dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha siswa kelas xii jurusan TITL di SMK Negeri 1 Blitar.

Abstract

Semenjak krisis moneter melanda bangsa Indonesia tepatnya pada tahun 1997/1998, rakyat mengalami guncangan yang sangat besar dari berbagai sektor baik ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya. Bank Indonesia Cabang Kota Kediri merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN yang membantu perkembangan UMKM di Kota Kediri pola pembinaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi kolaborasi, pola pembinaan, dampak positif dan negatif dari pola pembinaan, hasil kinerja UMKM di Kota Kediri setelah mengikuti pola pembinaan antara Bank Indonesia Cabang Kediri dengan UMKM di Kota Kediri. Instrument dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman wawancara yang dilakukan dengan observasi langsung terhadap subjek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa seluruh pihak terkait duduk bersama agar nantinya tidak ada kesalahpahaman antara semua pihak serta control yang jelas, pola pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh Bank Indonesia berupa pendampingan dan juga fisik dengan memberikan alat penunjang kegiatan produksi (alat tenun), dampak positif dan negatif dari pelaksanaan pola pembinaan yang dilaksanakan antara pihak Bank Indonesia Cabang Kediri dengan UMKM Perkumpulan Pengrajin Tenun Ikat Bandar Kidul Kota Kediri baik secara umum maupun secara khusus, Bank Indonesia Cabang Kediri menetapkan indikator keberhasilan bagi para pelaku UMKM agar pola pembinaan yang dijalankan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan bisa mengembangkan UMKM.

Abstract

Growth of town that is quickly directly affects at development of elementary infrastructure and service of public that is it is of course requires a real big defrayal. This thing claims government of town to do efesiensi and effectivity in development defrayal, because limitation of government of town in providing development fund. Including specifying sectors which can be delivered its the management to public as a form of participation. Prodamas as one of program penanggulangan poorness of urban brings concept differing from program before all, be through enableness approach of public emphasizing at participation aspect and independence causing is reached sustainable development in 3 life aspect that is economics, social and physical of area (Tree power). This research aim to study participation of public in development of environmental infrastructure passed Enableness Program Sub-district Public (Prodamas), with qualitative descriptive analytical method to analyse form and level of partsipasi public at development of area infrastructure, and quantitative analytical method, to analyse influence the relation of public economics social with form of participation. Result of research shows existence of antusiasme involvement of public in every development step of environmental infrastructure in so many form. Responder taking part in in each development step of indicating that environmental infrastructure is responder has done good cooperation with government as conceptor existence of program Prodamas. Indication existence of this cooperation, indicates that form of participation of public has resided in at partnership level, medium of existence Enableness Program Sub- district Public (Prodamas) in sub-district Campurejo stays at partnership level. Recommendation given in this research is entangling of all public in development of environmental infrastructure without reference to difference of condition of economics social, and improvement of socialization intensity Enableness Sub-district Public (Prodamas) by government that this program stays at partnership level, where at this level participation of public haves the power of negotiation with power owner in doing planning, execution, observation and evaluation.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know the development of Tourism Through the community Powerless To tourism (Maya Juwita) in district of Blitar Town Kepanjenkidul as a tourist Kampong. Methods of analysis used in this study is the analysis of the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath). Results from this research menenunjukan a major starategi that needs to be done in order to materialize a tourist Kampong in district of Kepanjenkidul as a tourist area is divided into three main strategies, namely: Structuring the territory by establishing zoning for the activities of the community. Improvement of prowosi including conducts cultural tours. Counseling about the importance of the preservation of the environment, the mitigation of natural disasters and the dangers of pollution.

Abstract

Kabupaten Lombok Utara merupakan sebuah daerah yang mengandalkan sektor kepariwisataan. Pengembangan kawasan pariwisata di Kabupaten Lombok Utara lebih berorientasi pada perkembangan kawasan pariwisata budaya dan buatan. Pembagian kawasan pariwisata di Kabupaten Lombok Utara adalah berupa kawasan Pariwisata Budaya (misalnya kawasan wisata Pantai,kawasan pariwisata ke Tiga Gili. Selain kawasan pariwisata, substansi dalam penelitian ini adalah kawasan permukiman, apabila kawasan permukiman berdampingan dan berdekatan dengan kawasan wisata, diharapkan keduanya dapat disinergikan sehingga baik kawasan permukiman maupun kawasan pariwisata tersebut mendapatkan keuntungan (simbiose mutualistis) sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kualitas kehidupan masyarakat, Tujuan dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor terciptanya kolaborasi yang sinergis baik di kawasan permukiman sendiri maupun di kawasan wisata sehingga terjadi hubungan yang saling menguntungkan dan selain itu untuk mengetahui permasalahan-permasalahan adanya kawasan wisata di sekitar kawasan permukiman agar bisa diantisipasi sedini mungkin sehingga tercipta lingkungan pemukiman yang tertata, serasi, selaras, produktif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sehingga dengan metode ini dapat mendeskripsikan serta menganalisa swot strategi peningkatan daya saing pengembangan obyek wisata Pasca Gempa di Desa Malaka Keamatan Pemenang (Strukturisasi Permukiman Pendukung Wisata Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Daya Saing Pada Pengembangan Obyek Wisata Pasca Gempa di desa Malaka Kecamatan Pemenang ) Pelaksanaan metode tersebut tidak terbatas pada pengumpulan data dan penyusunannya, tapi juga meliputi analisa dan interpretasi data tersebut. Teknik analisa data yang dipergunakan adalah teknik analisa deskriptif dengan langkah reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penelitian Rencana Pengembangan Kawasan Perumahan dan Permukiman Pasca Gempa di Kawasan wisata Desa Malaka,merupakan pengembangan kawasan strukturisasi dan permukiman berbasis pariwisata. Dalam pengertian bahwa telah terjadi kolaborasi yang saling menguntungkan di dalam penataan Pasca Gempa diantaranya, baik kawasan perumahan dan permukiman serta kawasan pariwisata, dalam hal ini telah didapatkan konsep perlunya dibentuk kelembagaan pengelolaan kawasan guna Membuat Startegi Penegembangan Pariwisata dan Permukiman Pendukung Wisata yang akan di bangun yaitu Pemukiman warga yang Rumah Tahan Gempa/RTG, Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Daya Saing Pada Pengembangan Obyek Wisata Desa Malaka Kecamatan Pemenanag yang merupakan representasi bersama bagi seluruh warga Kabupsten Lombok Utara, khususnya Desa-desa yang ada di Kecamatan Pemenang

Abstract

The current land certification policy initiated by the government is based on the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 06 of 2018 concerning the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) which targets 126 million certified parcels in all regions of Indonesia in 2025. In the level of the implementation of PTSL at the Land Office of the Tulungagung Regency, it shows that from November 2019 the Tulungagung District Land Office has completed 24,432 land parcels of 32,000 targeted land parcels. The process of achieving targeted land parcels is influenced by internal and external factors of the land office that need to be addressed immediately, including Human Resource factors and limited facilities and general public response. In addition, the Performance optimization strategy needs to be supported by adequate resources and also needs to create a new strategy in resolving internal and external barriers that also come from the competency of community.

Abstract

The government provides more effective and efficient public services in the context of accelerating regional economic development through vision and mission, superior programs and activities directed at developing local potential according to the characteristics of the basic needs of the local community by taking into account the available resources that can be used as a mainstay sector to attract tourists from outside the area. The local government of Kediri City supports this effort with the flagship program of Kampung Keren (Creative and Independent). The research was carried out in the Kampung Dalem Village, Kediri City with the objectives of the research being (1) analyzing the types of regional superior product potential based on the type of marketing product entity, stakeholder participation, and marketing strategies in the Kampung Keren clusters, (2) analyzing the barriers to potential product development superior areas supporting the Kampung Keren clusters, (3) analyzing the causes of obstacles to the development of potential superior products from the areas supporting the Kampung Keren clusters, (4) analyzing SWOT-QSPM-based development strategies for regional superior products based on Kampung Keren clusters. The methodology is descriptive and the data is collected through discussion, documentation, and direct observation with 30 informants or respondents. The results of the study are 50 (fifty) potential local products that can be developed to support urban tourism based on the Kampung Keren cluster with various types of marketing product entities, especially services, with the largest community participation, and the level of promotion that must be more varied. The obstacles are especially in terms of limited budget and the main cause of the COVID-19 pandemic which requires the government to reallocate the budget for the development of Kampung Keren for prevention, handling and recovery of the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. government stakeholders, entrepreneurs, citizens, media, academics, in providing participation in goods, money, thoughts, expertise, personnel.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee engagement, the influence of motivation on employee engagement and the influence of positioning on employee engagement. The type of research is descriptive quantitative with a questionnaire as the data source. The population used is the civil servant of Small Tax Service Office of Kediri that was birth in 1981 until 1990 (Y generation) and birth in 1991 until 2000 (Z generation) amounted to 50 people and sampling technique used saturated sample. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that transformational leadership had no significant effect on employee engagement, motivation had significant effect on employee engagement, positioning had no significant effect on employee engagement.

Abstract

Abstract The tourism sector is one sector that is utilized by various regions in Indonesia in increasing the independence and prosperity of its people. especially in the current era of regional autonomy, the Regional Government of Kediri Regency needs to develop the tourism sector as an effort to increase Local Revenue (PAD). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the condition of tourism in the District of Kediri, the development of the tourism sector, the factors that influence tourism development, as well as the obstacles experienced in developing tourism as an effort to increase the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) of Kediri Regency. The instrument in this study used interview guidelines conducted by direct observation of the research subjects. Based on the results of research and discussion that the condition of tourism in the area of ​​Kediri Regency has enormous potential as one of the supporting sectors of regional development. Tourism development has a large enough potential to continue to be increased so that it contributes to the increase in input on the Regional Original Revenue (PAD). Factors that influence the development of the tourism sector include established regulations, qualified and competent human resources, budget funds, and real participation from the community. Obstacles related to the development of the tourism sector are the low quality of Human Resources (HR) as a manager of tourism and tourism objects, the limited facilities and infrastructure as well as the marketing network, and the non-optimal management and development of the tourism potential of Kediri Regency.
