Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price, product innovation, social media on consumer purchasing decisions for Vivi Jilbab in Jambi City. This research uses a quantitative approach and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 97 respondents who were distributed to Vivi Jilbab consumers. The research results show that price partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the results Tcount > Ttable (2.086 > 1.66140) and significance (0.040 < 0.05), product innovation partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the results Tcount > Ttable (2.316 > 1.66140) and significance (0.030 < 0.05), social media partially influences the decision to purchase Vivi Jilbab with the results Tcount > Ttable (2.193 > 1.66140) and significance is (0.031 < 0.05 ). Based on the price F test, product innovation and social media simultaneously influence purchasing decisions with the results Fcount > Ftable (4.592 > 2.70) and significance (0.005 < 0.05). The adjusted R square value obtained is 0.846 or it could be said that 84.6% of purchasing decision variables are influenced by price variables, product innovation and social media. Meanwhile, the remaining 15.4% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research

Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh label halal, citra merek, harga dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik yang tidak terdaftar BPOM (Studi kasus desa sungai itik kec.sadu kab. Tanjung jabung timur). Skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda secara parsial dan secara simultan dengan sampel 75 Masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel label halal, citra merek, harga dan gaya hidup berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk kosmetik yang tidak terdaftar BPOM (Studi kasus desa sungai itik kec.sadu kab. Tanjung jabung timur). Sedangkan secara parsial label halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sementara citra merek tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan variabel harga, gaya hidup terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik yang tidak terdaftar BPOM (Studi kasus desa sungai itik kec.sadu kab. Tanjung jabung timur).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out (1) whether empathy has a significant effect on zakat compliance of Muslim employees who distribute zakat to Basnaz, Tebo Regency, (2) whether religiosity has a significant effect on zakat compliance among Muslim employees. Tebo Regency and (3) whether empathy and religiosity simultaneously influence Muslim employees' zakat compliance with Muslim employees who distribute zakat to Basnaz in Tebo Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The data sources in this research are Muslim employees who distribute zakat to Basnaz, Tebo Regency. The data collection methods that researchers use are questionnaires, documentation and observation. The analytical method used in processing the data is multiple linear regression analysis, using the SPSS (Statistical Packade For Social Science) application. Based on the results of the research and discussion carried out in the previous chapter, the conclusions were drawn: (1) Empathy has a significant effect on zakat compliance among Muslim employees who distribute zakat to Basnaz, Tebo Regency, (2) Religiosity has a significant effect on zakat compliance among Muslim employees who distribute zakat to Basnaz Regency. Tebo and (3) Empathy and religiosity simultaneously have a significant effect on compliance with zakat among Muslim employees who distribute zakat to Basnaz, Tebo Regency.

Abstract

This research is based on the role of cooperatives in increasing micro-enterprises in Bukit Harapan village, Merlung District. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of cooperatives in developing micro businesses in Bukit Harapan village, Merlung sub-district and to determine the role of cooperatives in empowering the community's economy, especially micro entrepreneurs in terms of income. The type of research method used is qualitative research. The results of this study show that cooperatives have a very important role in developing micro businesses in Bukit Harapan Village, as evidenced by the results of research to 15 resource persons. All micro business actors agreed that cooperatives are very helpful for them in opening and developing their businesses. In addition to cooperatives playing a role in developing micro businesses, cooperatives also play a role in growing the community's economy so that people's income increases. This is in line with the findings of research to 15 interviewees who said that, after they increased capital for the business they had, their income also increased.

Abstract

Minat kerja merupakan kecenderungan memiliki kemauan dan kemampuan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan berdasarkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan. Penghargaan finansial merupakan gaji atau bayaran yang diperoleh pekerja berdasarkan jabatan atau tugas yang dikerjakan, dan pertimbangan pasar kerja merupakan ketersediaan lapangan pekerjaan untuk jenis keahlian tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengetahui pengaruh penghargaan finansial dan pertimbangan pasar kerja terhadap minat mahasiswa FEBI UIN STS Jambi bekerja pada Bank Syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 540 mahasiswa dan sampelnya adalah mahasiswa semester 8 FEBI UIN STS Jambi, yang terdiri dari Prodi Ekonomi Syariah, Akuntansi Syariah, Perbankan Syariah, dan Manajemen Keuangan Syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penghargaan finansial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa bekerja di Bank Syariah. pertimbangan pasar kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa bekerja di Bank Syariah. Variabel penghargaan finansial dan pertimbangan pasar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa bekerja di Bank Syariah.

Abstract

This Study aims to analyze the effect of perceptions of trust and perceived risk on the use of e-money services on students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 96 students. Collecting data in this thesis through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the perceived trust variable has a significant positive effect on the use of e-money services. Furthermore, the variable perceptions of trust and perceived risk together have a significant effect on the variable of using e-money services. This illustrates that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable has a effect of 67,9% and the remaining 32,1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. So it can be concluded that if the variable perceptions of trust and perceived risk experience an increase, then the variable use of e-money services of students of the Islamic economics and business faculties of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi will also experience an increase.

Abstract

The development of an institution cannot be separated from the role of the community it self. Apart from quality, the institution must also give priority to the community, consumert or customers to maintain the continuity of the institution or argency. The activities of Islamic banking institutions must be carried out as closely as possible in introducing the products and services offered by Islamic banking with the aim of increasing or even increasing public interest and trust. In connection with this research, this thesis aims to determine the lack of public interest in choosing Islamic banking products. This type of research is qualitaive research and the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. This research involved 30 respondents in Mekar Sari Village, Kumpeh districh, consisting of various professions. From the results of research conducted by researchers, 8 respondents stated that they were interested in Islamic banking , but only 3 respondents had used Islamic banking services, and the remaining 14 respondents were not interested and used conventional banking services, then 8 respondents did not respond because they assumed that Islamic banking and conventional bank are the same. Based on the data analysis from this research, the public understanding of Islamic banking are internal and external factors, including personality, motivation, attitudes, beliefs lifestyle, religion, experience, family, culture, society and service. Of these factors, the most dominant main factors are attitude and belief factors, personality factors and community factors themselves.

Abstract

Murabaha bil wakalah financing at BMT AL-Ishlah, Jambi, experienced payment problems. The Islamic finance industry is growing rapidly, but problematic financing is a challenge. The research aims to identify the causes and strategies for solving murabahah bil wakalah financing problems. This research uses a qualitative approach, data collection is carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification. The research focuses on identifying internal and external factors that cause financing problems and exploring solutions to resolve them. The results of this research are internal factors including inaccurate credit analysis and inadequate application of the 5C principles. External factors include economic conditions, the COVID-19 pandemic, and customer behavior. Solving problems through non-litigation approaches such as friendship, financing restructuring and financial assistance. Research finds that proper handling can reduce the risk of problematic financing and support the sustainability of BMT in the Islamic finance industry.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently changing the minds of customers or consumers in carrying out various transaction activities in the banking world, where customers prioritize aspects of convenience, flexibility, efficiency and simplicity. Mobile banking technology is a type of service provided by banks to their customers so that they can carry out their banking activities at any time without having to come to the bank. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of benefits and convenience on the interest in using BSI Mobile in the community in Sungai Tering Village, Nipah Panjang District. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study consisted of 100 respondents. This research uses a random sampling technique, namely taking the population based on the area of the object of this research. The data analysis technique used to answer all the problem formulations uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of the t test show that the benefits variable has a tcount value of 1.870 > ttable 1.660 Then H1 is accepted, the convenience variable has a tcount value of 5.676 > ttable 1.660 then H2 is accepted, and the R2 test is 0.678, this means that the interest variable can be explained by the perception variable convenience, benefits and safety. The t test results of the variable that is very influential in using mobile banking, namely the convenience variable, has a t value of 5.676.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the perceptions of non-Muslim students towards Indonesian Sharia Banks. To answer this problem, this research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research with data sources from UNJA students. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that students' perceptions of sharia banks are still lacking because they do not understand sharia banking, they are not sure what sharia banks are, but they have heard about sharia banks from their neighbors. They stated that Islamic banks are the same as regular banks, only that they are designed specifically for Muslims and their operational procedures are the same. Therefore, Islamic banks cannot be accessed by non-Muslim students. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that in UNJA non-Muslim students' perception of sharia banking is a process of integrating, regarding and interpreting information received by the sensory system. Non-Muslim students at UNJA only know about sharia banks, some also know about them from social media, and their response to sharia banks is only ordinary banks and there are also those who say sharia banks are good banks
