Abstract

This article discusses the dynamics of internal irregularities in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. This paper uses secondary data for 2017-2020, published annually by Islamic commercial banks. The sample of this study consisted of 10 Islamic commercial banks, which were determined based on the criteria and the availability of existing data. The data analysis is in the form of panel data regression analysis with the help of eviews and excels applications. This study indicates that partially the proportion of independent commissioners has a significant positive effect on fraud, and the variable number of audit committee meetings and the whistle-blowing system has no significant adverse effect on fraud. While simultaneously, the variable of good corporate governance with indicators of the proportion of independent commissioners, the number of audit committee meetings, and the whistle-blowing system have a significant positive effect on fraud in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2017-2020 period.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to discover problematic financing products and how the Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi branch office handles the problematic financing. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. As for collecting data through interviews with Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi branch office employees. Direct observation of the particular object at which the research point and record everything related to problematic financing and documentation related to this research. The results of research that the author has conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia's first Jambi branch office are the existence of 200 iB Microfinance products that are problematic, then how to deal with problematic financing by rescheduling, restructuring reconditioning. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya produk pembiayaan yang bermasalah dan bagaimana cara Bank Syariah Indonesia kantor cabang Jambi menangani pembiayaan bermasalah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun metode pengumpulan datanya dengan cara wawancara kepada karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia kantor cabang Jambi. Observasi secara langsung terhadap objek tertentu yang menjadi titik penelitian serta mencatat segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan pembiayaan bermasalah dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis di Bank Syariah Indonesia kantor cabang Jambi yang pertama adalah adanya produk pembiayaan mikro 200 iB yang bermasalah, selanjutnya bagaimana menangani pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu dengan cara rescheduling, restructuring dan reconditioning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh pengetahuan investasi, return, dan risiko investasi terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam melakukan aktivitas bertransaksi di pasar modal Syariah. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi yang telah terdaftar sebagai investor saham di Galeri Investasi Syariah FEBI UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda sebagai analisisnya. Sampel pada penilitian ini menggunakan 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan investasi (X1) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y). Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 0.348 < 1.966 dan nilai Sig. 0,729 > 0.05. yang artinya Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima, return investasi (X2) menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y) Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 6.150 > 1.966 dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, dan risiko investasi (X3) menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y) Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2.086 > 1.966 dan nilai Sig. 0,040 < 0,05. Hal ini disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil uji F di peroleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 50,249 dan Ftabel sebesar 2,70 (50,249>2,70), dan nilai signifikan 0,000 dimana p<0,05 jadi hasil uji F 0,000<0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Pengetahuan Investasi, Return Investasi dan Risiko Investasi secara simultan secara bersamaan terhadap variabel Minat Investasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Level of Public Knowledge of Islamic Banking Products. The problems discussed are public knowledge of Islamic banking products and what factors determine the level of public knowledge of Islamic banking products in Talang Bakung Village. The sample is 99 respondents. The sampling method is Purposive Sampling, the sampling technique based on the criteria, namely age and religion. Data were collected by interviewing and filling out questionnaires addressed to the people of Talang Bakung sub-district in Jambi city. The research results show that the people's knowledge of Talang Bakung Village regarding Islamic banking products is deficient. Some people already know about Islamic banks but do not know about the products. The factors that determine the level of knowledge of the Talang Bakung sub-district are education, employment, age, experience, and environmental factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether EVA and MVA provide additional funds for funders and whether EVA and MVA affect the stock price of the telecommunications company. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all telecommunications companies and the data analysis tool used was the classical assumption method with multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test and F-test. The results of this study indicate that: EVA and MVA has no effect on the stock price variable of Telecommunication companies based on the results of the t-test. Based on the f-test shows that there not is an influence between EVA, MVA on stock prices if analyzed together. The result of R2 is 16.7%, the variation in stock prices can be explained by the two independent variables, namely EVA and MVA, while the rest is explained by other variables outside the regression model.

Abstract

Returns on stocks are the benefits businesses, individuals, and organizations receive directly from their investment decisions. Every short or long-term investment has one primary goal: to generate a profit, also known as a return. This can happen in either a direct or indirect manner. This study aimed to test and collect empirical data on the impact of ROA, ROE, EPS, and PER on stock returns. Panel data regression was used, and the research data came from each mining firm's annual reports and financial statements included in the Indonesian sharia stock index from 2016 to 2020. So, according to the findings of this study, ROA, ROE, and PER have a significant beneficial impact. Quite large on stock returns because the company's management can manage ROA, ROE, and PER effectively to create high profits, encouraging investors to invest. Meanwhile, EPS does not significantly affect stock returns because companies with low earnings per share do not accurately reflect the profits that investors will get, thus making investors less interested in investing their capital. Simultaneously ROA, ROE, EPS, and PER affect stock returns.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of Islamic banking financing in improving the ummah's economic level, including MSME financing, and the obstacles faced by MSMEs in the micro-business financing application process. This type of research is qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The result of this research is that the financing of Islamic banking micro-businesses against MSMEs is carried out by providing a form of services in the form of microfinance to customers who have been recorded at Bank Syariah Indonesia of Muara Bulian, then continued with the stages of training and extension activities facilitated directly by Islamic banks. The obstacles customers face when applying for microfinance are the number of customers who have not met the technical requirements of Islamic banking, such as limited guarantees and income that fluctuates, resulting in the emergence of problematic financing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada “Pendapatan Produk Roti Barokah Sebelum Dan Sesudah Memiliki Logo Halal Pada Toko Kelontong Yang Menjadi Tempat Penitipan”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh label halal terhadap penjualan roti di Barokah Bakery dan apakah penyebab penurunan pendapatan penjualan roti di Barokah Bakery. Jenis penelitian ini jika di tinjau dari rencana penelitian maka dapat digolongkan ke dalam penelitian kualitatif, yaitu menekankan pada pengamatan fenomena dan meneliti ke subtansi makna dari fenomena yang diteliti, labelisasi halal tidak berpengaruh terhadap penjualan roti barokah yang di titipkan disini hal tersebut terjadi karena konsumen yang belanja di sini kurang memperdulikan tentang label halal yang terpenting hanya rasa enak, ukuran besar, dan harga yang murah dan banyaknya pesaing dari merek laindan terjadinya covid 19 yang melanda Indonesia pada tahun 2020 kemarin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. labelisasi halal tidak berpengaruh terhadap penjualan roti barokah. 2. Penyebab terjadinya penurunan penjualan disebabkan oleh persaingan pasar dengan menjual produk yang sama. Dan penurunan jumlah konsumen yang disebabkan oleh fenomena covid 19.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology and the growth of the internet, short videos have gradually influenced and even replaced current mainstream media such as magazines, newspapers, television, and others, due to their fast distribution speed, wide distribution reach, and a large number of participants. A report by We Are Social shows that the number of active social media users in Indonesia reached 167 million people in January 2023. Buying and selling are everyday activities that involve the exchange of both necessary and less essential products. Year after year, consumer consumption continues to rise. Because of this, a significant number of online sellers have emerged, making it easier for buyers to shop online. E-commerce offers advantages to consumers, such as saving time when shopping, as it can be done online without the need to visit physical stores. Consumers can compare products more accurately. E-commerce platforms offer a wide range of stores selling similar products, allowing consumers to easily compare products in terms of quality and price from one store to another. One popular type of online store is the Tiktok Shop. Recently, people have been excited about the surge in online shopping conducted through video and live streaming via the Tiktok app. This is why people are interested in shopping at online stores. TikTok Shop, the latest addition to the app, was launched in April 2021. The purpose of this feature is to enable users to make buying and selling transactions within the TikTok app. At that time, few people were aware of this feature because it was still very new. The lack of appeal in the products being sold and their high prices made some students less inclined to make purchases on Tiktok. This research aims to investigate the influence of price discounts and endorsements on purchasing decisions on Tiktok. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using incidental sampling. This research used SPSS version 22 for data analysis. The results of the research indicate that price discounts and endorsements have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Based on data analysis in this research, these variables are valid and reliable. The classic assumption tests in this research show that the data is normally distributed, there is no heteroskedasticity, and there is no multicollinearity.

Abstract

Munculnya suatu Brand besar pada suatu produk makanan membuat beberapa masyarakat muslim tertarik untuk ikut menikmati produk dari brand besar tersebut. Dan berubahnya gaya hidup di zaman generasi z membuat beberapa masyarakat muslim ikut menjadi konsumen pada brand makanan tersebut sehingga membuat beberapa konsumen muslim tidak terlalu memikirkan apakah brand makanan tersebut sudah bersertifikat halal atau belum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan pengarus label halal,brand image, lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen muslim di Restoran Ichiban Jamtos Jambi. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini kuantitatif, dan metode analisi data yang digunakan adalah uji koefisien determinasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 responden yang merupakan konsumen muslim Restoran Ichiban Jamtos Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Label halal, brand image,lifestyle secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai adjusted R square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,105 atau 10.5%. Pada pengujian asumsi klasik penelitian ini berdistribusi normal, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas, dan multikolinearitas.
