Abstract

This activity aims to provide training to teachers and practice problem making and implementation in elementary schools. So that teachers get direct experience in making problems through the Kahoot application for teachers. The method of carrying out this activity is carried out from the preparation stage to the reporting of activities that take about 1 month. Parties involved in the activity include: 1). Lecturers as speakers and moderators, students as a support team for the implementation of the event. 2). Teachers in SDIT Bina Insani Kediri. Of the 25 teachers who have participated in the training, as many as 17 teachers have submitted the results of the analysis, based on the results of the questionnaire showed 4 teachers stated there were no obstacles in implementing kahoot. While the other 13 stated to experience some obstacles, namely less accustomed to operating kahoot. The advantages of applications when implemented include more interesting and easy to do. Kahoot application can be one of the alternative learning variations. Through the use of kahoot learning outcomes related to the order of the level of truth problems can be more quickly known. Kahoot application is practical, because teachers can directly monitor students who work on problems.

Abstract

Most of the elementary school teachers in the Kediri District, Mostly, have not been able to compile teaching modules for the independent curriculum. It is necessary to provide training in the preparation of teaching modules. The method used there are three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The training went smoothly and well. The material provided was easily understood by 68.2% of the participants. As many as 45.5% of participants stated that the speaker was very clear. As many as 79.5% of participants required further training. In addition to containing percentages, the participants wanted a longer training time, added facilitators or companions for the training participants, and simplified the training material.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan kerajinan tangan (KETAN) berbasis produk kreatif dan bisnis ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa, menumbuhkan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan melalui pemanfaatan limbah plastik, serta menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan sejak usia sekolah dasar. Program ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Jati dengan sasaran utama siswa kelas V. Metode pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kreativitas siswa dalam memanfaatkan tutup botol bekas menjadi gantungan kunci bernilai jual serta bertambahnya pemahaman mengenai konsep daur ulang dan pemasaran sederhana. Program pelatihan KETAN efektif meningkatkan kreativitas, kepedulian lingkungan, dan pemahaman kewirausahaan dasar siswa melalui pemanfaatan limbah plastik menjadi produk bernilai jual. Mereka aktif mengikuti setiap tahap, mulai dari pengumpulan bahan hingga pembuatan produk. Meskipun beberapa siswa masih memerlukan, bimbingan pada tahap teknis, kegiatan tetap berlangsungan lancar. Pengenalan kewirausahaan juga memberi pengalaman baru bagi siswa, meskipun pemahaman mereka masih perlu diperkuat. Secara keseluruhan, program ini memberi dampak positif dan layak dikembangkan sebagai kegiatan berkelanjutan di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the improvement in student learning outcomes after using the Kaseba (Polygonal Bag) learning media, determine the level of media effectiveness based on learning completeness, and determine the percentage of positive student responses in learning mathematics on plane geometry material. The study used a quasi-experimental method with a One Group Pretest–Posttest design involving 30 fourth-grade students from two elementary schools. The instruments used included a learning outcome test and a student response questionnaire. The results showed a significant increase in learning outcomes, indicated by an increase in the average score from 55.93 in the pretest to 91.43 in the posttest, with an N-Gain score of 0.81 which is included in the high category. Classical completeness reached 100%, so the Kaseba media was declared very effective for use in learning. In addition, the questionnaire results showed a student response of 90% with a very positive category, indicating that the Kaseba media is interesting, easy to use, and helps understand the concept of plane geometry concretely. Overall, this study concludes that Kaseba media is effective in improving learning outcomes, meeting classical completeness, and receiving positive appreciation from students, so it is worthy of being recommended as an alternative mathematics learning media in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity, effectiveness and practicality of the product development of picture book media based on local wisdom. The type of research is development research (R&D) with the type of ADDIE research model. Product trials were conducted using limited and extended trials. The research subjects were on a small scale in the fourth grade of SDN Mrican 1, which amounted to 10 students, while the subjects of the large-scale trial were conducted on the fourth grade students of SDN Mrican 2, which amounted to 43 students. The feasibility analysis test of the product developed was determined through the results of material validation, media validation, and the practice of trial use by students and teachers using descriptive analysis. Test the effectiveness and practicality using a t-test using a questionnaire. The results of the study show (1) product validity scores 92 very valid categories, while material validation scores 89 very valid categories. (2) Product effectiveness gets an average score of 88 in the effective category. (3) The practicality of the product received a score of 92 very practical categories. It can be concluded that the development of picture book media based on local wisdom is very feasible to use in the learning process and can improve learning outcomes for students in learning material
