Abstract

Defisiensi hemoglobin pada remaja mengakibatkan terganggunya pertumbuhan fisik, terganggunya perilaku dan psikologi sehingga dapat mengganggu proses sel otak yang mengakibatkan turunnya daya tahan tubuh, cepat capek dan lapar, tidak fokus saat belajar, turunnya prestasi belajar dan juga dapat turunnya energy dalam bekerja. Hasil studi pendahuluan pada tanggal 12 Maret 2020 di SMAN Gapura pada 10 siswi kelas XI. 5 orang siswi mengatakan kalau sering pusing dan pandangan agak berkunang-kunang, apalagi pada saat menstruasi. 3 orang mengatakan kadang sering lelah disertai dengan jantung berdegub kencang dan 2 orang siswi mengatakan merasa lemas pada saat mentruasi. Ini merupakan penelitian pra eksperimental menggunakan pendekatan one group pre test – post test. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah semua siswi kelas XI yang mengalami anemia ringan sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan lembar observasi, Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberi intervensi semua responden sebanyak 35 orang (100%) mengalami anemia ringan. Setelah diberi intervensi sebanyak 32 orang (91%) nilai Hbnya meningkat menjadi ? 12gr/dL. Hasil analisis dengan uji wolcoxon menunjukkan bahwa p=0,000(p<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada efek mengkonsumsi sari kacang hijau bersama madu pada kenaikan nilai Hb siswi kelas XI di SMAN Gapura. Abstract

Di tengah dinamika bisnis global yang semakin kompleks, kelincahan karyawan (employee agility) menjadi kompetensi kunci untuk memastikan organisasi tetap adaptif dan kompetitif. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi employee agility dalam periode 2021–2025, khususnya pasca disrupsi global. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 62 artikel yang ditelusuri melalui basis data Scopus, sebanyak 14 artikel terpilih dianalisis secara tematik. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa employee agility dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis individu (seperti motivasi intrinsik dan sikap adaptif), dukungan organisasional dan HRM, penggunaan teknologi digital seperti Enterprise Social Media (ESM), serta konteks krisis yang mendorong fleksibilitas kerja. Kajian ini juga menyoroti bahwa employee agility tidak hanya menjadi hasil dari intervensi organisasi, tetapi juga bertindak sebagai mediator penting dalam efektivitas pelatihan dan adaptasi organisasi. Implikasi praktis mencakup perlunya investasi dalam kompetensi digital, pengelolaan stres digital, serta integrasi pembelajaran berbasis kerja. Selain itu, kajian ini merekomendasikan arah penelitian masa depan yang lebih luas dengan pendekatan multilevel, longitudinal, dan integratif antar-disiplin. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan strategis bagi pengembangan kebijakan SDM yang responsif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Social media provides many conveniences that can be obtained from cellphones and the internet, almost all students as users of technology and information and prove that at this time life cannot be separated from technology and information. Community Service activities are carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Mawasangka Tengah with the aim of sharing knowledge about the wise use of social media among students. Students should learn more about time management and wise use of social media to deal with the positive and negative impacts of social media. Students can find various sources of lesson-related information on social media. They can search for blogs, videos, articles and other sources that will help their understanding. Students can have a deeper understanding of the subject matter they are learning by using social media. Students can also work together with their friends on social media, they can collaborate in groups, hold conversations and exchange ideas. In addition to increasing student participation, this partnership broadens their perspective. Students can utilize social media to learn and grow. However, in using social media, we must remember about the ethics and safety of its use in order to use social media wisely.

Abstract

Abstrak Haid atau menstruasi merupakan sebagai pendarahan berkala dari rahim yang terjadi setiap bulan dan sepanjang kehidupan reproduksi aktif seorang wanita. Salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang dapat timbul bagi kesehatan reproduksi remaja saat menstruasi adalah dismenore atau nyeri saat menstruasi/dismenorhe. Dismenore (dismenore) mempunyai dampak yang cukup besar pada remaja putri karena mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari, kesulitan berkonsentrasi pada materi yang disampaikan dalam proses pembelajaran tidak diterima dengan baik, meminta izin untuk pulang atau sekadar masuk ke kamarnya untuk beristirahat. Masalah yang harus di tangani adalah pengetahuan remaja tentang dismenorhe yang masih kurang serta belum tersedianya peer konselor untuk memfasilitasi konsultasi teman sebaya di lingkungan mitra sebagai pusat sarana pelayanan kesehatan dasar. Pengadian Kesehatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi tentang latihan fisik untuk mengatasi nyeri dismenorhe. Target luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah penyusunan artikel. Pengadian Kepada Masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang mengatasi nyeri haid dengan latihan fisik pada remaja.   Kata Kunci : nyeri haid;latihan fisik; remaja putri   Abstract Menstruation can be defined as periodic bleeding from the uterus that occurs every month and throughout a woman's active reproductive life. One of the health problems that can arise for adolescent reproductive health during menstruation is dysmenorrhea or pain during menstruation. Dysmenorrhea has quite a big impact on young women because it interferes with daily activities, difficulty concentrating on the material presented in the learning process is not well received, and permission to go home or just go to their room to rest. The problem that must be addressed is the lack of adolescent knowledge about dysmenorrhea and the unavailability of peer counselors to facilitate peer consultations in partner environments as centers for basic health services. This health service is carried out by providing education about exercises and nutrition to treat dysmenorrhea. The target output of this activity is the preparation of articles and booklets. This community service can increase teenagers' knowledge about dealing with dysmenorrhea through exercises and nutrition for teenagers.   Keywords: dysmenorrhea, exercises, teenagers

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kualitas sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan berdaya saing. Salah satu kontribusi penting pendidikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah melalui peningkatan literasi keuangan, yaitu kemampuan individu dalam memahami, mengelola, dan mengambil keputusan keuangan secara bijak. Dalam konteks pembangunan ekonomi, literasi keuangan menjadi fondasi penting bagi terciptanya masyarakat yang mandiri secara finansial, produktif, dan siap menghadapi tantangan ekonomi global. Metode pengabdian: Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan berupa materi dalam bentuk PPT. Hasil pengabdian: Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam kepada siswa SMAN 7 Binjai mengenai pentingnya pendidikan dalam menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui peningkatan literasi keuangan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan, khususnya dalam aspek literasi keuangan, dengan kemampuan siswa dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi secara cerdas dan bertanggung jawab. Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan, pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara pendidikan ekonomi dan literasi keuangan sangat relevan dan penting untuk diterapkan sejak tingkat pendidikan menengah. SMAN 7 Binjai menjadi contoh bagaimana sekolah dapat menjadi pusat pembentukan karakter dan kecakapan finansial siswa sebagai bekal menghadapi tantangan ekonomi di masa depan.

Abstract

The implementation of the Solar Dryer Dome innovation in Sungkai Green Park Ecotourism, Lambung Bukit Village, Pauh District, Padang City, is a strategic step in supporting urban farming practices. Lecturers and students from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Andalas University, have successfully integrated this technology in the cultivation of vegetables, fish, broiler chickens, and the tea drying process. This infrastructure is equipped with a UV plastic roof to protect plants from excessive UV rays, while the center of the dome functions as a fish pond that utilizes fish waste as natural fertilizer for plants. The IoT-based control system allows efficient monitoring and control via mobile devices, with various sensors for temperature, humidity, soil pH, and water quality. As a result, harvest time becomes more efficient—vegetables in 21-27 days, gourami fish around 1000 per year, broiler chickens in 30 days, and dried tea in 8 hours in sunny weather. The specific objectives of implementing this innovation at the Solar Dryer Dome location are to increase production efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve product quality, all of which have a positive impact on local food security. This initiative also supports sustainable urban farming practices and improves community knowledge and skills in modern agriculture. Overall, the Solar Dryer Dome has a significant positive impact on the community and the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Maraknya kemunculan desa wisata pada satu dasawarsa terakhir menjadi potensi besar dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Desa Candirejo merupakan Desa Wisata yang terletak di Kabupaten Magelang, sejak tahun 2003 yang memiliki 3 macam wisata, yaitu wisata budaya, agrowisata, dan wisata alam. Pada Kegaitan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Dalam upaya pengembangan wisata di Desa Candirejo, maka perlu memanfaatkan peta wisata yang mengambarkan secara visual destinasi wisata di Desa Candirejo. Program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah pembuatan diagram alur wisata dan sosialisasi pemanfaatan peta wisata dalam upaya meningkatkan potensi wisata daerah. Pembuatan Peta dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi QGIS dan Google Maps. Dengan adanya Peta Wisata diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana bagi para wisatawan untuk dapat melaksanakannya secara efektif.

Abstract

The rapid spread of the virus and the ever-increasing incidence of COVID-19 must be stopped immediately with specific prevention and treatment. Communities have a big role in preventing COVID-19. Good knowledge and a positive attitude and behavior in preventing COVID-19 can be an effort to stop the transmission of COVID-19. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes and behavior of the community towards the prevention of COVID-19 in the working area of the Pasar Merah Health Center. This research is analytic observational with a cross-sectional study design. The number of research samples was 100 people who were taken using the simple random sampling method and the data was taken through a questionnaire which was immediately filled in, so that the data collected was primary data. Bivariate analysis using somers'd test. Of the 100 samples, it shows that as many as 88% of the people at the Pasar Merah Health Center have good knowledge, 93% have good attitudes, and 80% have good behavior. The results of the bivariate test using the somers'd correlation test between the level of knowledge and attitudes obtained p value = 0.003 (<0.05). The results of the correlation test between the level of knowledge and behavior obtained p value = 0.001 (<0.05). Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes and behavior of the community towards preventing the COVID-19 pandemic in the working area of the Pasar Merah Health Center.

Abstract

Biocomposite strain sensors must enhance their electrical properties and understand the impact of humidity on these properties. This study aimed to enhance the current density and specific capacitance of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polypyrrole (Ppy) composite materials for strain sensors. The materials were prepared by blending polyvinyl alcohol and polypyrrole, followed by magnetic stirring, drying, and stretching. Current density and specific capacitance measurements were taken before and after the stretching process and at three distinct relative humidity levels (50%, 75%, and 93%). After the tensile test, the results indicated a significant increase in current density by 128.46% and a corresponding rise in specific capacitance by 112.57%. Furthermore, with an increase in relative humidity from 50% to 75%, current density and specific capacitance exhibited remarkable growth of 445.95% and 899.44%, respectively. The subsequent shift from 75% to 93% relative humidity resulted in a comparatively lower percentage increase in current density and specific capacitance at 22.59% and 10.29%, respectively, due to a decrease in hydroxyl bonds. These findings align with the material's characteristic tests, confirming that the improved electrical properties can be attributed to a more uniform distribution of polypyrrole during the stretching process and increased hydroxyl bonds associated with higher humidity levels. As electrical properties increase, the sensor's sensitivity will also rise.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to determine how the Springate Method, Zmijewski Method, and Grover Method analyze bankruptcy at PT Blue Bird Tbk with the period used in this study is six years, starting from 2016-2021. This research was conducted by taking secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from the official website www.bluebirdgroup.com. The Springate method used to analyze the bankruptcy condition of PT Blue Bird Tbk in the 2016-2021 period, there were two years in the vulnerable area, namely 2016 and 2018, in 2017 the company was in a healthy condition or not bankrupt. The Zmijewski method used to analyze the bankruptcy condition of PT Blue Bird Tbk in the 2016-2021 period, that the six consecutive years did not experience bankruptcy. The Grover method used to analyze the bankruptcy condition of PT Blue Bird Tbk in the 2016-2021 period, that the six consecutive years did not experience bankruptcy.PT Blue Bird Tbk was in a vulnerable area in 2016 and 2018, but for 2017 the company was in a healthy condition or not bankrupt. While experiencing bankruptcy in 2019-2021 using the Springate method and this method is accurate in analyzing bankruptcy in this company. While the Zmijewski and Grover in the six years 2016-2021, PT Blue Bird Tbk is in a healthy condition or not bankrupt.
