Abstract

Making simple financial reports based on Microsoft Excel to manage business processes for the micro, small and medium industrial world is very much needed for the business progress of Chicken Farming UMKM. Currently, many Microsoft Excel-based bookkeeping systems that are simple and easy to understand have been created with the aim of helping micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) obtain efficient, fast and accurate business reports. The problem that arises is that these UMKM business actors are not used to using a Microsoft Excel-based bookkeeping system, which makes the performance of these UMKM business unit players less good. This training activity was attended by several chicken farming business people in the city of Parepare. The activity ran smoothly and the participants were very enthusiastic. Aya Farms UMKM players are expected to improve their skills in compiling quality financial reporting data using Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge to the community directly through training that is held. One of the training objects given to employees in Sidorejo Village, Yogyakarta. The training given is about creating and managing databases to facilitate archiving of letters in the village. A database is an information system that functions to input and process data in a computerized manner that can be used at any time by users of the system. The activity of creating a village database is carried out with a community approach, one of which is by forming village database cadres. This process is carried out using training. So that in its implementation by using a learning process such as lectures to explain the material and practice of filling in the database itself and field work that is carried out directly after the training. The implementation of this program is carried out with several things including preparation and implementation of the program. The implementation of the program begins with the formation of database cadres and then training cadres to provide knowledge and skills. The creation of a community-based database has contributed to the village government.

Abstract

Water is a basic need for life, especially for humans who always need water throughout their lives. The human body consists mostly of water. Household waste is waste that comes from kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, household industrial waste and human waste. This community service aims to improve sanitation through the construction of closed wastewater channels and safe reservoirs, as well as providing education to the local fishing community. The methods used include initial surveys, planning and design, training and counseling, physical development, as well as evaluation and monitoring. The construction of the channel was carried out using concrete and septic tanks, accompanied by technical training for the community. The results show an increase in community knowledge and skills in wastewater management. Through the implementation of Community Service (PKM) activities, it can be concluded that efforts to improve fishermen's skills in making household waste channels is a significant step in improving sanitation and public health. This activity has produced several results that can be measured quantitatively, such as increasing partner knowledge by 80%. This figure is based on the results of pre-test and post-test evaluations carried out before and after the training, where participants' knowledge of drainage construction techniques and the importance of sanitation increased significantly
