Abstract

This article aims to analyze the supporting factors that influence student development, such as learning motivation, aggression control, and the application of learning theories. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach to analyze various relevant references. The research findings indicate that high learning motivation can improve students' academic performance, while proper aggression management can enhance social and emotional interactions. The application of constructivism theory and multiple intelligences in learning provides space for the development of various aspects of student intelligence. In conclusion, a holistic learning approach, considering both internal and external factors, can optimize the overall development of students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the syllabus of the Islamic Jurisprudence (Fikih) subject for Grade VII of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) from the perspective of Islamic educational objectives, which emphasize the formation of a holistic and balanced Muslim personality—spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and socially. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using document analysis as the primary method. The main data source is the Grade VII Fikih syllabus published by the Directorate of KSKK Madrasah, Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in 2022. Content analysis techniques were used to identify the representation of Islamic educational values within the structure and content of the curriculum. The findings indicate that the syllabus is strongly aligned with the goals of Islamic education, namely, the development of a complete human being. Through the integration of knowledge and practice, the syllabus plays a strategic role in instilling shar‘ī values—not only in terms of knowledge acquisition but also in religious character formation. Fikih instruction is designed to nurture individual and social piety through strengthened worship practices, internalization of moral values, and development of responsibility and empathy. Therefore, the syllabus is not only relevant within the national curriculum context but also responsive to the need for forming a Muslim generation capable of implementing Islamic teachings comprehensively in real life.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus tipe 2 merupakan penyakit kronis yang tidak hanya memengaruhi aspek fisiologis pasien, tetapi juga berdampak terhadap kualitas hidup secara menyeluruh. Upaya pengelolaan penyakit ini menuntut peran aktif pasien dalam mengelola kondisi diri (self-management) dan memiliki keyakinan terhadap kemampuan pribadi (self-efficacy). Kedua faktor tersebut diyakini dapat memengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien dalam jangka panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan self-management dan self-efficacy terhadap kualitas hidup pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Wara Utara Kota, Kota Palopo Tahun 2025. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Wara Utara Kota, Kota Palopo, pada bulan Mei hingga Juni 2025. Populasi berjumlah 128 pasien dengan usia 20–79 tahun, dan sampel sebanyak 97 orang ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari kuesioner SDSCA, DMSES, dan WHOQOL-BREF, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui angket (data primer) dan dokumentasi (data sekunder). Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self-management dengan kualitas hidup (nilai p = 0,002), serta antara self-efficacy dengan kualitas hidup (nilai p = 0,003). Self-management dan self-efficacy memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan kualitas hidup pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2, sehingga intervensi edukatif berbasis pemberdayaan pasien perlu diterapkan secara berkelanjutan di tingkat layanan primer.
