Abstract

Roasting merupakan humor yang memiliki konsep mengolok-olok, mengkritik dan menyindir secara personal. Strategi kesantuna berbahasa akan memperkecil kemungkinan untuk penutur memperoleh ancaman terhadap mitra tuturnya. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bentuk dari strategi kesantunan yang digunakan  dan fungsi bahasa yang terdapat pada acara roasting dalam video Youtube. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi strategi kesantunan berbahasa yang digunakan oleh Kiky Saputri pada acara roasting dalam video Youtube channel Kiky Saputri official.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data pada penelitian ini yaitu berupa tuturan yang ditranskripsikan dari video Youtube, dengan teknik pengumpulan data simak bebas libat cakap dengan teknik lanjutan teknik catat kemudian teknik analisis data menggunakan metode padan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya bentuk strategi kesantunan positif (positive politeness strategy) yang banyak sering digunakan dalam roasting seperti bentuk strategi melebih-lebihkan rasa ketertarikan, membuat mitra tutur lebih tertarik dan membuat lelucon agar mitra tutur tidak merasa terancam oleh roasting tersebut, sehinggan lebih dominan digunakan daripada strategi kesantunan negatif (negative politeness strategy). Fungsi kesantunan berbahasa dalam strategi kesantunan berbahasa pada acara roasting oleh Kiky Saputri di Youtube channel Kiky Saputri Official dalam playlist “Kiky Roasting!” meliputi: fungsi menyatakan (deklaratif), fungsi menanyakan (interogatif), fungsi menyuruh (imperatif) termasuk fungsi melarang dan menyetujui, fungsi meminta maaf dan fungsi mengkritik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of the financial performance of Bank  Syariah Mandiri before (2013-2015) and after (2016-2018) the implementation of hedging using the common size method. This type of research is a quantitative study using a comparative approach method based on secondary data in the form of financial reports on Bank Syariah Mandiri for the period 2013-2018 obtained from the official website of Bank Syariah Mandiri. Hypothesis testing is the paired sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in bank financial performance before and after the application of hedging in terms of assets, there is no difference in bank financial performance before and after the application of hedging in terms of liabilities and there are differences in financial performance. banks before and after the implementation of hedging in terms of profit and loss

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of human resource management in the company,by conducting an empirical study at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Branch of Bengkulu. With so many companies today where the management system in its human resources aspects to implement the system of management with the principles of sharia.In these circumstances, researchers conduct critical reviews of human resource management systems in sharia-based companies. The purpose of this study is to represent the human resource management system in accordance with the perspective of shariah management.The type of research in this study is descriptive evaluative, by comparing the theory with empirical facts.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of human resource management at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Bengkulu Branch, for the process of Recruitment, Selection, and Performance Assessment is in accordance with the concept of sharia.While in the process of Training and Development, according to this author has not approached with the concept of sharia, because it is still lack of material balance, that is between material of Tauhid (Akhlak), Sharia, and Muamalah which is delivered to the employees when done Training.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup yang layak dan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakatnya. Kesejahteraan mustahik adalah ketika seseorang atau kelompok penerima zakat (mustahik) dapat mencapai taraf hidup yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja pada kesejahteraan mustahik, mengetahui pendampingan berpengaruh pada kesejahteraan mustahik, etos kerja dan pendampingan secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kesejahteraan mustahik pada program zakat produktif, faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kesejahteraan mustahik pada program produktif, dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh etos kerja dan pendampingan zakat terhadap bantuan kesejahteraan mustahik pada program zakat produktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan Teknik Partial Least Square (PLS) yaitu Uji Outer Loading, Uji Inner Loading. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 mustahik, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini Pertama, kerja Etos berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik. Kedua, Pendampingan Tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik. Ketiga, Etos Kerja (X1) dan Pendampingan (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik mustahik (Y). Keempat, Pendampingan usaha tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik, tetapi etos kerja memberikan dampak yang signifikan, Kelima, Etos kerja yang tinggi merupakan komponen penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik Namun, ada beberapa jenis pendampingan tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik. Dengan estimasi pengaruh etos kerja sekitar 35%, sedangkan untuk pendampingan adalah < 5% dan sisa 60% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel diluar penelitian.Kata Kunci: Zakat Produktif; Mustahik Kesejahteraan; Etos Kerja;Pendampingan; Mustahik

Abstract

ZIS funds are potential funds that can be used to build community welfare in the form of revolving (productive) funds. Management of ZIS funds is carried out through the Bengkulu Province National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). It is known that the management of ZIS funds must reach a distribution stage that is productive, empowering and seeks to optimize the potential of mustahik. Distribution of ZIS funds can be carried out through various forms of providing business capital and business equipment to mustahik. BAZNAS issued regulations regarding zakat management through the Republic of Indonesia National Zakat Amil Agency Regulation Number 4 of 2018 concerning Reporting on the Implementation of Zakat Management. The research method used is a descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that: 1) The ZIS fund collection system by BAZNAS Bengkulu Province is carried out using social media and payment of ZIS funds is carried out using an inter-bank transfer system and directly. 2) The distribution of ZIS BAZNAS funds in Bengkulu Province is carried out productively through business program capital (3) Standard monitoring of ZIS funds is carried out by means of a sharia audit which is a report every 6 months. From the results of research by interviewing ten mustahik people, it was found that productive management of ZIS funds can increase mustahik income before and after receiving ZIS fund assistance.

Abstract

This study aims to  determine promotion through endorsement in increasing consumer buying interest in wardah cosmetic products and the application of sharia business principles in the promotion of endorsement on wardah cosmetic products. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result of this study  is that promotion through endorsements on wardah cosmetic products is very influential in increasing consumer buying interest if done honestly, transparently, and with good and correct descriptions and ways. Therefore, honesty, transparency in endorsing and also describing products well are needed in promoting products with endorsements. Viewed from the perspective of sharia business, the promotion of endorsement on wardah cosmetic products carried out by Dewi Sandra is able to increase consumer buying interest and has also fulfilled the principles of sharia business in promoting by endorsing wardah cosmetic products.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of chatbots in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) to enhance customer service in the Islamic banking sector. This study used a literature review in collecting and analyzing the secondary data in the form of papers downloaded from Google Scholar, Scispace, DOAJ, and Scopus websites. There were 26 papers gathered as samples of this study from 2015-2024. The data were analyzed through systematic data reduction, presentation, and conclusion-drawing. The findings show that deploying chatbots can significantly improve service delivery by reducing operational workloads through quick replies to repetitive customer inquiries. Chatbots serve as an innovative solution that handles routine questions swiftly, thereby increasing efficiency and allowing staff to focus on more complex tasks. Their continuous, round-the-clock availability further enhances customer engagement and experience by providing immediate assistance at any time, eliminating extended waiting times for information. Additionally, the chatbot’s ability to interpret customer interactions provides valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences. Such insights enable BSI to better understand about customer needs and identify usage patterns of Sharia-compliant banking products. However, the implementation of chatbots in Islamic banking also requires careful consideration of Islamic ethics. The development of AI must integrate maqasid al-shariah values such as justice, transparency, and data protection to ensure alignment between technological efficiency and Shariah principles.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan digital syariah di kalangan santri dan pengurus Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Hidayatul Qomariyah, Kota Bengkulu. Sosialisasi difokuskan pada pengenalan produk layanan funding berbasis digital dari lembaga keuangan syariah seperti mobile banking, e-wallet syariah, dan pembukaan rekening daring. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, simulasi praktik layanan digital, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap layanan keuangan digital syariah, dibuktikan dengan tingginya antusiasme, keterlibatan aktif peserta, dan pembukaan rekening baru oleh sebagian santri. Namun, keterbatasan akses internet dan perangkat digital menjadi kendala utama dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. Pengabdian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran pesantren dalam mendukung inklusi keuangan syariah berbasis digital serta mendorong kemandirian ekonomi berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Diharapkan kegiatan ini menjadi langkah awal bagi integrasi pesantren ke dalam sistem keuangan formal yang modern dan sesuai syariah.

Abstract

This study examines the evolution and management of zakat, a fundamental Islamic practice aimed at wealth redistribution and economic empowerment. It highlights the significance of productive zakat of Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS), which supports recipients (mustahīq) in engaging in sustainable business activities, thereby fostering economic independence. Utilizing Participatory Action Research (PAR) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), the research develops a model for zakat distribution that aligns with regional potentials, particularly in Bengkulu province, Indonesia. The findings reveal a predominance of consumptive zakat, yet an increasing trend towards productive allocations, especially for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Challenges such as inadequate irrigation and agricultural equipment were identified, necessitating targeted interventions. The proposed zakat model emphasizes collaboration among stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and sustainability. This research contributes to the discourse on zakat management, advocating for a shift towards productive initiatives that empower mustahīq and promote economic resilience. Future studies should assess the model's applicability across diverse Indonesian contexts to further optimize zakat distribution systems.
