Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengimplementasikan teknologi blockchain dalam sistem informasi kesehatan sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan keamanan, integritas, dan kerahasiaan data pasien. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi pada sistem tradisional meliputi kerentanan terhadap peretasan, manipulasi data, serta kurangnya transparansi dalam proses pertukaran informasi medis antar lembaga. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan sistem, dan simulasi implementasi blockchain berbasis mekanisme konsensus Proof-of-Authority. Pengujian dilakukan melalui evaluasi keamanan, kecepatan transaksi, serta ketahanan sistem terhadap serangan umum seperti perubahan data tanpa otorisasi dan pencurian identitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan blockchain mampu meningkatkan keamanan data pasien secara signifikan melalui mekanisme pencatatan terdistribusi, enkripsi kriptografi, serta kontrol akses berbasis smart contract. Selain itu, sistem menunjukkan peningkatan integritas data dan transparansi alur informasi tanpa mengorbankan kinerja. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa blockchain merupakan teknologi yang efektif dan layak diterapkan dalam sistem informasi kesehatan, dengan potensi besar untuk menjadi standar keamanan data di masa depan, meskipun masih memerlukan optimalisasi terkait skalabilitas dan interoperabilitas antar platform medis

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economy, but they still face challenges in promotion, particularly in utilizing digital media. MSMEs in Bandar Kumbul Village generally still use traditional methods and are unable to create engaging promotional content. This activity aims to improve MSMEs' understanding and skills in using the Canva application as a digital promotional tool. The method used is community service through preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages using the 70/20/10 learning model. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and pre- and post-tests. The results show an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in creating promotional content such as posters, banners, and social media, as well as an increase in digital media utilization and understanding of branding. Therefore, Canva is effective in improving the quality of promotions, expanding market reach, and enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have encouraged the use of sales data as a strategic source of information for micro-enterprises. Kopi Keliling Sekojab, a micro-enterprise, generates sales transaction data that has the potential to be analyzed to identify consumer purchasing patterns. However, this data is generally used for administrative purposes without in-depth analysis. This study aims to analyze sales patterns at Kopi Keliling Sekojab by implementing the Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms. The research method used is data mining with a quantitative approach, through the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) stages, which include data collection, pre-processing, data transformation, algorithm application, and analysis of the results. The analyzed data consisted of 30 sales transactions, which were processed to determine support and confidence values to form association rules. The results show that the Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms are capable of identifying customer purchasing patterns, with FP-Growth generating more and more efficient association rules than Apriori. The obtained patterns can be utilized by Kopi Keliling Sekojab businesses in developing sales strategies, stock management, and data-driven service improvements.

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven digital transformation in the banking sector, particularly through e-banking services that provide convenience, speed, and flexibility for users in conducting financial transactions. The BRI Mobile (BRImo) application, as a digital service of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, plays an important role in improving service quality for customers. However, the emergence of negative perceptions regarding transaction notifications, along with varying user experiences, may affect user satisfaction and loyalty levels. The main problem in this study is that the patterns of user satisfaction and loyalty, as well as the most influential factors affecting both aspects, have not been clearly identified. This study aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction and loyalty toward the BRI Mobile application and to identify the dominant factors influencing them, namely ease of use, security, trust, and system performance. The research employs a quantitative approach using data mining techniques, specifically the K-Means Clustering algorithm to group users based on satisfaction levels, and a Decision Tree to determine the most influential factors affecting user loyalty. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 active BRImo users. The results show that users can be grouped into several clusters with different satisfaction characteristics. In addition, the Decision Tree analysis reveals that system performance is the most dominant factor influencing user satisfaction and loyalty, followed by ease of use, security, and trust. Overall, the combination of K-Means Clustering and Decision Tree methods provides a more comprehensive understanding of user satisfaction and loyalty patterns, and can serve as a basis for strategic decision-making to improve the quality of the BRI Mobile application services.
