Abstract

This research aims to find out how big the role of the Online Financial System (SISKEUDES) is in improving the quality of village financial accountability in Benteng Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency. The research method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques obtained from interviews and documentation. There were 4 informants in this research, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, Finance Head and Planning Head. From the results obtained during the research, it can be concluded that the presence of SISKEUDES in Benteng Village helps the village accountability process to the local government and community with the village financial reports produced by this application. Then regarding the accountability of village financial reports, judging from the vertical and horizontal accountability indicators, the reporting and accountability of the Benteng Village Government has been said to be good or accountable. Benteng Village has implemented SISKEUDES which is adapted to Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Accounting so that the quality of reporting can be accounted for based on applicable village accounting. Although there are still problems with the application which often causes errors.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service program aimed to empower the residents of Tatae Village, Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency, by training them to process banana stem waste into an economic food product called Burlok Crispy. The method employed a participatory approach involving lecturers, students, and community partners. The activities included socialization on agricultural waste management, demonstration of processing techniques, hands-on practice, and evaluation discussions on business opportunities. Monitoring was conducted through observation, questionnaires, and simple interviews to assess improvements in knowledge, skills, and motivation. The results indicated significant progress: participants’ knowledge on waste utilization increased from 35% to 85%, technical skills from 20% to 80%, and interest in entrepreneurship from 25% to 60%. Participants also recognized the product as simple, affordable, and marketable within the local community. This program not only enhanced the community’s capacity in local food diversification but also provided valuable experiential learning for students in line with the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka concept.Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat Kelurahan Tatae, Kecamatan Duampanua, Kabupaten Pinrang, melalui pelatihan pengolahan limbah batang pisang menjadi produk pangan bernilai ekonomis berupa keripik Burlok Crispy. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, dan mitra masyarakat. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi pentingnya pemanfaatan limbah, demonstrasi teknik pengolahan, praktik langsung oleh peserta, serta diskusi evaluasi peluang usaha. Monitoring dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, dan wawancara sederhana untuk menilai peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan minat masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: pengetahuan peserta tentang pemanfaatan limbah naik dari 35% menjadi 85%, keterampilan teknis dari 20% menjadi 80%, serta minat usaha dari 25% menjadi 60%. Peserta juga menilai produk keripik sederhana, mudah dibuat, dan berpotensi dipasarkan secara lokal. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam diversifikasi pangan berbasis potensi lokal, tetapi juga memberi pengalaman nyata bagi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran berbasis masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran manajemen sanitasi kamar sebagai faktor penentu reputasi Beverly Hotel Batam dengan menelaah standar ukuran kebersihan yang diterapkan, konsistensi penerapannya oleh staf housekeeping, dan persepsi tamu terhadap kualitas kebersihan hotel. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah adanya ketidaksesuaian antara penerapan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) kebersihan dan penerapan praktik oleh staf housekeeping, yang kemudian memengaruhi persepsi tamu terhadap kualitas sanitasi kamar dan berdampak pada reputasi hotel di platform ulasan daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan dua belas informan, terdiri atas pihak manajemen, staf housekeeping, dan tamu hotel. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik dengan model analisis interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SOP kebersihan telah dilakukan secara rutin, namun belum sepenuhnya konsisten pada tingkat pelaksanaan di lapangan. Faktor kompetensi dan pelatihan staf menjadi penentu utama keberhasilan manajemen kebersihan, sementara transparansi komunikasi hotel kepada tamu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi reputasi. Sebagian besar tamu memberikan penilaian positif terhadap upaya kebersihan, meskipun masih ditemukan kekurangan kecil pada beberapa aspek detail kamar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa reputasi hotel sangat dipengaruhi oleh sinergi antara manajemen kebersihan, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan strategi komunikasi layanan. Dengan memperkuat tiga aspek tersebut, Beverly Hotel Batam dapat meningkatkan citra profesional dan kepercayaan tamu dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Pengendalian persediaan pada data penjualan yang fluktuatif dan bersifat sparse menuntut metode peramalan yang adaptif dan akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data penjualan harian dengan tingkat sparsity sebesar 86 persen dan membandingkan tiga pendekatan prediksi, yaitu ARMA klasik, DR-ARMA, dan Gradient Boosting Regression (GBR), sebagai dasar penentuan safety stock. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa DR-ARMA memiliki performa terbaik dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 11,91 persen, jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan ARMA klasik (1.578,17 persen) dan GBR (72,89 persen). Pada tahap perhitungan safety stock, DR-ARMA tetap unggul dengan akurasi yang konsisten di seluruh periode lead time. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa DR-ARMA merupakan metode yang efektif pada data bersifat fluktuatif atau sparse.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the village government in the management of Kuala Semundam Market. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed inductively using source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that the village government's role as a pioneer, innovator, and stabilizer in market management is not yet optimal, particularly in the poorly organized arrangement of vendors' trading areas and the inadequate market support facilities. The study concludes that village market management needs to be improved by better organizing vendors and developing more adequate market facilities to support community economic activities.   Keywords: Village Government, Market Management, Traditional Market, Village Role
