Abstract

Tempe merupakan produk pangan hasil fermentasi berbahan dasar kedelai yang memiliki nilai gizi tinggi serta digemari masyarakat. Namun, untuk menjamin mutu dan keamanan produk, diperlukan penerapan sistem pengawasan mutu yang tepat pada setiap tahapan produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi pengawasan mutu pada proses produksi tempe segar di Rumah Tempe Indonesia (RTI), Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi langsung dan wawancara terhadap proses pengolahan tempe mulai dari penerimaan bahan baku hingga penyimpanan produk akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RTI menerapkan pengawasan mutu secara menyeluruh pada titik-titik kritis produksi, termasuk pemilihan bahan baku, kontrol suhu fermentasi, sanitasi peralatan dan pekerja, serta prosedur pengemasan. Penerapan prinsip mutu berbasis SOP, HACCP, dan standar SNI terbukti efektif dalam menghasilkan produk tempe yang higienis dan berkualitas. Hal ini memperlihatkan bahwa UKM pangan mampu menerapkan sistem pengawasan mutu secara optimal untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan kepercayaan konsumen.

Abstract

Model bisnis merupakan gambaran mengenai cara sebuah perusahaan menciptakan nilai tambah dalam dunia usaha, yang mencakup perpaduan antara produk, layanan, citra, distribusi. Dhieffi farm merupakan usaha tani yang berada di Kota Bekasi yang membudidayakan tanaman secara hidroponik. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji upaya pengembangan dalam bidang usaha tani dengan menggunakan metode Business Model Canvas dan SWOT untuk merumuskan alternatif strategi perbaikan yang bisa digunakan oleh Dhieffi Farm. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan datayang diperoleh dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, observasi lapangan, wawancara serta kuesioner. Sementara data sekunder berasal dari hasil karya ilmiah dan penelitian terdahulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pemetaan sembilan elemen Business Model Canvas dengan menganalisis setiap elemen tersebut untuk menghasilkan perbaikan model bisnis di Dhieffi farm. Perbaikan Business Model Canvas di Dhieffi farm yang dihasilkan berasal dari Business Model Canvas terdahulu dengan analisis SWOT. Analisis tersebut menghasilkan alternatif strategi perbaikan yaitu mengoptimalkan promosi pemasaran digital secara rutin dengan cara membuat konten semenarik mungkin dan konsisten untuk memperkuat branding, menambah variasi jenis produk untuk menambah segmen pasar baru.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the sorts of mobile learning experiences used by the fifth semester students and their perceptions toward mobile learning in learning English. This research was conducted through descriptive quantitative method. The population was the fifth semester students of Muhammadiyah University of Makassar and took 60 students as the sample. The researcher used instrument to find out the sorts of students’ mobile learning experiences and their perceptions.Findings in this research are almost all students’ mobile learning experiences are from smartphone. It showed 100% students chose smartphone, 18% chose laptop, 17% chose netbook, and 5% chose MP3 Player. Then, the result of students’ perceptions showed students are (85%) strongly agree that M-Learning is engaging, (82%) strongly agree M-Learning is convenient, (79%) agree M-Learning is flexible and (79%) agree M-Learning is interactive. Based on the research findings above, it could be concluded that students’ has experienced smartphone as their Mobile learning, and mobile learning is effective as a learning tool to learn English.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the improvement of students’ vocabulary by using Big City Adventure Sydney Australia Software Game as learning method and to know the students’ attitude towards using media game in learning vocabulary at SMAN 13 Luwu. The researcher used Classroom Action Research as the research method. The researcher conducted two cycles; each cycle consisted of three meetings. It was done at class XI IPA2 which consist 36 students. The research findings indicated that Big City Adventure Sydney Australia Software Game improved the students’ English vocabulary that focus on noun. It was proved by the improvement of the students’ achievement. Before treatment, the students’ vocabulary was very poor. Only 3 students (8.33%) got Good score. Most of the students are difficult in memorizing some vocabularies. At the end of the first cycle, any 9 students (25%) got Good score. In the second cycle, any 19 students (52.77%) got Good score. the mistake made by students in stressing syllables decreased, and the words that they memorize had increased. Finally, the students’ result of the cumulative vocabulary test there are 2 students (5.55%) got excellent score and 25 students (69.44%) got Good score. It could be concluded that use of Big City Adventure Sydney Australia Software Game was improve significantly of the students’ achievement. The students’ attitude in memorizing English words, It was proves that the presence of Game as a method and media improved the students’ enthusiasm in learning and also enhanced the students’ participant during learning process

Abstract

This research aimed at finding out the improvement of the students’ listening ability in listening skill by using SPOTIFY Application as a tool that focused on Listening English song to identify what words the singer said and the meaning of the song. The researcher applied pre-experimental method with one group pre-test - post-test design, and collected the data based on the test. The sample of the research was the first semester students, which consisted of 25 students. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The research findings showed that the first semester students of English Department of Muhammadiyah University of Makassar had fairly score in pre-test. After treatment, their listening ability in identify phoneme words increase significantly. The result of the research were the mean score obtained by the students through pre-test was 57.2 and posttest was 74.4 with the t-test value orientation is greater than t-table (10.8>2.06). Listening through English Song in term of identify the phoneme words improved 17.2%. The result of calculating t-test of the indicators in the students’ t–test listening ability in listening through English Song was greater than t-table 25.1>2.06. Eventually, based on findings and discussion above, the researcher concluded that the improvement of the students listening ability through English song using SPOTIFY Application was significant improved

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak sosial psikologis kriminalisasi guru terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan, adapun sumber data penelitian ini dihasilkan dari buku serta artikel dari jurnal ilmiah yang relevan dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kriminalisasi terhadap guru disebabkan oleh perbedaan sudut pandang antara guru dan orang tua siswa dalam memahami batasan-batasan dalam proses pendidikan. Adapun dampak sosial psikologis dari adanya kriminalisasi guru, mempengaruhi rasa percaya diri seorang guru saat kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung. Kriminalisasi terhadap guru juga mempengaruhi kewibawaan guru di hadapan peserta didik, yang berdampak pada kurangnya pengaruh guru dalam menciptakan kondusifitas saat kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan dampak dari kriminalisasi berpengaruh terhadap profesionalitas guru, akibat adanya pembatasan dalam setiap tindakan yang mengarahkan guru menjadi pasif. Kriminalisasi guru juga mempengaruhi interaksi sosial yang terjadi antara guru di sekolah. Guru yang mengalami kriminalisasi mendapat stereotip serta mengalami alienasi dari rekan sejawat. Hal ini mengakibatkan proses peningkatan kualitas guru menjadi terhambat, dan secara umum berdampak pada penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Pueraria javanica Bent. is a tropical leguminous ground cover crop commonly planted in oil palm plantations to reduce soil erosion, fix nitrogen, and suppress weed growth. This plant is known to be resistant to fluctuations in low and high light intensity. Pueraria javanica has the ability to induce nodule formation by growing root hairs on the main branched root through a symbiosis with the bacterium Bradyrhizobium japonicum, stimulating the root surface to encourage nodule entry. In addition, legumes have the ability to bind with soil rhizobial bacteria, which fix atmospheric N2. This is a form of N that is not available to plants, but can fix N2 from the soil. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of variations in sunlight intensity on nodule formation in Pueraria javanica and to determine the effect of sunlight intensity on vegetative growth and morphological development of Pueraria javanica. This research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of Asahan University campus, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province, with an altitude of ± 25 meters above sea level from January to March 2025. The research was conducted using a randomized block design method consisting of paranet and IAA auxin treatments. The use of paranet was divided into four levels, namely control without paranet, paranet with transparency of 50%, 75%, and 95%. Meanwhile, the application of IAA auxin consisted of three concentration levels, namely 100 ppm, 200 ppm, and 300 ppm. The observed variables were: plant height, number of leaves, number of leaflets, leaf area, fresh weight of plants, root length, number of root nodules, fresh weight of roots, dry weight of roots. The analysis of significant differences was made using the Tukey's HSD method. All data analysis used the SPSS application version 16.0 (SPSS, Chicago, United States). The results of the study showed that the treatment of various percentages of paranet on Pueraria javanica showed a significant effect on all observation parameters with the best growth in the control treatment. The application of auxin on Pueraria javanica showed a significant difference in the number of leaves, number of leaflets, leaf area, fresh weight of plants, root length, number of root nodules, fresh weight of roots, dry weight of roots. With the best growth in the control treatment. The two treatments above between the treatment of paranet percentage and the administration of auxin showed an interaction that had a significant effect on several parameters observed, including the number of root nodules, fresh weight of roots and dry weight of roots
