Abstract

Scholarships are a facility expected by some students who need financial assistance in their education. Case study research at MAN 3 Tangerang as a state Islamic senior high school, MAN 3 Tangerang has facilities to propose students who have achievements and need educational funding assistance to the Indonesian Ministry of Religion (Kemenag). Schools often find it difficult to determine which prospective students are most eligible for scholarships. This research is to help the school design and develop a decision support system (DSS) application with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. DSS application built using UML design and PHP (Hypertext Processor File) programming with MySQL database. The resulting DSS application has been able to provide a sequence of data for prospective scholarship recipients according to the criteria and weightings that have been set. Based on the data generated by the system, the principal can make a decision on who is entitled to a scholarship from the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag).

Abstract

The monitoring information system is one of the main functions in managing student data in Generasi Cerdas private lesson. This study provides the results of an analysis and design of a monitoring information system that can be used to facilitate services to students in monitoring including grades and student absence. This application developed using UML Design and PHP Programming with CodeIgniter Framework and use MySQL Database. CodeIgniter is an open source framework in the form of a PHP framework with an MVC model (Model, View, Controller) for building dynamic websites. The resulting application has been able to provide information of teacher, student, student value and student absence data to assist in processing student and teacher data in the Generasi Cerdas private lesson, so that the institution has a faster, more efficient monitoring information system and easier to use.

Abstract

The after sales maintenance support report information system prototype is an application prototype developed to be able to help the support team report their technical work activities while doing after sales maintenance support. The faster the reporting provided by the support team to the project admin, will make it easier for a project manager to analyze the status or condition of the project being handled, so that the project manager can make project status reports for company managerial needs and reports to customers. This study uses elicitation methods in analyzing user needs and using UML in the system design process. The system development process used in this study is a prototype model for then the resulting system is tested using the black box testing method. The programming language used is PHP and uses MySql as a database. The Prototype after sales maintenance support report information system created in this research has been tested on one of the projects owned by PT MTI Tiga and according to the user has been able to simplify the reporting process of after sales maintenance support activities carried out by the support team.

Abstract

The Enterprise Content Management System (ECM) is an improvement over the Document Management System (DMS) solution. In a DMS solution, corporate documents will be managed at the document level (access rights and document distribution processes) while in an ECM solution, documents can be managed down to the level of content contained in the document. Companies who are engaged in the oil and gas industries, are facing intense business competition and to be able to win the competition, companies must be able to increase their HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) supervision. Document content management systems are needed by companies that have capital projects, including oil and gas companies. Before a company builds and implements an ECM solution to manage project capital documents, it is necessary to build a system design architecture so that the built ECM solution can meet user needs in managing documents down to the content level. ECM is one of the enterprise solutions, so an Enterprise Architecture (EA) scale system design is needed with a focus on Digital Enterprise Architecture (DEA). This research produces a reference in the process of making ECM architecture in order to manage project capital documents in oil and gas companies.

Abstract

Dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti kepada beberapa siswa kelas XII IPA sekolah menengah atas, ditemui cukup banyak siswa yang memiliki keraguan dalam menentukan jurusan pada saat akan melanjutkan pendidikan ke tingkat perguruan tinggi khususnya yang ingin melajutkan kuliah pada fakultas teknik. Sebagian dari mereka ragu apakah keinginan untuk dapat berkuliah pada salah satu jurusan di fakultas teknik yang diinginkan dapat mereka jalani dengan lancar jika melihat pencapaian hasil proses belajar yang saat ini mereka ikuti di sekolah menengah atas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu memberikan referensi kepada siswa mengenai jurusan pada fakultas teknik yang paling sesuai dengan minat dan bakat siswa tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan SWOT analisis untuk menganalisa kondisi saat ini dan menganalisa kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian dilakukan disalah satu sekolah menengah atas di kota Tangerang dan pengambilan data kriteria dan bobot berasal dari lima ketua program studi pada fakultas teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. SPK dikembangkan menggunakan metode AHP, metode pengembangan sistem prototipe dan diuji dengan metode pengujian black box. Dari hasil uji coba SPK ini, telah didapat referensi pemilihan jurusan yang cukup memuaskan siswa yang menjadi contoh uji. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers to students of class XII science in senior high school, quite a lot of students who are not sure in determining the majors when going to continue their education to university, especially those who want to continue studying at the faculty of engineering. Some of them are doubtful whether they want to be able to study at one of the majors in the faculty of engineering that they want can go smoothly if they see the achievement of the learning process that they are currently attending in senior high school. Based on this, the researchers conducted research to build a decision support system (DSS) that can help provide references to students regarding majors in the engineering faculties that best suit the students' interests and talents. The researcher uses SWOT analysis to analyze current conditions and user needs. The study was conducted at one senior high school in Tangerang city and the data collection criteria from five departments head at the faculty of engineering at Muhammadiyah University Tangerang. DSS was developed using the AHP method, the prototype system development method and tested by the black box testing method. From the results of this DSS trial, it has been obtained a reference to the selection of majors that are sufficient to satisfy the students who become test samples.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital dan kemampuan penggunaan teknologi pembayaran digital (QRIS) bagi para pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Neglasari, Kota Tangerang. Melalui sosialisasi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung, peserta dibimbing memahami konsep pembayaran digital, manfaat QRIS, serta langkah-langkah aktivasi dan penggunaannya dalam transaksi usaha. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 30 peserta dan menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan, dengan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 83%, keberhasilan aktivasi QRIS oleh sebagian besar UMKM, serta tingginya tingkat kepuasan peserta. Hasil evaluasi memperlihatkan bahwa kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesiapan UMKM beradaptasi dalam ekosistem digital, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta memperluas akses layanan pembayaran non-tunai. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong terjadinya transformasi digital yang lebih berkelanjutan melalui tindak lanjut berupa pendampingan dan penguatan literasi digital lanjutan.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah merupakan tantangan lingkungan yang signifikan, terutama di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Seiring dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan penduduk, urbanisasi, dan meningkatnya pola konsumsi masyarakat, volume sampah terus bertambah, sehingga kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah perlu ditingkatkan. Pendidikan tentang pengelolaan sampah sering disampaikan melalui metode konvensional yang kurang efektif, terutama dalam menjangkau anak-anak yang lebih tertarik pada teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan game pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Android tentang pengenalan dan pengelolaan sampah dengan menggunakan pendekatan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Pendekatan MDLC dipilih karena menyediakan kerangka kerja yang sistematis dan terstruktur untuk mengembangkan konten multimedia yang interaktif dan menarik bagi anak-anak, memastikan setiap elemen game, seperti tampilan, alur permainan, dan fungsionalitas, diuji dan disempurnakan sebelum peluncuran. Game yang dihasilkan memiliki fitur utama seperti materi edukasi tentang pengenalan dan pengelolaan sampah, permainan interaktif yang mengharuskan pengguna membuang sampah ke tempat sampah yang sesuai, serta kuis yang berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan terkait topik tersebut. Game ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pengguna mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan sampah. Berdasarkan hasil uji usability yang mencapai 88,3%, game ini masuk dalam kategori "Baik". Game ini terbukti mampu menyajikan konten edukatif yang bermanfaat sekaligus memberikan pengalaman bermain yang menyenangkan dan menantang.
