Abstract

Workload analysis is a technique that performs to calculate the workload of employees in a company. Workload analysis aims to help PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor in the adjustment of the efficiency of human resources (HR). The method used in this study is the guided free-type interview method. This method makes it easier for the interviewee to freely ask questions to the interviewer regarding workload or in terms of career development at the company. Data analysis techniques were carried out using FTE (Full Time Equivalent) calculations through software in Microsoft Excel. The results of workload analysis by using FTE calculations that are classified as FIT in the mechanical position of Mechanic are CS ASS, Sales Spare Parts, and Cashier. The results that are classified as FIT are not given the recommendation to do a Job Redesign. In addition, the result of the FTE showed that there some positions are classified as Under Fit, CS, SalesForce, Accounting Staff, and Sales Advisor. The result of the FTE which was categorized as overload are ASS admin and talent management and org development.

Abstract

PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar is a company engaged in the sale of automotive goods and services. Within the company, it is necessary to carry out a job analysis to increase employee productivity through improvements and updates regarding existing job descriptions and job specifications. Data collection was carried out using interview. The data analysis used was a descriptive method, where the analysis was carried out by compiling job descriptions and job specifications at PT Bosowa Berlian Motor and providing recommendations for improvements to the positions that have been analyzed. In this activity, job analysis was carried out for 10 job holders, namely customer service sales, admin after-sales service, mechanics, customer satisfaction after-sales service, accounting staff, cashiers, spare parts sales, service advisors, and sales force.

Abstract

Bawang merah merupakan salah satu tanaman holtikultura yang digunakan sebagai salah satu bahan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari masakan makanan sehari-hari seluruh masyarakat indonesia. Bawang merah salah satu komoditas sayuran yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi, baik ditinjau dari sisi pemenuhan konsumsi nasional, sumber penghasilan petani, maupun potensinya sebagai penghasil devisa Negara.Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui pendapatan usahatani bawang merah lokal Palu di Desa Soulove Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi. Lokasi penelitian ini dipilih secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa Desa Soulove merupakan salah satu daerah kawasan holtikultura dan daerah penghasil bawang merah lokal Palu di Kecamatan Sigi . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan 15 Oktober dan 28 November 2020. Penentuan responden dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode (simple random sampling), di mana jumlah responden yang di ambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petani bawang merah local Palu yang berada di Desa Soulove yaitu 95 orang. Data yang di kumpulkan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas data primer dan sekundar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata penerimaan petani Bawang Merah Lokal Palu di Desa Soulove Sebesar Rp. 16.395.000 /ha, dan rata-rata biaya yang dikeluarkan petani Bawang Merah Lokal Palu di Desa Soulove sebesar Rp. 6,749,82/ha, sehingga rata-rata pendapatan petani Bawang Merah Lokal Palu di Desa Soulove sebesar Rp. 9.946.372/ha.

Abstract

Early adult pet owners tend to lack self-disclosure because they are afraid of the risk of rejection even to those closest to them. Interpersonal rejection makes individuals emotionally distant and afraid to self-disclose to those closest to them, so they will build more attachment to their pets. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-disclosure and pet attachment in early adult. This research uses a quantitative approach. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing, namely Spearman's rho correlation The subjects of this research were 327 dog or cat owners who were in early adult in Makassar City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study used the Lexington Attachment Pet Scale (LAPS) and the Self-disclosure Scale. Based on the Spearman rho correlation results, it shows that there is a relationship between self-disclosure and pet attachment in early adult (p=0.000<0.05). The correlation coefficient is -0.316 and is classified as a moderate relationship. This research also found that there were differences in levels of self-disclosure and pet attachment based on the length of time they were kept, and there were no differences based on gender. Based on the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between self-disclosure and pet attachment in early adults with moderate relationship strength.

Abstract

Pregnancy often causes a crisis of maturity that can cause anxiety disorders to stress disorders in pregnant women. Pregnancy often causes a crisis of maturity that can cause anxiety disorders to stress disorders in pregnant women. Indonesia is facing childbirth as many as 107 million pregnant women (28.7%) out of 373 million pregnant women who experience anxiety about childbirth. The population of pregnant women on the island of Java in 2012 there were 67,976 pregnant women, while those who experienced anxiety at the time of delivery were 35,587 people (52.3%) (BPS, 2013). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parity and other factors with the level of anxiety in pregnancy in the face of childbirth. This research is an analytical observational quantitative research conducted on pregnant women who check themselves at the Cipeucang sub-district health center with a total of 52 people. There is a significant relationship between parity and the level of anxiety stating that based on the results of the analysis test using the Chi-Square test, it was found that the value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05) which means that there is a significant relationship between Parity and the level of Anxiety in Pregnancy in Facing Childbirth. at the Cipeucang Pandeglang District Health Center, Banten. Pregnant women who have given birth tend to be able to minimize anxiety compared to pregnant women who have never given birth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the value of Sipakainge in Bugis local wisdom as a strategy for marine tourism conservation in Parepare City through an Islamic economics approach. Sipakainge, which means mutual reminding of goodness and social responsibility, is a moral value that plays a crucial role in maintaining harmony between humans and the environment. The declining cleanliness and conservation in Parepare's marine tourism areas, such as Paputo Beach, Mattirotasi, and Lumpue, indicate the need for a management approach based on cultural and Islamic values. This research employs a qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques involving coastal communities, tourism managers, and traditional leaders. The findings reveal that the internalization of the Sipakainge value can build collective community awareness in preserving the marine and coastal environment as an implementation of the maslahah (public benefit) principle in Islamic economics. Furthermore, collaboration between the government, community, and tourism businesses based on the Sipakainge value can create sustainable, religious, and socially equitable marine tourism management. Thus, the integration of local wisdom and Islamic economic values forms a strategic foundation for maintaining the sustainability of Parepare's marine tourism while enhancing the welfare of the coastal community.

Abstract

This community empowerment program enhances administrative management at Asy-Syafi'i Rumah Qur'an in Bangkalan through the adoption of a digital system and social media–based promotional strategies. The center previously relied on manual student data recording, non-digital memorization monitoring, and had limited reach in sharing information about its activities. The program consisted of needs assessment, design of a web-based platform and memorization dashboard, system training, and training on digital content creation. The implementation of the new system improved administrative efficiency, data accuracy, and monitoring processes, while the digital content training strengthened the center’s self-promotion capabilities. Overall, the program supports better management, transparency, and sustainability for community-based Qur'an learning centers in the digital era.

Abstract

Community service in Mayanau Village, Tebing Tinggi Subdistrict, Balangan Regency, was carried out to revitalize the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) as a forum for sustainable forest management. Although Mayanau Village has vast forest potential with leading commodities in the form of non-timber forest products (NTFPs) such as rattan, forest honey, and medicinal plants, the two previous KTHs had become dormant. Weak management capacity, lack of legality, low community participation, and minimal synergy with external actors were the main causes of the institutional dysfunction. In addition, the institutional dysfunction of the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) has resulted in stagnant management of the village's natural resources. To that end, the service team implemented the “Revitalization of the Mayanau Village KTH Institution” program, which includes enabling, empowering, and protecting, using a live-in method for two months. This program was carried out through several activities, namely: 1) Mapping the root causes and potential problems; 2) Community awareness raising; 3) Joint discussions with the Forest Management Unit (KPH); 4) Formation of the KTH; 5) Institutional legalization process; and 6) Capacity building for administrators. The results of the program show the formation of a new KTH with an official structure, increased capacity of administrators, and initial community awareness of the importance of collective forest management. The revitalization program of the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) in Mayanau Village has succeeded in reviving the previously paralyzed institution through an enabling, empowering, and protecting approach. The relationship built with the Balangan Forest Management Unit (KPH) ensured the sustainability of the program through technical assistance and policy access. Through this program, it is believed that institutional strengthening, capacity building, and ecological awareness will become the foundation for the realization of sustainable community-based forest management in Mayanau Village.

Abstract

This article examines the abuse of authority by public officials or civil servants in the mining sector in accordance with Article 3 of the Corruption Eradication Law. The Corruption Eradication Law does not provide an adequate explanation, leading to various interpretations in court decisions that create ambiguity. In addition, the concept of abuse of authority is an administrative law concept, and judicial practice shows several differences in its interpretation and parameters. The article's findings highlight challenges in enforcing Article 3 of the Corruption Eradication Law, particularly the identification of overlapping regulatory ambiguities as a significant issue. The results of the study show that including abuse of authority in Article 3 of the Corruption Eradication Law as an administrative law concept will create obstacles for law enforcement. On the other hand, the Mining Law grants the government with the authority and discretion to manage finances, from the licensing stage through implementation, including the drafting of mining cooperation contracts that must adhere to the principles of good faith and transparency.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pelayanan kesehatan menjadi bagian penting reformasi administrasi publik, termasuk melalui implementasi aplikasi JKN pada layanan kesehatan primer. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi aplikasi JKN dalam perspektif human-centered governance serta mengidentifikasi pengalaman warga dalam penggunaan layanan digital di Puskesmas Rumah Tiga, Ambon. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi JKN telah meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan kemudahan akses layanan, namun belum sepenuhnya menginternalisasi prinsip tata kelola berpusat manusia. Tantangan utama terletak pada keterbatasan literasi digital pengguna, gangguan teknis sistem, inkonsistensi layanan, serta faktor infrastruktur dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia. Pengalaman warga menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan digitalisasi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh teknologi, tetapi juga oleh kesesuaian desain layanan dengan kebutuhan lokal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi digital pelayanan kesehatan akan efektif apabila didukung tata kelola yang adaptif, inklusif, dan menempatkan pengalaman warga sebagai pusat evaluasi kebijakan.
