Abstract

This research was conducted to provide a description and description of beginning reading using the Reading aloud method as a way to improve and strengthen students' reading skills. The approach taken for this research is to use a qualitative approach with case studies. Methods of data collection based on the results of interviews, observations, field notes, and documentation. The data analysis technique for this research is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study will show how students' ability to read begins so that later it can be concluded that from cultivating reading the reading aloud method can have an influence on the reading skills of grade 1 (one) students at SDN Cinangka 03. Students' enthusiasm in learning to read with this method quite well, students' reading skills improve, and students get new vocabulary in different books

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the positive benefits of reviewing books using the Ishikawa Fishbone technique in increasing student literacy at SDN Cinangka 03. The research method used is qualitative research with case studies. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used to reduce data, present data and conclude data. The results of this study show that students are trained to develop a sense of mutual cooperation, besides that the Ishikawa Fishbone technique can make it easier for students to understand the points contained in the enrichment book, so this technique is highly recommended to be applied especially in learning their reading skills. The Ishikawa Fishbone model is an attempt to develop high-level thinking skills and critical thinking for Cinangka 03 Elementary School students. The conclusion of this study is that this model trains students to understand and analyze the contents of a book properly and correctly and can improve students' reading skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of literacy with the AIH technique (reasons, content and wisdom) to foster interest in reading in elementary school students. The approach used in this research article is a qualitative approach with case studies through data collection methods based on interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique for this research is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study prove that the class teacher has used the concept of a culture of reviewing books or reading using the AIH method and proving that this method is suitable for application at the elementary education level to increase students' interest in reading. And this concept matches the level of early literacy and basic literacy in students.
