Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai implementasi srtandar operational procedure (sop) guest service dalam menangani barang bawaan tamu pada saat proses check in dan check out di hotel Alila Seminyak. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian yaitu agar penulis mengetahui mengenai implemntasi SOP guest service host yang ada di hotel alila seminyak, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian data kualitatif yang dimana data yang disajikan berupa kata verbal bukan dalam bentuk angka, adapun sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data premier dan data sekunder, Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara melakukan observasi,wawancara,dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskritif kualitatif. Hasil dari kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah implementasi sop guest service host dalam melakukan sebuah pelayanan termasuk dalam melayani barang bawaan tamu check in dan check out sudah dilakukan dengan baik sesuai dengan prosedur yang di sosialisaikan sebelumnya, akan tetapi dari semua pelayanan yang dilakukan tersebut masih ada beberapa sop yang tidak di terapkan dikarenakan padatnya tamu berkunjung. This study discusses the implementation of standard operational procedures (sop) for guest services in handling guest luggage during the check-in and check-out process at the Alila Seminyak hotel. The purpose of the research is that the writer knows about the implementation of SOP guest service hosts at the Alila Seminyak hotel, in this study using a type of qualitative data research where the data is presented in the form of verbal words not in the form of numbers, while the data source used is premiere data. and secondary data, data collection techniques in this study by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research activities carried out by the author are the implementation of the sop guest service host in carrying out a service including serving the luggage of guests checking in and checking out which has been carried out properly in accordance with the procedures previously socialized, but from all the services carried out there are still some sop that is not applied due to the density of visiting guests.

Abstract

Nowadays, Chinese tourists dominate Indonesian tourism, an increase in the number of Chinese tourists visiting Bali is quite significant every year. The marketing method that focuses on the Chinese market is still not maximized. This is evidenced by a decrease in the number of Chinese tourists visits. Even now the room occupancy rate targeted by Plataran Hotel Ubud has not yet reached the desired target. The urgency of this research is a degradation in the volume of sales of rooms at Hotel Plataran Ubud, which causes a derivation in the quantity of tourist visits which results in a decrease in employment for the community. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, document studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is using qualitative descriptive analysis, IFAS EFAS and SWOT analysis. The results of this study are to produce the right marketing strategy used in increasing the sales volume of hotel rooms at the Ubud Plataran Hotel.

Abstract

Desa wisata di Kabupaten Badung, Bali, memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan perekonomian lokal dan melestarikan budaya. Meskipun demikian, pengelolaan yang kurang optimal dan kelembagaan yang belum terstruktur dengan baik menjadi tantangan utama dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi kelembagaan desa wisata serta mengidentifikasi strategi yang diperlukan untuk optimalisasi pengelolaan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei, diskusi kelompok terfokus, dan pelatihan manajemen pariwisata bagi kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan struktur organisasi, peningkatan infrastruktur, dan promosi digital merupakan langkah penting dalam mengatasi tantangan yang ada. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan akademisi sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan ekosistem pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital dan pelatihan berkelanjutan, diharapkan desa-desa wisata di Kabupaten Badung dapat berkembang secara berkelanjutan dan memberikan manfaat ekonomi serta sosial bagi masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Desa Peninjoan memiliki potensi wisata alam yang kaya dan unik namun belum mampu menarik perhatian wisatawan secara maksimal. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi rancangan strategi branding destinasi pariwisata melalui pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) berkualitas di Desa Penenjoan, Kabupaten Bangli. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi serta kuesioner. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan sebuah brand destinasi pariwisata yang kuat dan efektif untuk meningkatkan daya tarik Desa Peninjoan sebagai tujuan wisata.

Abstract

Kedisan Pier gives a new feel of traveling in Batur, with a concept like a pier in South Korea, but also provides views of Lake Batur and Mount Batur simultaneously. Tourists not only visit restaurants, hot springs, hikes, and stay overnight but can also visit the Kedisan Pier Area. The increase in tourist visits influences the condition of water quality in Lake Batur. This study aims to determine the influence of the construction of Kedisan Pier on tourist visits and the quality of Lake Batur water. This study used a purposive sampling method; sampling was carried out at three points representing settlements and agriculture, water bodies/middle of lakes, and dock. The samples were tested for pH and temperature in the field and COD parameters in the laboratory. Furthermore, these three parameters are compared with Class 1 lake water quality standards in Government Regulation 22 of 2021. Based on the results, it is known that the pH and COD in the three locations exceed the class 1 water quality standard, which is 10 mg / L. pH in the range of 9.2 – 9.5. Increased COD concentration compared to the quality standard at point 1 by 127%; Point 2 is 82%, and Point 3 is 144%. Domestic activities cause the high pH and COD values at these three points—the highest COD value in the Kedisan Pier area. The construction of Kedisan Pier impacts the increasing number of tourists but also causes a decrease in Lake Batur's water quality. Based on this, human awareness is needed to increase tourism while maintaining the quality of waters for the future benefit of humans, flora, and fauna. In addition, further research needs to be carried out using other microbiological and chemical parameters to see the quality of Lake Batur waters.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to identify possible areas for tourism development in Tabanan Regency, Bali namely in Timpag Village. In Tabanan, It’s a relatively new tourist destination. The success of other tourists villages in Bali seem to inspire the Timpag villagers to enhance their tourism potential. This research aims to reveal the factors that make Timpag villagers interested in building a tourist village and inventory the tourism potential. Therefore, the sample is those selected in Timpag village by purposive sampling. The research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data was gathered through observations and literature reviews. Each data set was analyzed using qualitative techniques. This research found that animo as a social interest is an important factor in the development of tourist villages. The research findings indicate that: First, the Timpag people are eager to develop the village’s tourism potential and have shown social solidarity by prioritizing the creation of tourist infrastructures. Many forms of tourism solidarity were not caused by the role of the pokdarwis. The tourism animo has become a huge internal factor for the Timpag people for their tourism village; Second, Timpag Village has potential for natural tourism, cultural tourism, ecotourism, and special interest tourism. It has developed based on capital and social commitment based on their tourism animo. Some of the tourism potential hasn’t developed optimally due to the lack of support from pokdarwis, resistance from some Timpag communities, and lack of local government assistance for tourism development in Timpag village.

Abstract

Pesisi restaurant ditemukan kurangnya produktivitas kerja karyawan dalam melayani tamu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Pesisi Restaurant Hotel The Alantara Sanur. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah staff dari Pesisi Restaurant Hotel The Alantara Sanur yang berjumlah 32 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan dengan penelitian korelasional Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data adalah kuisioner yang diteruskan ke sejumlah responden tertentu untuk mendapatkan data primer dengan teknik analisa data melalui Uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan 2) Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dan 3) Prlatihan dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh sangat nyata) terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Karyawan At pesisi restaurant there is a lack of employee productivity in serving guest. This study aims to determine how much influence job training and leadership have on employee productivity at Pesisi Restaurant Hotel The Alantara Sanur. The population in this study were staff from Pesisi Restaurant Hotel The Alantara Sanur, amounting to 32 people. The research method used is a quantitative approach with correlational research. While the technique used to obtain data is a questionnaire which is forwarded to a certain number of respondents to obtain primary data with data analysis techniques through Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results of this study indicate that 1) Training (X1) partially has a very significant effect on Employee Work Productivity (Y) and through regular training of employees will be able to improve the abilities and knowledge of employees so that in work they can increase productivity. 2) Leadership (X2) partially has a very significant effect on Employee Work Productivity (Y) and 3) Training (X1) and Leadership (X2) Simultan has a very significant effect on Employee Work Productivity (Y).

Abstract

Turnover intention merupakan suatu pemikiran yang dimiliki oleh setiap karyawan untuk berhenti bekerja. Pada Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali terdapat permasalahan yaitu tingginya tingkat turnover karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial turnover intention. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan non manajerial Golden Tulip Resort Bali sebanyak 64 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan dengan koefisiesn regresi sebesar - 0,233. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan dengan koefisiesn regresi sebesar -0,348. Secara stimultan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Manajemen Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali perlu meningkatkan kenyamanan karyawan dalam bekerja dan kepada pemimpin untuk lebih memperhatikan karyawan sehingga karyawan tidak memiliki keinginan untuk pergi meninggalkan perusahaan. Turnover intention is a thought possessed by every employee to stop working. The purpose of this study is to determinate the effect of transformational leadership style partially and job satisfaction partialy and simultaneously on turnover intention. The population used in this study were all non- managerial employees of Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali, totaling to 64 employees by using non probability sampling and saturate sample.. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t-test, and f test. The result of analysis shows that transformational leadership style has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with regression coefficient of -0,233. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with regression coefficient of -0,348. While simultaneously transformational leadership style and job satisfaction significantly influence turnover intention. Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali management need to improve employees comfort at work and for the leaders to pay more attention to employees so the employees don’t have the desire to leave the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi dari dimensi green hotel dan manajemen pengelolaannya.di Sarinbuana Eco Lodge. Penelitian ini penting guna mendorong industri perhotelan untuk mengadaptasi langkah-langkah ramah lingkungan untuk keberlanjutan. Jenis dari ini penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner yang mengacu pada Pedoman Pelaksanaan Green Hotel di Indonesia yang diterbitkan oleh Kementrian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif tahun 2016. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tehnik analisis data dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan persentase implementasi green hotel sebesar 83,73 % dari dimensi green hotel serta manajemen pengelolaan yang mana menunjukkan bahwa implementasi green hotel di Sarinbuana Eco Lodge sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik dan sesuai dengan Pedoman Pelaksanaan Green Hotel di Indonesia. Sebagai suatu akomodasi, Sarinbuana Eco Lodge mampu menciptakan kesimbangan antara lingkungan, sosial serta ekonomi melalui penerapan dimensi-dimensi green hotel pada seluruh operasionalnya. This study aims to determine the implementation of the green hotel dimension and its management at Sarinbuana Eco Lodge. This research is important to encourage the hotel industry to adopt environmentally friendly measures for sustainability. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observations and questionnaire referring to Guidelines for the Implementation of Green Hotels in Indonesia published by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in 2016. The data analysis technique used in this study is the analysis technique by Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the percentage of green hotel implementation is 83, 73 % of the green hotel dimension and green management which shows that the implementation of green hotel at Sarinbuana Eco Lodge has been going quite well and in accordance with the Guidelines for the Implementation of Green Hotels in Indonesia. As an accommodation, Sarinbuana Eco Lodge is able to create a balance between the environment, social and economy through the application of green hotel dimensions in all its operations.

Abstract

Lokasi dan motivasi wisata mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap tingkat keputusan berkunjung wisatawan ke Mata Air Tembeling. Penelitian tersebut dilakukan untuk menganalisis : 1) pengaruh lokasi terhadap.keputusan.berkunjung.wisatawan.domestik.ke Mata Air Tembeling, 2) pengaruh motivasi wisata terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan domestik ke Mata Air Tembeling, 3) pengaruh lokasi dan motivasi wisata terhadap keputusan wisatawan domestik ke Mata Air Tembeling. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif sedangkan teknik penetuan sampel.yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Kriteria responden adalah yang sudah pernah berkunjung maupun yang sedang berkunjung ke Mata Air Tembeling. Penelitian ini mengambil 100 responden dengan cara memperoleh data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan studi literatur. Sementara pengujian instrumen dilakukan dengan uji.validitas dan uji.reliabilitas, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Lokasi bernilai positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan domestik ke Mata Air Tembeling, 2) Motivasi wisata bernilai positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan domestik ke Mata Air Tembeling, 3) lokasi dan motivasi wisata berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan domestik ke Mata Air Tembeling. Berdasarkan analisis data, lokasi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 3,69%, dan motivasi wisata berpengaruh sebesar 7,19%. Dapat dikatakan motivasi wisatawan berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. keduanya memberikan pengaruh sebesar 66,9% serta sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lainnya. The decision level of visitors visiting Tembeling Springs may be influenced by the location and purpose of tourism. The study was conducted to analyze: 1) The effect of location on the decision of domestic tourists to visit Tembeling Springs, 2) the impact of tourist motivation on the decision of domestic tourists to visit Tembel Springs 3) The impact of geography and tourism motivation on domestic tourists' decision to visit Tembeling Springs. This study is quantitatively descriptive, and the sample strategy employed is purposive sampling. Those who have visited or are currently visiting Tembel Springs qualify as respondents. This study collected data from 100 participants via questionnaires and a review of the relevant literature. In the meantime, the testing of the instruments was undertaken using the validity and reliability tests, whereas the data analysis technique employed the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and descriptive statistics. The findings indicated that : 1) The location of Tembeling Springs has a good impact on the decision of domestic tourists to visit the destination, 2) Positive tourism motivation has a substantial impact on the decision of domestic tourists to visit Tembeling Springs, 3) The decision of domestic tourists to visit Tembeling Springs is heavily influenced by geography and tourist motive. Location has an effect of 3.69 percent, whereas tourism motive has an effect of 7.29 percent, according to data research. It might be claimed that tourist motive has the greatest impact on visitation choices. Both have a 66.9% impact, while the remainder is impacted by other variables.
