Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengaruh harga dan customer review terhadap minat beli produk mascara maybelline pada pengguna Shopee Mall Indonesia di Jakarta. Dengan objek penelitian salah satu produk dari Maybelline yaitu  mascara.  Penelitian  ini membahas  mengenai teori dari 3 variabel penelitian yaitu, harga, customer review, dan minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan Google Form kepada 152 responden yang  kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 13.0 dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh untuk mengambil data sample. Hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) bahwa harga tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1.558 < t tabel sebesar 1.976. hasil uji hipoteis (uji t) bahwa customer review berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 9.425 > t tabel 1.976. implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada perusahaan untuk memperhatikan hal-hal yang dapat mempengaruhi harga dan customer review terhadap minat beli, terutama pada produk Maybelline.Kata Kunci: Harga, Customer Review, Minat Beli

Abstract

This paper examines the service marketing between three-most-popular private transportation in Indonesia which are Gojek, Grab and Blue Bird taxi. Not only will this paper discuss on the matter of service that performed by each company but also analyzed the positive outcomes and opinions about steps that needed to be taken immediately by each company. A comparison data will be performed to compare the service outcome from the customers which gotten from the primary data. The primary data contains of questionnaires that were distributed to the customers for each company. Needed to be taken into the account for each company that service marketing is one of the leading factors on how the brand image and performance of the company will be judged.

Abstract

Social media-based product branding is one of the keys to the success of MSMEs in building identity and increasing competitiveness amidst an increasingly competitive digital market. In the Ciputat area, South Tangerang, many young entrepreneurs have business potential but still face limitations in designing effective digital branding strategies. Responding to this challenge, this community service activity is designed to increase the digital branding capacity of young entrepreneurs through logo design training, Instagram feed management, and the preparation of communicative and attractive product storytelling. This activity is carried out with a participatory approach through the stages of identifying participant needs, preparing contextual training modules, practicing direct content design and production, and evaluating participant abilities through pre-tests and post-tests. The training results showed a significant increase in the understanding of the concept of digital branding and the technical skills of participants in creating consistent visual elements and conveying product value through narratives on social media. This program is expected to strengthen the brand identity of MSMEs and open up opportunities for digital market expansion for young entrepreneurs in the area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work stress, and boredom on cyberloafing behavior in Generation Z employees in the service industry. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who were Generation Z employees in service companies. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that organizational culture had a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, indicating that the stronger the organizational culture, the lower the level of cyberloafing. Work stress showed a significant positive effect, where high work stress encouraged employees to seek escape through online activities that were not related to work. Meanwhile, boredom or work boredom also had a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing, where boredom at work was the main trigger for this behavior. These findings underline the importance of creating a healthy work culture, managing work stress, and designing interesting jobs for Generation Z employees in order to minimize cyberloafing behavior. This study contributes to the development of human resource management, especially in managing the work behavior of Generation Z employees in the digital era.

In the several years, streaming services have been under the spotlight by disrupting traditional media consumption platforms. The music industry is one of the most heavily impacted by the existance of streaming services. The aim of this paper is to understand the customer’s expectation for a music application and how far that is being full filled. Abstract

 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are vital to economic development but face challenges from internal and external factors. This study investigates how (1) internalities, such as; leadership and innovation capacity, and (2) externalities, such as; government policies and market competition, influence MSMEs’ commitment to organizational development. Data were gathered from 16 MSMEs in Sulawesi Barat, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara, and Eastern Java through surveys and interviews. Results indicate that strong internal and external factors (entrepreneurial orientation, dynamic capabilities, operational efficiency, market orientation, digital transformation, policy support, market environment, and collaborative network). This training really encouraged a collaborative learning process and strengthening networks between MSMEs. This activity showed that a practice-based training approach to ensure the best internalities and externalities of organizational commitment. However, access to technology and capital remains a critical barrier. The study highlights the need for targeted policy interventions and capacity-building programs to align internal strengths with external opportunities. By proposing a framework for sustainable organizational development, this research contributes to the literature on MSMEs and offers practical recommendations for stakeholders in Indonesia’s economic ecosystem

Abstract

This case study explores the strategic and operational practices of Marugame Udon and IPMI Institute. By analyzing both organizations through the lenses of interaction management, problem-solving, decision-making, team development, and coaching performance, the study uncovers practical insights into effective organizational behavior across different industries. At Marugame, the emphasis on lean operations and team coordination plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Through real-time interaction management and standardized communication protocols, Marugame fosters a service-oriented culture where frontline staff are empowered to solve problems and make quick decisions. Leadership coaching is implemented at the store level to improve service performance and employee retention. In contrast, IPMI Institute emphasizes strategic decision-making and collaborative learning in academic and administrative settings. The coaching culture at IPMI Institute fosters professional growth, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence among both staff and students. The findings highlight that both organizations, while operating in different sectors, leverage similar core principles of organizational development. Interaction management and coaching serve as the backbone for efficient teamwork and agile decision-making. This comparative case analysis underscores the value of context-specific adaptations of these practices, reinforcing the need for tailored leadership approaches in hospitality and education sectors. AbstrakStudi kasus ini mengeksplorasi praktik strategis dan operasional Marugame Udon dan IPMI Institute. Dengan menganalisis kedua organisasi melalui sudut pandang manajemen interaksi, pemecahan masalah, pengambilan keputusan, pengembangan tim, dan kinerja pembinaan, studi ini mengungkap wawasan praktis tentang perilaku organisasi yang efektif di berbagai industri. Di Marugame, penekanan pada operasi ramping dan koordinasi tim memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan kepuasan pelanggan dan efisiensi operasional. Melalui manajemen interaksi waktu nyata dan protokol komunikasi standar, Marugame menumbuhkan budaya berorientasi layanan di mana staf garis depan diberdayakan untuk memecahkan masalah dan membuat keputusan cepat. Pembinaan kepemimpinan diterapkan di tingkat toko untuk meningkatkan kinerja layanan dan retensi karyawan. Budaya pembinaan di IPMI Institute mendorong pertumbuhan profesional, pemikiran kritis, dan kecerdasan emosional di antara staf dan mahasiswa. Temuan tersebut menyoroti bahwa kedua organisasi, meski beroperasi di sektor yang berbeda, memanfaatkan prinsip inti pengembangan organisasi yang serupa. Manajemen interaksi dan pembinaan berfungsi sebagai tulang punggung kerja tim yang efisien dan pengambilan keputusan yang tangkas. Lebih jauh, analisis kasus komparatif ini menggarisbawahi nilai adaptasi spesifik konteks dari praktik-praktik ini, yang memperkuat perlunya pendekatan kepemimpinan yang disesuaikan di sektor perhotelan dan pendidikan.Kata Kunci: kapasitas manajerial; kapasitas teknis; keterampilan akademik; pengembangan keterampilan hidup; tugas operasional; tugas strategis
