Abstract

Employees require a reference point for the leadership's involvement in managing employee discipline in order to be aware of how to follow the company's policies. A high level of rule and regulatory awareness among employees will increase motivation at work and performance. The study's goal is to ascertain how pay and workplace rules affect employees' performance at Warung Dua Umalas. A descriptive research method with a quantitative approach is applied in this study. Employee performance (Y) is positively influenced by the Compensation Variable (X1) by a factor of 2,190, meaning that for every unit rise in the Compensation Variable (X1), there is a 2,190 unit increase in employee performance (Y). When the work discipline variable (X2) is increased by one unit, employee performance (Y) rises by 2.622 units, indicating that the work discipline variable has a positive influence on work discipline of 2.622. The employee performance (Y) at Warung Dua Umalas is partially positively and significantly impacted by the outcomes of the compensation test (X1) results. The performance of Warung Dua Umalas employees (Y) is significantly and partially impacted by the test findings of the work discipline variable (X2). The organization should pay attention to compensation and work discipline together because they can greatly increase employee performance at Warung Dua Umalas. Compensation and work discipline play a key role in enhancing employee performance

Abstract

Worker execution is the result accomplished by a individual concurring to appropriate guidelines inside a certain period of time so that representative execution can be made strides by representatives and carry out their obligations. Worker execution can be seen from the work comes about appeared by the worker. In an exertion to move forward representative execution, self-esteem, self-efficacy and locus of control are things that representatives must pay consideration to and execute. This inquire about points to decide the impact of self-esteem, self-efficacy and locus of control on representative execution at the Kerobokan Conventional Town Town Credit Institution (LPD). This investigate strategy utilized may be a quantitative strategy. The number of tests utilized was 70 representatives. The testing procedure utilized was soaked examining. The conclusion gotten is that self-esteem encompasses a positive effect on representative execution. Self-efficacy incorporates a positive impact on worker execution. Locus of control features a positive impact on representative execution. Abstract

Sejauh mana suatu program kegiatan atau kebijakan berhasil mencapai visi, tujuan, dan sasaran organisasi disebut dengan employee performance. Work ethic , keterlibatan pegawai, dan personality merupakan faktor yang harus diperhatikan dan diterapkan oleh pegawai untuk meningkatkan employee performance di lingkungan pekerjaan umum dan badan pengatur. Hal ini didasarkan pada dorongan dan kemampuan pegawai untuk mengubah tanggung jawab atau pekerjaannya dalam upaya meningkatkan employee performance. Ruang di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1) pengaruh work ethic  terhadap employee performance pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Denpasar; 2) dampak keterikatan karyawan terhadap employee engagement pada departemen yang sama; dan 3) pengaruh personality terhadap employee performance di dinas Kota Denpasar. Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Denpasar, serta empat faktor lain yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance. Dalam penelitian ini, sampelnya berjumlah 58 pekerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan disebut stratified sampling. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, koefisien beta, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, model regresinya adalah Y = 0,350X1 + 0,276X2 + 0,411X3. Kesimpulan yang diambil adalah employee performance dipengaruhi secara positif oleh work ethic. Kinerja dipengaruhi secara positif oleh employee engagement. Employee engagement dipengaruhi secara positif oleh personality. Karena variabel personality mempunyai nilai koefisien yang paling tinggi diantara variabel lainnya yaitu sebesar 0,409 maka berpengaruh dominan terhadap employee performance pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Denpasar.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan memegang peran penting bagi kemajuan suatu instansi atau organisasi. Apabila kinerja karyawan optimal, maka tujuan perusahaan akan lebih mudah tercapai. Dalam sebuah lembaga usaha, kinerja karyawan merupakan aset krusial untuk meraih sasaran yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan observasi di Hotel COMO Uma Canggu, peneliti menemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi, dan kepribadian menjadi faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel COMO Uma Canggu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan kuesioner, dengan populasi seluruh karyawan hotel dan sampel sebanyak 84 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Instrumen, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linear Berganda, uji t, Koefisien Beta, uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi.
