Abstract

Abstract This study examines the model for the goat production supply chain and institution performance in the supply chain from production centers (Jeneponto Regency) to consumption centers (Makassar City). The institutions discussed here are only institutions that are included in the chain as primary members. The performance of goat supply chain institutions can be seen from the benefits obtained in the highest order, namely breeders, retailers, and collectors in Channel 1, while in Channel 2, they are farmers, intermediary consumers, collectors and retailers. The profit gained breeders from marketing margins in both channels is quite good; the respective values are 67.43% and 64.66% of total marketing margins.

Abstract

Waste treatment (WT) was one way to increase the income of small-scale goat farmers. Many factors influence breeders to adopt technology, including the subjective norm (SN) factor. This study aims to determine the effect of subjective norms (SN) consisting of the influence of informal leaders (IL), Family (F), extension (E) /Training Officer (TO), and peer groups (FG) or farmer neighbors (FN) on the behavior of farmers in feces waste treatment (WT). The research was carried out in West Sulawesi Province, precisely in Polman and the Majene Regencies, which were goat farming centers. The respondents were 50 in the Majene district and 100 in the Polman district. The determination of the sample was carried out randomly at the location of the goat breeding center (GBC). The research variable consisted of the behavior of farmers in adopting technology (AT), which consisted of five levels: feces disposed of (score 1), not processed and used alone (score 2), not processed and sold (score 3), processed and used alone (score 4). It was processed and sold (score 5). Independent variables consisted of subjective norms, including the Community Leader (CL) (X1), Family (F) (X2), Extension Workers (EW) or Technical Officers (X3), and Neighbors (N) or colleagues (C) influence (X4). The linear regression model was used to predict the F-test and t-test. The results showed that SN affects breeders’ behavior in processing goat livestock waste (GLW). The variable influence of EW, F, and N was a component of SN that influenced the behavior of breeders, to increase the adoption of WT technology, the role of EW must be increased in assisting farmers in adopting WT technology. Abstract

The phenomenon of national beef supply is still a very interesting polemic to be studied in the world of research. The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of farmers who join the BUMDes beef cattle unit. This research was conducted in Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used descriptive research research. The research sample was 30 farmers who were members of the BUMDES beef cattle farming unit which was done by simple randomization. Data were collected through interviews and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the characteristics that influenced farmers who joined the BUMDes were based on age, gender, education level, family dependents, farming experience, and number of livestock ownership. The research conclusion is that the characteristics of farmers who join the BUMDES beef cattle farming unit in Bantaeng Regency are at productive age and male, relatively low education level, the number of family dependents of farmers 1-3 people, farming experience between 1 to 3 years with livestock ownership scale ranging from 1-4 beef cattle

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تدريب الطلاب وتحسين قدرتهم على فهم معنى القراءة باستخدام منهج قواعد  اللغة العربية الذي يتم إجراؤه باستخدام طريقة المعلم النظير.هذا البحث هو منهج بحثي وصفي نوعي. موضوعات البحث عبارة عن صفّ الرابع والخامس من العام الدراسي ٢٠٢٠/٢٠٢١ و ٢٠٢١/٢٠٢٢  والذي يتكون من ١٩PBA ١ و ١٩PBA٢. تم جمع البيانات عن طريق الاختبارات والملاحظات مع أدوات الأداء وإرشادات المراقبة. سيتم تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها من نتائج هذه الدراسة باستخدام تحليل البيانات النوعية.تظهر نتائج الدراسة ١) تطبيق هذه الطريقة مدمج في تعليم "المطالعة الأولى" و "المزالعة الثانية". في العملية ، يتم تقسيم الطلاب إلى عدة مجموعات. في مجموعة واحدة هناك طالب كموجه وآخرون كأعضاء. شرط للموجه أن يكون مرشدًا اي أن يكون لديه فهم جيد للقواعد لأنه مسؤول عن توجيه أعضاء مجموعته. بعد المرور بعملية توجيه القراءات التي تم توزيعها ، يجب على أعضاء المجموعة تقديم نتائج التعلم الخاصة بهم في شكل تحليل لعناصر الجملة في القراءة ، وشرح وظائف الكلمات في الجمل الموجهة نحو أصالة نتائج الترجمة ، والإجابة على أسئلة المجموعة الأخرى.٢) يمكن أن يعمل التوجيه الذي يتم تنفيذه كشكل من أشكال إثراء مادة النحو والصرف التي تمت دراستها أساسًا في الدورات التدريبية الخاصة بكل منهما ويمكن حتى أن تعمل كشكل من أشكال إعادة المعرفة لأنهم لم يفهموا من قبل. ٣). يستطيع الطلاب عمومًا شرح العناصر الأساسية في الجملة. على سبيل المثال شرح مبتدع وخبر في جملة "إيسياه" و "فيل" و "فائّل" و "مافعل" في جملة "فيلية". يستطيع بعض الطلاب ترجمة الجمل وفقًا لوظائف الكلمات.

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد محددات نية الدراسة لدى طلبة برنامج دراسة تعليم اللغة العربية باستخدام البحث الوصفي النوعي. تم جمع البيانات من خلال الملاحظة والمقابلات وتوثيق محددات نوايا دراسة طلاب PBA وإنجاز الطلاب الأكاديمي من خلال أدوات دليل الملاحظة وإرشادات المقابلة والتوثيق. يتم تنفيذ تقنية تحليل البيانات على ثلاث مراحل بشكل مستمر والتي تشمل مرحلة تقليل البيانات ومرحلة عرض البيانات ومرحلة الاستنتاج / التحقق. أظهرت النتائج أن 1). محددات النوايا الدراسية لطلاب برنامج دراسة تعليم اللغة العربية ، كلية التربية IAIN Bone ، وهي: الاهتمامات ، اتباع اختيارات أولياء الأمور ، الرغبة في فهم القرآن ، آفاق مثيرة للاهتمام من PBA ، وفقًا للمثل ، امتلاك الكفاءة في مجال اللغة العربية . 2). نظرة عامة على التحصيل الأكاديمي لطلاب برنامج دراسة تعليم اللغة العربية في IAIN Bone. تم تصنيف هذا الوصف وفقًا لمسار التحديد. أ. مسار SPAN ومسار UM-PTKIN ، وهما: إكمال كل موضوع ، إكمال التعليم بشكل أسرع ، الاهتمام الجيد بالتعلم. ب. مستقلة وهي: الانتقال إلى برنامج دراسي آخر ، بعض الدرجات لم تكتمل ، تأخر الانتهاء.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melatih dan meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memahami maksud sebuah bacaan dengan pendekatan kaidah bahasa Arab yang dilakukan dengan metode tutor sebaya. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian dengan metode kuanlitatif. Adapun yang menjadi subyek penelitian yaitu semester 4 tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang terdiri dari 22PBA1 dan 22PBA2. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan observasi dengan instrument unjuk kerja dan pedoman observasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dari hasil penelitian ini akan dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisa data kuanitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Penerapan metode ini teritegrasi dalam pembelajaran muthalaah 1. Dalam prosesnya, mahasiswa dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok. Dalam 1 kelompok ada yang ditugaskan sebagai mentor dan lainnya sebagai anggota. Dasar untuk menunjuk mahasiswa menjadi seorang mentor adalah harus memiliki pemahaman Qawaid yang bagus karena ia bertugas membimbing anggota kelompoknya. Setelah melewati proses pembimbingan terhadap bacaan yang sudah dibagikan, maka anggota kelompok harus mempresentasikan hasil bimbingannya dalam bentuk analisis unsur-unsur kalimat yang ada dalam bacaan, menjelaskan fungsi-fungsi kata dalam kalimat yang berorientasi pada keshahihan hasil terjemahan, dan menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan dari kelompok yang lain 2). Mahasiswa secara umum mampu menjelaskan unsur-unsur dasar dalam sebuah kalimat. Misalnya menjelaskan mubtada’ dan khabar dalam kalimat ismiyah, fi’il, fa’il, dan maf’ul dalam kalimat fi’liyah. 3) Mahasiswa sebagian sudah mampu membaca secara jahriyah dengan harakat yang benar, mampu menerjemahkan kalimat sesuai dengan fungsi-fungsi kata

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة أسباب انخفاض المتحمسين بقسم تعليم اللغة العربية وكيفية ترقيته. هذا البحث هو دراسة نوعية وصفية. ويتم جمع البيانات من المقابلة والملاحظات والوثائق مع ارشاد المقابلة و الملاحظة و الة الوثائق. سيتم تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها من نتائج هذه الدراسة باستخدام تحليل البيانات النوعي. وأظهرت النتائج انخفاض المتحمسين بقسم تعليم اللغة العربية يرجع إلى عدة عوامل. وهي: غير المفهوم عن امكانيته واختيار الدراسة خارج الإندونيسية وسوء الفهم لآفاقه ولا يطابق بين امنيتهم و أفاقها، وعدم الكفاءة في اللغة العربية و يفكرون ان تعليم اللغة العربية  صعب. اما كيفية زيادتها بإقتراحات وهي الخدمة فى المدارس المستهدفة و التنشئة الإجتماعية و النشاط اللغوية.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Daging sapi, ayam dan olahannya sangat menentukan  produksi pangan halal yang menggunakan bahan baku asal ternak tersebut. Rumah Potong Hewan  ruminansia atau disebut RPH-R adalah usaha untuk memproduksi daging sapi atau kerbau. Rumah Potong Hewan Unggas atau RPH-U untuk memproduksi daging ayam. Selain itu usaha penggilingan daging juga merupakan usaha yang memproduksi olahan daging(adonan untuk produk bakso). Usaha tersebut memiliki titik kritis tinggi dalam hal menghasilkan daging  dan produk daging yang halal. Keberhasilan pemenuhan kriteria halal di RPH-R dan RPH-U  serta penggilingan daging sangat ditentukan oleh pekerja yang terlibat di usaha tersebut. Pemenuhan kriteria halal perlu mendapat perhatian dalam rangka menghasilkan daging dan produk daging. Kriteria halal dalam sistem jaminan halal yaitu keterlibatan  sumber daya manusia, kesesuaian  bahan, proses produksi, prosedur dan produk.  Sumber daya manusia merupakan kriteria halal yang memegang peranan penting karena terkait komitmen dan tanggungjawab untuk mengimplementasi sistem jaminan halal pada suatu usaha. Pekerja merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang ada dalam usaha peternakan rumah potong ruminansia, unggas dan tempat penggilingan daging. Pengetahuan tentang kriteria halal pada pekerja masih rendah. Pelatihan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pekerja. Belum banyak penelitian  yang mengevaluasi  pengetahuan pekerja  setelah mengikuti pelatihan dalam menerapkan sistem jaminan halal di unit usaha dan industri pengolahan peternakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengetahuan pekerja setelah mengikuti pelatihan kriteria halal di unit usaha peternakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan  wawancara  untuk mengambil data setelah pelatihan dilakukan.  Sampel yang digunakan adalah 15 peserta pelatihan sebagai responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Likert untuk mengolah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan pekerja setelah mengikuti pelatihan di usaha rumah potong ruminansia, unggas dan penggilingan daging mengalami peningkatkan 15% atau kategori tinggi. Pelatihan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan pekerja dalam memenuhi kriteria halal pada usaha  rumah potong ruminansia, unggas dan penggilingan daging di Kota Parepare.Kata kunci: Kriteria halal, pelatihan, evaluasi pengetahuan, pekerja industri peternakanEvaluation of Knowledge on Halal Assurance System by Workers in Livestock Business Units in Parepare City, South SulawesiABSTRACT. Beef, chicken and their preparations determine the production of halal food that uses raw materials from these animals. A ruminant slaughterhouse or RPH-R is a business for producing beef or buffalo meat. Poultry slaughterhouse or U-slaughterhouse is for producing chicken meat. In addition, the meat milling business is also a business that produces processed meat (dough for meatball products). The business has a high critical point in terms of producing halal meat and meat products. The success of fulfilling halal criteria in RPH-R and U-RPH as well as meat milling is largely determined by the workers involved in the business. Fulfillment of halal criteria needs attention to produce meat and meat products. Halal criteria in the halal assurance system are the involvement of human resources, suitability of materials, production processes, procedures, and products. Human resources are halal criteria that play an important role because they are related to commitment and responsibility for implementing a halal assurance system in a business. Workers are one of the resources available in ruminant slaughterhouses, poultry farms, and meatpacking operations. Knowledge of halal criteria among workers is still low. Training is conducted to improve workers' knowledge. There are not many studies that evaluate workers' knowledge after training in implementing a halal assurance system in livestock processing business units and industries.  This study aims to evaluate the knowledge of workers after attending halal criteria training in livestock business units. This study was conducted with interviews to collect data after the training was conducted. The sample used was 15 trainees as respondents. This research uses Likert data analysis to process data. The results showed that the knowledge of workers after attending training in ruminant slaughterhouses, poultry, and meat milling businesses increased by 15% or high category. Training can improve workers' knowledge in meeting halal criteria in ruminant slaughterhouses, poultry, and meat milling businesses in Parepare City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how difficult it is for students to translate Qiraah in Muthala'ah learning. This study is a descriptive qualitative study. The subjects of the study were 4th semester students in the 2025/2026 academic year. Data collection was carried out through documentation and performance with performance guidelines and documents. The data collected from the results of this study will be analyzed using qualitative data analysis.The results of the study show that the difficulties faced by students in translating Qira'ah in Muthala'ah learning can be seen in several aspects, namely 1) Vocabulary. 2) Phrases, 3) Sentence structure, 4) Understanding, and 5) Socio-cultural.

Abstract

Mastery of qawaid al-lughah al-arabiyyah material is fundamental for students in the Arabic language education study program as it lays the groundwork for mastering the four essential language skills: istima', kalam, qira'ah, and kitabah. Despite its significance, students encounter difficulties in comprehending this material. This qualitative descriptive study conducted at IAIN Bone involves eight students and two lecturers from the Arabic education study program, employing in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. The thematic analysis reveals three main findings: 1) Learning difficulties are categorized into nahwu and sharaf, encompassing challenges in grasping new terms, creating examples, applying rules, analyzing sentence elements, and understanding wazan and shigat. 2) Factors contributing to these difficulties include inadequate face-to-face learning schedules, infrequent lesson repetition, limited self-practice, excessive reliance on online learning, a less supportive environment, and insufficient learning facilities. 3) To overcome these challenges, students take individual initiatives, including self-motivation, completing learning activities, forming communication and study groups, actively participating in the learning process, and enrolling in training/courses. Addressing these challenges can enhance Arabic language education, enabling students to achieve proficiency in qawaid al-lughah al-arabiyyah and the four language skills.Keywords: Arabic learning, Learning difficulties, Nahwu, Sharaf, Qawaid al-lughah al-arabiyyah Â
