Abstract

Based on the conservation of resources principle, behavior can be exhibited by an individual because of the resource investments that are deployed to obtain other resources. This study aims to examine the role of business acumen, innovative self-efficacy, and openness to experience, which are personal resources on innovative work behavior. The study involved leaders at PT X, an energy company in Indonesia (n = 232). The leaders were employees in senior management, middle management, or frontline management. Participants were selected using proportionate stratified sampling. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. The study found that only business acumen (b = 0,22; p-value < 0,01) and openness to experience (b = 0.78; p-value < 0.01) can predict innovative work behavior. The results of this study provide alternative pathways for developing a more precise innovation-oriented leadership development program.

Abstract

This study examines how character-based ChatGPT, a form of artificial intelligence, affects challenges and opportunities for Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) teachers. It looks at how teachers instill Pancasila values in Generation Z students at Taman Harapan High School. The research uses a qualitative, case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with PPKn teachers, ICT teachers, the vice principal overseeing curriculum, and students in grades IX–XII. Findings were enriched by classroom observations and analysis of teaching modules and attendance records. Character-based AI can enrich learning by sparking critical discussion, expanding resource access, personalizing reinforcement, and increasing motivation. Risks include academic ethics, reduced contextual meaning, unequal access to devices and connectivity, and educators' readiness. Teachers must improve their digital literacy, content curation, and assessment strategies to use AI for strengthening, not replacing, character-building. The study recommends tiered training in ethical AI use, clear school technology policies, monitoring mechanisms for student AI use, and providing basic infrastructure.The contribution of this research lies in the formulation of a character-based digital pedagogy framework that is in line with the principles of Pancasila, while also providing a practical basis for schools in designing inclusive, safe, adaptive, and meaningful 21st-century learning interventions. The findings also emphasize the need for teacher-parent collaboration to guide the productive use of AI, the development of digital classroom SOPs, and the development of originality assessment rubrics. Going forward, further research is recommended to explore cross-subject integration models and test the effectiveness of interventions through classroom action research designs in the Indonesian context

Abstract

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of Google Form and Quizizz as digital evaluation media in enhancing learning outcomes and student engagement in Pancasila Education. The background of this research lies in the limited variety of evaluation tools commonly used in schools, which often reduces student motivation and participation during assessments. The research employed Classroom Action Research using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles involving students of class X.G at State Senior High School 2 Malang. Each cycle comprised four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, student response questionnaires, and engagement observation sheets, and analyzed descriptively, both quantitatively and qualitatively. The findings indicate that Quizizz was more effective than Google Form in improving both learning outcomes and engagement. The average student score increased from 72.5 in the first cycle to 82.1 in the second cycle, while the number of students achieving mastery rose from 18 to 26. Furthermore, student engagement improved significantly, as reflected in positive responses toward Quizizz’s gamification features such as leaderboards, instant feedback, and interactive quiz formats. Despite these positive outcomes, the study is limited to one class and two research cycles; therefore, future studies with a broader scope are recommended to validate the consistency and generalizability of the findings.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of an analysis of fourth-grade students' and their parents' self-confidence in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data analysis was conducted using a self-confidence survey questionnaire completed by students, and the results revealed parents' views on their children's levels of self-confidence in the context of learning in elementary school. The study employed a qualitative descriptive design incorporating a survey as the primary data collection instrument. It involved 56 fourth-grade students and their 56 parents. Data collection was conducted using a self-confidence questionnaire validated using a Likert scale. The results of the analysis of student self-confidence indicators included the ability to understand material (85%), the courage to express opinions (75%), readiness to face challenges (80%), and cooperation in groups (75%). Meanwhile, the results of the questionnaire on parents' confidence in accompanying their children's learning were 79.38%, openness to receiving advice from teachers or the school was 84.17%, and role modeling to foster children's self-confidence was 80.83%. These data show that both parents and students have relatively high levels of self-confidence. However, there are variations in students' confidence in expressing opinions and in parents' ability to support their children's learning. These findings confirm that collaboration between parents and students can build children's self-confidence and play a strategic role in learning success in elementary school.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi mendorong pemanfaatan media pembelajaran audio visual sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis audio visual terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa melalui peningkatan perhatian, keterlibatan dalam diskusi, dan minat terhadap materi. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan perilaku positif seperti meningkatnya kedisiplinan, rasa tanggung jawab, dan semangat belajar. Model pembelajaran yang mendukung, seperti Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan Project Based Learning (PjBL), terbukti memperkuat efektivitas media dalam membangun keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif siswa. Dengan demikian, media audio visual berperan strategis dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan meningkatkan motivasi serta hasil belajar siswa secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Lunturnya nilai nasionalisme di kalangan generasi muda menjadi tantangan serius dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama di era globalisasi yang semakin pesat. Menurunnya cinta terhadap tanah air, kurangnya kesadaran akan keberagaman, serta meningkatnya individualisme menjadi permasalahan yang perlu ditangani. Dalam hal ini, Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) memegang peran krusial dalam menanamkan kembali nilai-nilai nasionalisme kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru PPKn dalam mengahadapi tantangan tersebut di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekaan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan guru PPKn, observasi  proses pembelajaran, serta studi dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa guru PPKn menggunakan berbagai strategi, seperti pendekatan pemanfaatan teknologi digital, serta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang menanamkan nilai kebangsaan. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan sekolah juga berperan penting dalam memperkuat rasa nasionalisme peserta didik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi yang inovatif dan interakrif dalam pembelajaran PPKn dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam mengantisipasi lunturnya nilai nasionalisme. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, guru PPK dapat menjadi agen perubahan dalam membentuk karakter kebangsaan peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Deep Learning approach within the Merdeka Curriculum in Grade 5 at SDK Sang Timur Pasuruan. This approach emphasizes meaningful, joyful, and mindful learning, and is oriented toward the development of eight graduate profile dimensions: faith and devotion, citizenship, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, independence, health, and communication. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with participants including fifth-grade students, teachers, the principal, and parents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model (data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing). The findings reveal two key results: the application of the three principles of Deep Learning and the achievement of the eight graduate profile dimensions in the learning process. Through project-based activities, group discussions, reflection, and real-life contextual tasks, students were actively engaged in learning. They did not merely memorize content but were encouraged to think critically, discuss, collaborate, and understand the meaning of learning in daily life. The study recommends continuous professional development for teachers in designing structured and differentiated deep learning experiences tailored to students' characteristics. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pendekatan Deep Learning dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di kelas 5 SDK Sang Timur Pasuruan. Pendekatan ini menekankan pada pembelajaran yang bermakna (meaningful), menyenangkan (joyful), dan penuh kesadaran (mindful), serta berorientasi pada pengembangan delapan dimensi profil lulusan: keimanan dan ketakwaan, kewargaan, penalaran kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, kemandirian, kesehatan, dan komunikasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas 5, guru, kepala sekolah, dan wali murid. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis data model Miles dan Huberman (reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan hasil analisis tiga prinsip Deep Learning dan ketercapaian 8 dimensi profil lulusan pada pembelajaran di kelas 5 SDK Sang Timur Pasuruan. Melalui kegiatan proyek, diskusi kelompok, refleksi, dan tugas yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan nyata, siswa terlibat secara aktif dalam proses belajar. Siswa tidak hanya menghafal, tetapi juga berpikir, berdiskusi, bekerja sama, dan memahami makna pembelajaran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk guru dalam menyusun pembelajaran mendalam yang terstruktur dan diferensiatif sesuai karakteristik siswa.

Abstract

This study explores how the Canva application transforms of Pancasila Education learning at Celaket 21 Catholic Junior High School Malang into an adaptive and responsive experience. Researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach with case studies to collect data through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. They select informants using purposive sampling and analyze data using the Miles and Huberman model with triangulation for validity. Teachers actively integrate Canva to create engaging lessons, accommodate diverse learning styles, and empower students as content creators. Their motivation, easy access to Canva, premium belajar.id accounts, school infrastructure, and professional support drive the success of this implementation. Despite its effectiveness, technical limitations and varying levels of digital literacy among teachers remain challenges. Students express positive feedback, showing increased interest, active participation, and improved comprehension through visualization. Canva enhances 21st-century skills and strengthens civic values, aligning with the Merdeka curriculum. This study urges educators to enhance their digital competence, improve school infrastructure, and implement policies that support educational technology innovation.

Abstract

The development of student entrepreneurship at the University of Kanjuruhan Malang is starting to show results. This is very supportive of government programs in their development in line with increasing economic growth. Furthermore, it has an impact on student entrepreneurial actors to be more creative and innovative in effective marketing strategic planning. Most entrepreneurial students have difficulty developing because they do not understand how to market a product effectively, display product packaging attractively so that it has high selling value and manages their business well. On this occasion, we aim to provide solutions through the Entrepreneurship Development Program of the University of Kanjuruhan Malang which collaborates with micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang City and Regency, in the form of a digital marketing strategy, namely e-commerce. The method we use in this activity is conducting workshops by forming student groups according to their target products and market reach, and providing assistance to these student groups. The investment that we provide is in the form of e-commerce applications. The results of the investment show a significant change in marketing among entrepreneurial students at Kanjuruhan University of Malang.
