Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang memiliki jenis tanaman yang beraneka ragam. Salah satu tanaman yang banyak digunakan sebagai obat adalah kelor (Moringa oleifera) yang dikenal sebagai “The Miracle Plant” karena memiliki banyak manfaat pada semua bagian tanamannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui senyawa yang terkandung pada ekstrak daun Moringa oleifera yang dapat digunakan untuk kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian pendahuluan berupa eksperimen uji kualitatif fitokimia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu membuat ekstrak daun Moringa oleifera yang dibuat dengan metode maserasi menggunakan etanol 96%. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji fitokimia berupa identifikasi flavonoid, tannin, terpenoid, alkaloid, dan saponin. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pada ekstrak daun kelor terdapat senyawa flavonoid, tannin, terpenoid, alkaloid, dan saponin.

Abstract

Kulit merupakan organ terluar dan terbesar pada tubuh yang berfungsi sebagai barrier dari lingkungan eksternal. Luka yang terjadi pada jaringan kulit dapat menjadi lesi atau penyakit. Mekanisme penyembuhan luka dilakukan untuk melindungi tubuh. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengertahui peran ekstrak Moringa Oleifera pada system imun dalam proses penyembuhan luka. Metode yang digunakan adalah sistematik review. Penelusuran artikel dilakukan pada 5 database yaitu : PubMed, Science Direct, ProQuest, Springer Link dan Google Scholar. Data yang diperoleh dari seleksi literatur sejumlah tujuh dari 198 artikel. Hasil dari review ini menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak Moringa oleifera mempercepat penyembuhan luka. Moringa oleifera juga efektif pada beragam mekanisme seberti antimikroba, antioksidan, proliferasi, penutupan luka lebih cepat. Pemanfataan ekstrak Moringa oleifera dapat berasal dari ekstrak biji ataupun daun dan dimanfaatkan baik pada penyembuhan luka pada kondisi normal, diabetes, dan infeksi patogen.

Abstract

Kegiatan praktikum merupakan kegiatan wajib pada pembelajaran sains khususnya biologi. Praktikum menjadikan pengalaman peserta didik untuk menunjukkan keterampilan proses dalam menemukan teori atau fakta maupun sebatas pembuktian teori yang telah ada. Sayangnya Kegiatan praktikum belum dilaksanakan secara optimal di MAN 2 Barru mengingat keterbatasan alat dan bahan yang ada. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Barru dengan subjek pendampingan adalah peserta didik kelas X, XI, XII yang berjumlah 20 orang. Praktikum yang dilaksanakan berjumalah 6 topik dengan menggunakan bahan dan alat sederhana yang dapat dijumpai di sekitar sekolah atau lingkungan sekitar. Praktikum menunjukkan antusias peserta didik dalam mengikuti praktikum. Peserta didik telah mampu menggunakan mikroskop, membuat preparate, dan mengamati di bawah mikroskop, membedah katak dan menunjukkan bagian morfologi dan anatominya, membuat hipotesis dan menarik kesimpulan pada setiap topik praktikum.

Abstract

Training on the use of digital-based learning media aims to provide additional competence to lecturers in making new technology-based media. Subject service is a lecturer at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar as many as 12 participants with representatives from several study programs in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire that is distributed through a google form. As many as 75% of participants felt that this training was "very appropriate" and 25% "fit" the needs of the participants. In terms of material coverage, 58.3% of participants chose the "very covering" category and another 41.7% in the "covers" category. Trainees have an understanding of the "very understanding" and "understanding" categories as well as the usefulness of the training material with 83.3% "very useful" and 16.7% in the category of "useful". The results of the survey showed the high needs and how far the applications obtained by the trainees in improving their competence as lecturers. This training is expected to be able to become a reference for lecturers in producing outputs in the form of more up-to-date learning media so as to improve learning.

Abstract

This research is included in the type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D) based on the ADDIE development model which consists of five steps, namely Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. This study aims to develop learning media, determine the level of validity, level of practicality and level of effectiveness of media. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Takalar class XI Science 1 which amounted to 30 students. Media validity of 3.80 with very valid category. The practicality of the media obtained through teacher responses is 95.31% and student responses are 85.18% with very practical categories. Of the 30 total students, 27 of them obtained scores that were in accordance with the KKM target (90%) and 3 of them obtained scores that did not meet the KKM target (10%). The pretest score of students obtained is 28.13 while the posttest value is 81.33, so that the average N-gain score obtained by students is 0.72 and is in the category (0.7 g ≤ 1), it can be said that the increase in student learning outcomes is high.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using interactive multimedia based on the articulate storyline 3 application on the human coordination system material for class XI MIPA at MAN 1 Makassar City. The type of research used was quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method. The results showed that the learning motivation of students who were taught using interactive multimedia based on the articulate storyline 3 application was in the high category with an average value of 66.20. While the learning motivation of students who were taught without using interactive multimedia based on the articulate storyline 3 application was in the high category with an average value of 61.26. The results of the hypothesis test analysis in this study were 0.001 < 0.05 or H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted so that it can be concluded that there is an effect of using interactive multimedia based on the articulate storyline 3 application on student learning motivation on the human coordination system material for class XI MIPA at MAN 1 Makassar City

Abstract

The goal of teaching strategies and instructional materials is to engage students in active, imaginative learning. This research aims to: 1) Create Magic Box learning materials for class XI circulatory system content at SMAN 16 Bulukumba by employing the ADDIE model; 2) Determine the level of validity of Magic Box learning materials for class XI circulatory system content at SMAN 16 Bulukumba; 3) Be aware of the practicality of Magic Box learning materials for class XI circulatory system content at SMAN 16 Bulukumba; and 4) Be aware of the level of validity of Magic Box learning materials for class XI circulatory system content. The ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) development model is utilized in this type of research and development. Validity, practicality, and effectiveness were evaluated throughout the product development process. Twenty two (22) XI SMAN 16 Bulukumba students served as the subjects. The product's validity was assessed using a media validation sheet, the product's practicality was assessed using responses from students and educators, and the product's efficacy was assessed using a learning outcomes test. The validity level of the data was 3.8, which means it is very valid. The practicality level of the responses was 3.7, which means it is very practical. Students who took the Magic Box learning outcomes test scored 82%, which means it is very effective. According to the findings of the research, Magic Box learning materials should be used because they meet the requirements of being valid, useful, and effective.

Abstract

Interactive learning media is needed so that students are motivated to learn and find information related to what they are learning. This research aims to 1) Know the learning outcomes of class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Kaluarrang taught by interactive learning media; 2) Know the learning outcames of class VIII students of MTs Muhammadiyah Kaluarrang who are taught without using interactive learning media; and 3) Know the effectiveness of using interactive learning media in class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Kaluarrang. In this quasi-experimental study, a non-equivalent control group was used. All eighth-grade Muhammadiyah Kaluarrang students participated in this study. The purposive sampling method was used to select the sample, which consisted of 22 people from class VIII A, the experimental class, and class VIII B, the control class. Observation sheets and a test of learning outcomes are the instruments used. The homogeneity test, the normality test, and the hypothesis testing were utilized in the descriptive and inferential analyses. Students' average scores for learning outcomes were 61.22 in the control class and 82.27 in the experimental class, according to the study's findings. The significance level that was established was tcount 0.000<0.05. Students who received instruction without the use of interactive learning media had significantly different learning outcomes than students who received instruction with interactive learning media. The implications of this research can be used as a reference and guide for the use of appropriate learning media for both online and offline learning in order to increase students' interest in and comprehension of learning activities.

Abstract

This research covers the application of PowToon learning media to improve student learning outcomes in Cell material. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the use of PowToon learning media on the learning outcomes of students in the material of Cell XI MA MA Guppi Samata Islamic Boarding School. This study included a pseudo-experiment using a non-equivalent pretest posttest control group design. The population in this study is all students of class XI MA Guppi Samata Islamic Boarding School consisting of 2 classes. The sampling technique in this study is by using the purposive sampling method. The research instrument is in the form of a learning outcome test consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study showed that students who were taught using PowToon learning media had an average learning outcome of 87.36, while students who were taught using Conventional learning media (Biology Package books) had an average learning outcome of 71.3. The results of inferential statistical analysis obtained a sign value for learning outcomes of 0.000, this value shows that sign < α = 0.000 < 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the application of PowToon learning media has an effect on the learning outcomes of students in the Class XI Cell material of Madrasah Aliyah Guppi Samata Islamic Boarding School.
