Abstract

Islam pada prinsipnya menjunjung tinggi kesetaraan dan tidak membedakan manusia berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Namun, tak jarang produk-produk pemikiran Islam sering memposisikan perempuan sebagai subordinat dalam hal ini. Penelitian ini berbasis library research dengan tipe penelitiannya menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis). Studi penelitian ini berkaitan dengan soal penafsiran terhadap budaya patriarkhi, teks-teks keagamaan yang dipahami secara diskriminatif dan kebijakan negara yang tidak sensitif gender melanggengkan realitas perempuan yang marginal. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji legalitas kepemimpinan perempuan dari perspektif Abdurrahman Wahid atau Gus Dur. Kerangka konsepnya berawal dari teori maslahah, dengan sumber data primer terdiri dari hasil pemikiran Gus Dur, sedangkan data sekunder berupa referensi yang berhubungan dengan tema yang diangkat. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa konsep Islam dalam feminism dengan adanya relasi pola pemikiran Gus Dur terhadap gender mampu meneguhkan berbagai kiprah perempuan di ranah publik dengan syarat ada kapabilitas, integritas dan tetap menjaga keseimbangan dengan peran domestiknya.

Abstract

Desa Pekalangan merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Tenggarang, Kabupaten Bondowoso yang memiliki banyak potensi salah satunya yaitu pertanian.Desa Pekalangan memiliki 5 dusun diantaranya yaitu dusun Cerme, dusun Krajan, dusun Pancoran, dusun Berabi 1, dan dusun Berabi 2. Di Desa Pekalangan sendiri belum meiliki peta digital sebagai satu ciri desa yang  maju. Pada kegiatan ini mahasiswa KKN posko 28 melakukan kegiatan “Pembuatan Peta Desa Berbasis QR Code”. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengatasi keterbatasan informasi spasial di Desa Pekalangan, Bondowoso, dengan merancang peta digital berbasis QR Code sebagai penanda batas dusun dan fasilitas umum. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi: observasi wilayah dan koordinasi dengan perangkat desa, survei lapangan untuk verifikasi batas dusun, digitasi data menggunakan software ArcGIS berdasarkan citra satelit dan shapefile administrasi serta pembuatan peta skala 1:3.500 dalam format digital dan cetak yang terintegrasi QR Code. QR Code ditautkan ke website berisi detail tiap dusun (jumlah RT/RW, aset desa). Peta berhasil divalidasi oleh perangkat desa dan diresmikan oleh Kepala Desa. Luaran ini memudahkan masyarakat dalam navigasi, identifikasi batas dusun, serta administrasi wilayah. Kolaborasi mahasiswa, perangkat desa, dan warga menjadi kunci keberhasilan. Kesimpulan: Peta digital berbasis QR Code efektif sebagai solusi informasi spasial desa, meski pengembangannya masih terbuka untuk integrasi aplikasi mobile, pemetaan potensi ekonomi, dan mitigasi bencana di masa depan.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a post-pandemic curriculum dream where the learning crisis is a multidimensional problem that cannot be solved by curriculum changes alone. The learning crisis can only be overcome by systemic changes. And that is what the Ministry of Education and Culture is now doing through a series of Merdeka Belajar policies in the independent curriculum. It has several principles, one of which was flexibility. This means that the school can implement this curriculum based on the environment. But this curriculum was very new when implemented by the teacher. The purpose of this study is to conceptually describe the Merdeka curriculum which is gradually implemented in MI Unggulan Nuris in grades 1 and 4 and will be implemented nationally in 2024. Descriptive qualitative research method of field research type is used as a research method. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research results, this curriculum can be applied in various fields. One teacher who prepared the independent curriculum attended training on curriculum for educational institutions. Based on interviews with teachers at Nuris Jember's madrasah ibtidaiyah, they responded enthusiastically to this curriculum although there are still shortcomings in its application. We hope that this implemented curriculum can achieve the goals in education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore conflict management strategies and organizational behaviour within educational institutions, specifically focusing on the role of school principals in addressing conflicts between teachers and staff. The research addresses the pressing need for effective conflict resolution in school environments to uphold organizational goals and foster a conducive learning atmosphere. Employing a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, the study utilizes observation, interviews, and documentation as primary data collection methods. Through direct observation and interviews with key stakeholders, the research delves into the intricacies of conflict resolution strategies employed by school principals. The study identifies conflicts between teachers and educational staff stemming from disputes over values, interests, and perceptions. Principals adopt collaborative strategies, including coaching and mediation, to resolve conflicts and promote mutual understanding among conflicting parties. However, resistance from individuals driven by personal agendas hinders conflict resolution efforts. Limitations are acknowledged, particularly in areas with restricted technologies, such as some educational institutions in developing countries. These limitations may affect the implementation of conflict resolution strategies and organizational behavior management. This study contributes to the literature by providing insights into effective conflict management strategies within educational settings. By highlighting the pivotal role of school principals and exploring innovative approaches to conflict resolution, the research offers practical implications for enhancing organizational dynamics in schools. Future research could further explore the impact of cultural and contextual factors on conflict management strategies and investigate novel approaches to mitigate conflict in diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

The difference between the intellectual tradition of the pesantren and other forms of education is the existence of the sanad. From the perspective of Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauzy, sanad can be said to go beyond thecologicalal linearity of Islamic knowledge which is commonly called ‘ilm jally. Not only that, Imam Syafi'i once said that if knowledge is not memorized by the sanad in the book then the Zindiq people will preach in the pulpit. The famous saying of Imam Abdullah bin Mubarak says, and is part of religion, without sanad surely people will say whatever they want. Even advanced sanad (ittishal al-sanad) is one of the conditions for the validity of a hadith as described in the musthalahul hadith book. For this reason, hadith expert scholars (al-muhadditsin) pay great attention to sanad in their disciplines. Most of this muhadditsin write special books about sanad. In its development, not only about the study of hadith, all scientific enthusiasts, book history, and scientific genealogy through teachers and students are written in a book known as tsabat. In the context of scientific knowledge, it can then be traced to the products of his thought. For this reason, the author wants to provide a re-description, of how true the thinking of native Indonesian (archipelagic) scholars is in the context of building an existing national attitude

Abstract

The use of learning media that is a game has never been developed by teachers, resulting in low learning outcomes of IPAS light and sound material. The purpose of this study was to develop, test the feasibility, and effectiveness of interactive edugame learning media based on snakes & ladders to improve the cognitive learning outcomes of IPAS for fifth grade students of SD Negeri Candi 01 Semarang City. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) research with the Borg and Gall development model. The subjects of this research were 24 fifth grade students of SD Negeri Candi 01 Semarang City. Data collection techniques used non-test techniques (observation, interviews, questionnaires, data and documentation) and test techniques (pretest and posttest). The data analysis technique begins with the normality test, then the T test and the N-Gain test to show the final results. The results of this study are as follows 1) Snakes & ladders-based interactive edugame learning media was developed using Canva and Genially applications in the form of a flipbook with components, namely cover, preface, table of contents, character introduction, concept map, learning outcomes, learning objectives, materials, games, LKPD, images, animations, experimental videos, and HOTS questions. 2) The results of the feasibility test from media experts obtained a score of 91% with a very feasible category and material experts obtained a score of 93% with a very feasible category. 3) The effectiveness of snakes & ladders-based interactive edugame learning media comes from the results of the pretest and posttest, based on the cognitive learning outcomes of students showing an increase in change, namely the normality test analysis shows that the data is normally distributed. The T test results obtained Sig. (2-tailled) 0.001 <0.05. The N-Gain test results were 0.84 with high criteria. The conclusion of the development of interactive edugame media based on snakes & ladders was successfully developed with very feasible and effective to improve the cognitive learning outcomes of IPAS fifth grade students of SD Negeri Candi 01 Semarang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian berbasis pada kajian pustaka dengan tema Integrasi Pesantren dan Perguruan Tinggi : studi Tipologi dan Kurikulum Pesantren Mahasiswa, dalam tema ini ada tiga pertanyaan penting pertama adalah bagaimna model Tipologi Pesantren ? kedua bagaimana tipologi pesantren mahassiwa di Perguruan Tinggi ? dan ketiga apa kontribusi Inegrasi pesantren dan perguruan Tinggi Di Indonesia ? dengan menggunakan penekatan diskritif analitis dan konten analitis untuk menjelaskan model tipologi pesantren dan tipologi pesantren mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama mengetahui konsep dan model tipologi pesantren, kedua tipologi pesantren mahasiswa di perguruan Tinggi, serta yang ketiga, mengetahui kontribusi integrasi pesantren dan perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu lembaga pendidikan ditentukan oleh salah satunya adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia. Menurut Dessler manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat penting dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan. Dalam lembaga pendidikan manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu bentuk upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas lembaga dan profesionalitas guru. Perhatian terhadap manajemen oleh lembaga pendidikan termasuk lembaga pendidikan islam diharapkan mampu membawa dampak positif terhadap kualitas guru atau ustadz, menjadi guru atau ustadz yang profesional yaitu guru atau ustadz yang memiliki kompetensi dan kualifikasi tertentu sesuai bidang keahlian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi metode dan sumber serta member check. Informan penelitian yaitu ketua yayasan, pengurus bidang pendidikan, sebagian ustadz dan sebagian murid. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi : (1) Proses perencanaan terkait kebutuhan sumber daya ustadz dilakukan setiap tahun berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan melalui musyawarah di tingkat lembaga atau sekolah kemudian di presentasikan di tingkat yayasan. Sebelum menerima pelamar dari sumber eksternal terlebih dahulu memanfaatkan sumber daya internal yang dimiliki pesantren dengan program guru bantu, guru mengabdi dan guru tidak tetap atau guru magang. (2) Proses rekrutmen dilakukan berdasarkan asas kebutuhan di semua lembaga terkait, kemudian membuka lamaran dan dilanjutkan dengan seleksi administrasi, wawancara, tes membaca Al-Qur?an, microteaching dan istikhoroh pengasuh kemudian penandatanganan kontrak kerja. (3) Program pelatihan dan pengembangan meliputi mini seminar, pelatihan IT, pelatihan menulis, workshop, studi lanjut, sertifikasi guru Al-Qur?an, Yaumul Usroh, Rihlah Ilmiah dan Manaqib.

Abstract

This paper describes total quality management and its impact on the effectiveness of the academic system at KH Achmad Siddiq State Islamic University Jember. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, using interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. Participants in it are leaders, lecturers, staff, and students with the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis uses Milles and Huberman's concepts, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the impact of total quality management and the effectiveness of the academic system was; 1) Using friendly, namely students and lecturers as users in this research, it becomes easier to use technology-based information systems, not complicated in using and getting services regarding academic matters; 2) Ease of access to information, namely making it easier for students to access information about academics; 3) Faster use, due to managerial processes that get more attention, students and lecturers feel faster in digging up information through accounts that have been provided with accurate results; 4) Public services faster, managerial processes that run more effectively and consistently as well as the presence of experts who manage them make students feel satisfied with college academic services.
