Abstract

The fiber content in bamboo shoots is higher than other tropical vegetables. The water content in saw bamboo shoots is quite high, causing the bamboo shoots to have a shelf life of only 2 days. The fermentation process is characterized by the conversion of carbohydrates into lactic acid by bacteria. This study aimed to calculate LAB with FNCC 0027 and C410LI genes in tamarind shoots with different storage periods. The method used in this study is a descriptive method to describe the total plate number of microbes, LAB examination and molecular identification of bacteria found in tamarind shoots with different storage times. The results showed that all samples showed the presence of microbial TPC, examination. As for molecular identification, it was found that samples 1, 2, and 3 were identified as LAB with the C4101LI gene, while the FNCC0027 gene was not detected. Concluded that the total plate number values with different storage times of tamarind shoots, namely 0, 24, and 48 hours were 2.5x105 CFU/g, 5.4x105 CFU/g, and 7.3x105 CFU/g. In samples 1, 2, and 3, there were lactic acid bacteria of the type Bacillus plantarum C401L1.

Abstract

Drinking water is water that has gone through a processing process or without a processing process that meets health requirements and can be drunk directly. Drinking water is safe for health if it meets the Physical, Microbiological, Chemical and Radioactive requirements contained in the mandatory parameters and additional parameters. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of E.coli, Coliform and Iron (Fe) Bacteria with a Refill Drinking Water Treatment System in Tinggimoncong District. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach, namely the type of research used to analyze data by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is. This sampling technique is total sampling. This research was conducted on August 12-13 2022. The sample in this study was refill drinking water in Tinggimoncong District. In examining the laboratory test, the researcher used the Sanitarian Kit. Drinking water samples were taken from 11 drinking water depots spread across Tinggimoncong District. The results of this study indicated that of the 11 samples of drinking water that did not contain E.coli, and 7 samples of drinking water that contained coliform, 11 samples contained iron (Fe) according to the permissible levels and 4 samples of drinking water were free of microbiological and chemical content. From the results of this study, it is suggested that the Health Service and Community Health Centers improve supervision of the quality of DAMIU not only checking the quality of AMIU but also the feasibility of DAM and PHBS of employees and DAMIU quality is not only checked on processed products but on DAMIU that is ready to be distributed because contamination can occur during packaging.

Abstract

Hamil adalah hal yang harus dilewati oleh pasangan suami istri demi menjadi orang tua, dan banyak pasangan yang belum paham dengan menjaga kehamilan serta mempersiapkan hari persalinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengedukasi ibu hamil tentang informasi nutrisi kehamilan, latihan untuk ibu hamil serta hal yang dianjurkan dan dilarang untuk ibu hamil melalui aplikasi android dan juga mengetahui usia kehamilan yang sedang dikandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem aplikasi edukasi ini adalah dengan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terbagi menjadi beberapa tahap yaitu planning, Analysis, Desain Rancangan Sistem, Implementasi Penerapan, dan Operation and Support. Setelah penulis merancang dan membuat aplikasi edukasi untuk ibu hamil tersebut, maka penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa dengan hadirnya aplikasi ini dapat membuat ibu hamil dan pasangan suami istri diluar sana yang akan terbantu dalam mendapatkan edukasi kehamilan dengan akses yang mudah, menarik dan edukatif.

Abstract

UD Barokah Jaya dalam melakukan pelayanan konsumen selama ini masih menemui kesulitan dan kesalahan. Hal itu disebabkan dalam melakukan transaksi oleh Pihak UD Barokah Jaya masih menggunakan cara manual dengan menggunakan buku nota. Simpulan dari dibuatnya sistem aplikasi ini adalah dengan perancangan sistem pengolahan data sewa scaffolding yang dapat menggantikan sistem lama menjadi sistem terkomputerisasi. Kinerja karyawan saat ini menjadi cepat, tepat dan akurat. Karyawan tidak perlu melakukan penginputan data secara manual, karena sistem aplikasi pengolahan data sewa scaffolding berbasis java menyediakan form penginputan data-data yang diperlukan.
