This study aims to determine the influence of job stress and job satisfaction on teacher performance. Quantitative methods were employed in this research. The sample consisted of 50 teachers who taught at MTs Dakwah Islamiyah Putri Nurul Hakim in Kediri, West Lombok Regency. The nonprobability sampling technique, specifically total sampling, was used for sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires encompassing the three variables, and multiple regression analysis was employed for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence of job stress on performance. However, the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance demonstrates a significant influence.KEY WORDS: work stress; job satisfaction; teacher performance quality  ABSTRAKKinerja guru adalah hasil dari pekerjaan yang tercermin dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang intensitasnya didasarkan pada etika kerja dan disiplin profesional dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Creativity is a crucial aspect across various fields of human life. This study evaluates the Six Thinking Hats method's effectiveness in enhancing students' creativity. A quasi-experimental non-equivalent group pretest-posttest design was employed, involving an experimental group of 15 students and a control group of 36 students. The findings revealed an increase in the experimental group’s average pre-test score of 60.93 (standard deviation 3.15) to a post-test score of 74.60 (standard deviation 8.34). The Wilcoxon Signed Rank test yielded a Z-value of -3.411 with a p-value of 0.001, and the Mann-Whitney test showed a p-value of 0.000, confirming a significant improvement in the experimental group compared to the control group. These findings suggest that the Six Thinking Hats method can be integrated into educational practices to foster creative thinking. By applying this strategy, students can explore diverse perspectives, innovate, and generate new ideas valuable for both learning and daily life. Keywords: creativity, creative thinking, strategy, six think hats, experimentation.

Abstract

Love language is becoming increasingly relevant in efforts to improve family satisfaction, especially in strengthening communication between family members in the midst of increasing divorce rates. Given that understanding and applying love language can strengthen relationships, this study explores the effectiveness of love language in the family context as an effort to create a more harmonious environment. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this article identifies and analyzes empirical studies from various journals and academic sources published between 2013 and 2023. The 12 journals used are both national and international journals. This study aims to assess the extent to which the application of love language affects family satisfaction, as well as the factors that can affect its effectiveness. The results showed that understanding love language preferences among family members can improve communication and reduce conflict, which in turn strengthens relationship satisfaction. However, its effectiveness varies based on cultural, socioeconomic and age differences. This study suggests the need for a more diverse approach in applying love language to achieve optimal results in various family contexts.

Abstract

Previous research has addressed the relationship between grit and student adjustment. However, the understanding of the influence of internal factors on adjustment capacity remains limited. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze whether peer support can moderate the relationship between grit and student adjustment. This study used a correlational quantitative approach. This study used multiple regression with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using JASP 18.3.0. The research sample was 314 students at the Islamic boarding school in Malang, Indonesia. The study's results showed a significant influence of grit on school adjustment, with a p-value of 0.001. Meanwhile, the results of the moderation analysis showed that the peer support significantly moderated the relationship between grit and student adjustment. The value of the negative interaction coefficient indicated that as peer support increases, the relationship between grit and student adjustment actually decreased. The implications of this study suggested that grit plays a significant role in student adjustment in Islamic boarding schools, but this effect weakens as peer support increases, acting as a negative moderator. This research emphasizes the need for a balanced coaching strategy that focuses on strengthening grit and managing peer support to help students adjust optimally.
