Abstract

Perguruan tinggi swasta menghadapi permasalahan yang sama setiap tahunnya, namun kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan cenderung sama setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memprediksi konstruk yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat memilih perguruan tinggi swasta. Dengan menggunakan sampel 100 calon responden mahasiswa yang berminat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi swasta, penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa dukungan finansial, kondisi fisik, reputasi, dan kelompok referensi merupakan prediktor minat memilih perguruan tinggi swasta. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek fisik pendidikan tinggi merupakan prediktor utama yang memiliki dampak signifikansi tertinggi jika dibandingkan dengan konstruk lainnya. Uji analisis jalur dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart PLS.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out The Revival Of Nokia: The Power Of Past Recognition Of Brand And The Innovativeness. The population in this study are consumers who currently have purchased a Nokia brand smartphone. The sample in this study are consumers who currently have purchased a Nokia brand smartphone as many as 97 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using snowball sampling as the sampling technique. The analysis tool used is Smart PLS. The results of the study show that brand recognition has a positive effect on repurchase intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality, and gender on the intention to switch BCA customers. The population used is BCA customers in 2023. The samples taken in this study were 100 consumers. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that system quality, information quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on switching intentions. And gender has no effect and is not significant on switching intentions.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology business is increasing. Currently, human life is starting to shift to a life of pervasive computing, a life that places information technology as part of human life anytime and anywhere. This can be seen from the behavior of humans who are getting used to computers, the internet, and information technology. This research wants to see Switching Intention in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction. This research uses SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that Peace Of Mind and Outcome Focus have a significant and positive effect on Switching Interntion. However, Customer Experience Quality, Product Experience, and Moment Of Truth are not able to have a significant effect on Switching Intention. Managerial implications in this study should improve service quality at low prices to increase customer loyalty and reduce switching intention of service users.

Abstract

Hallyu that is marked by the proliferation of entering South Korean culture into Indonesia has become a phenomenon for especially young Indonesian people. This culture includes Korean films and dramas, Korean music and songs, as well as the use of South Korean artists as brand ambassadors for local products. The influence of South Korean culture thoughtfully results in psychological changes of the generation Z in Indonesia especially those who are in the development from adolescence to adulthood. The purpose of this research is to develop a measurement scale on the aspects that are considered to have a significant influence on the psychological condition of fear of being outdated in young women of the generation Z in Indonesia. This research started by looking for the results of relevant studies. Upon the collection of the references, items that were tested for validity and reliability were formulated. The pre-test was conducted by involving 50 young women of the generation Z in Indonesia. After being declared valid and reliable, further tests was conducted to find indicators that have high loading factor values by involving 100 respondents. The study results in three constructs comprising interest on the Korean culture, social circle acceptance, and intention to consume Korean cultural products. Business people can use the questionnaire for increasing the sales figure.

Abstract

Differences in marketing tools due to technological developments allow marketers to customize and use digital platforms, one of which is using of viral marketing strategies. This study confirms the role of viral marketing strategies in Azarine's skincare product purchase intentions and attempts to measure the effectiveness of these strategies on sales. By using 100 respondents spread across different cities in Indonesia via social media, the results proved that viral marketing strategies divided into messenger, messages and environments, can be significant predictors of consumer’s purchase intention. The relationship between the designs was tested by SmartPLS4 with the path analysis technique, showed that increased interaction and product engagement generated interest in purchases and effectively increased sales in the short term

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in attitudes between sandwich generations investing in precious metals in carrying out parenting patterns for parents and children. This research used 67 respondents who specifically consisted of 27 respondents who owned gold as the main investment tool, while the rest were groups of respondents who had investment tools other than gold precious metals through mutual funds.By using the Mann Whitney method, it can be concluded that there are different attitudes in the Sandwich generation who invest in gold and those who invest in other than precious metals in carrying out parenting patterns for parents and children. Furthermore, gold precious metal is not an appropriate investment tool for the sandwich generation because it requires a larger fundraiser and a high level of discipline

Abstract

This research aims to analyze switching intention : scale development based on Klaus customer experience quality and IS Success Model. This research focuses on the variables system quality, information quality, service quality, product experience, moment of truth, and peach of mind. This research uses quantitative methods by processing primary data obtained through questionnaires from 57 people, using simple random techniques or sampling with the Slovin formula. Data obtained using Smartpls 4. The parameters tested in this research are validity test, reliability test, R-Square, and T test. Best on the results of research tests concluded: (1) System quality has significant and positive effect on switching intention, (2) Quality information has significant and positive effect on switching intention, (3) Quality of service has no significant and not positive effect on switching intention, (4) Product experience has no significant and not positive effect on switching intention, (5) Moment of truth has significant and positive effect on switching intention, (6) Peach of mind has significant and positive effect on switching intention.

Abstract

The rise and evolution of Cryptocurrency has been continuous since the launch of Bitcoin in 2009. However, Cryptocurrency as an investment instrument has not been able to attract the attention of young people. Moreover, the legal basis of trading involving Cryptocurrencies still has the potential to change, thus there could be concerns over the legality of Crypto assets as an investment medium. This research seeks to prove the effectiveness of several predictors such as trust, product knowledge and reference groups in shaping the intention to invest in Cryptocurrency. The result is that among the 3 constructs used in the measurement, only the Product Knowledge construct has a significant impact on the formation of intention to invest in Cryptocurrency
