Abstract

this study aims to reconfirm the theory regarding the intention to adopt the services of Islamic banking institutions. Respondents used in this study were obtained through the snowball technique as many as 89 non-Muslim communities. the sample was taken using the snowball technique with the main criteria, the respondent had never used the services or products of an Islamic banking institution. This research proves that only the perceived quality of information can have a significant effect by using the constructs of perceived quality of information, perceived benefits, and subjective norms. Previously, the data was analyzed using the bootstrapping technique on the Smart PLS application. One of the interesting findings from this research is that even though the respondents did not understand in depth about the operational mechanisms of Islamic banking institutions, they were informed that the features and explanations of each product offered through the media could be well understood. The main limitation in this study is, of course, the number of samples used. In addition, further research is also needed using more specific questionnaire items on one of the Islamic banking products or services.

Abstract

This research aims to identify factors that significantly impact the interest in adopting Tokopedia as the marketplace of choice for micro, small and medium enterprises. By using 100 samples with criteria not yet registered as a merchant member at Tokopedia, this research proves that of the three variables tested, only one variable has been shown to have a significant impact, namely brand awareness. While the other two variables, namely brand ambassador and electronic WoM, had no significant effect. Before running the path analysis using the Smart PLS program, the researcher tested the validity and reliability with the outer loading, average variance extracted, and composite reliability parameters sequentially. Thus, based on the results of this research, Tokopedia can create other activities that encourage increased brand awareness of the brand.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the predictors of store atmosphere, word of mouth and price perception on purchasing decisions. This research method is descriptive quantitative. This study used 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. This study used the Smart LS version 4 program. The results showed that store atmosphere, word of mouth, and price perception were significant predictors of consumer purchasing decisions. In conclusion, the better the store atmosphere provided, the better the positive word of mouth given, and the better the price offered, the more likely consumers are to make purchases at the Barokah Sekopek Fishing in Semarang City. Abstract

Perguruan tinggi swasta menghadapi permasalahan yang sama setiap tahunnya, namun kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan cenderung sama setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memprediksi konstruk yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat memilih perguruan tinggi swasta. Dengan menggunakan sampel 100 calon responden mahasiswa yang berminat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi swasta, penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa dukungan finansial, kondisi fisik, reputasi, dan kelompok referensi merupakan prediktor minat memilih perguruan tinggi swasta. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek fisik pendidikan tinggi merupakan prediktor utama yang memiliki dampak signifikansi tertinggi jika dibandingkan dengan konstruk lainnya. Uji analisis jalur dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart PLS.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out The Revival Of Nokia: The Power Of Past Recognition Of Brand And The Innovativeness. The population in this study are consumers who currently have purchased a Nokia brand smartphone. The sample in this study are consumers who currently have purchased a Nokia brand smartphone as many as 97 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using snowball sampling as the sampling technique. The analysis tool used is Smart PLS. The results of the study show that brand recognition has a positive effect on repurchase intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality, and gender on the intention to switch BCA customers. The population used is BCA customers in 2023. The samples taken in this study were 100 consumers. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that system quality, information quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on switching intentions. And gender has no effect and is not significant on switching intentions.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology business is increasing. Currently, human life is starting to shift to a life of pervasive computing, a life that places information technology as part of human life anytime and anywhere. This can be seen from the behavior of humans who are getting used to computers, the internet, and information technology. This research wants to see Switching Intention in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction. This research uses SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that Peace Of Mind and Outcome Focus have a significant and positive effect on Switching Interntion. However, Customer Experience Quality, Product Experience, and Moment Of Truth are not able to have a significant effect on Switching Intention. Managerial implications in this study should improve service quality at low prices to increase customer loyalty and reduce switching intention of service users.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diyakini memiliki dampak yang sangat signifikan bagi para pelajar yang saat ini sedang menempuh pendidikan di tingkat SMK terutama yang memiliki program studi Keuangan dan Perbankan baik konvensional maupun syariah. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan persiapan kepada siswa – siswi SMK yang akan memasuki DIDUKA keuangan dan perbankan di Indonesia dalam bentuk pemahaman akan pentingnya well groom atau berpenampilan secara profesional serta keahlian teknis dalam memahami core banking system yang terkini dan sesuai dengan dunia kerja. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat khususnya bagi siswa – siswi SMK perlu dilakukan secara kontinyu dengan mengangkat topik yang berbeda agar siswa – siswi SMK mendapatkan bekal yang lebih baik dalam memasuki dunia industri dan dunia kerja. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, siswa – siswi menjadi lebih paham mengenai persiapan memasuki dunia kerja khususya di industri perbankan, serta dapat mengimplementasikan konsep well groom dalam dunia perbankan. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pentingnya kegiatan sharing pengalaman dan ilmu – ilmu praktis yang dimiliki oleh tim dosen dalam mempersiapkan siswa – siswi SMK Islamic Centre Baiturrahman dalam menghadapi persaingan kerja.

Abstract

Hallyu that is marked by the proliferation of entering South Korean culture into Indonesia has become a phenomenon for especially young Indonesian people. This culture includes Korean films and dramas, Korean music and songs, as well as the use of South Korean artists as brand ambassadors for local products. The influence of South Korean culture thoughtfully results in psychological changes of the generation Z in Indonesia especially those who are in the development from adolescence to adulthood. The purpose of this research is to develop a measurement scale on the aspects that are considered to have a significant influence on the psychological condition of fear of being outdated in young women of the generation Z in Indonesia. This research started by looking for the results of relevant studies. Upon the collection of the references, items that were tested for validity and reliability were formulated. The pre-test was conducted by involving 50 young women of the generation Z in Indonesia. After being declared valid and reliable, further tests was conducted to find indicators that have high loading factor values by involving 100 respondents. The study results in three constructs comprising interest on the Korean culture, social circle acceptance, and intention to consume Korean cultural products. Business people can use the questionnaire for increasing the sales figure.
