Abstract

The characteristics of the Indonesian economy are supported by the micro, small, and medium enterprise sectors, which account for 98.33% of the enterprise population in Indonesia. This is evidenced by the increasing number of business units, labor contribution, and contribution of MSMEs to GDP. The post-COVID-19 pandemic has brought major changes to the lifestyle of businesses and consumers along with the use of digitalization. The existence of digitalization provides opportunities for businesses to increase online sales and fast and efficient bookkeeping. The obstacles faced at this time are that Sebatik Island MSME actors still have obstacles in utilizing digital applications. Therefore, this research began by conducting community service on 13 September 2023 to provide training on digitalization to business actors. The samples in this study were 27 MSME actors dominated by culinary businesses. The methods used include mapping, interviews with UMKM participants, formulation of problems and solutions, determination of problem-solving strategies, and implementation of MSMEs seminars.

Abstract

Social media can hinder employee performance in companies, as different levels of self-satisfaction and distractions affect productivity. This research aims to determine the effect of self-satisfaction and work distractions on employee performance, with fear of missing out (FOMO) as a moderator. The study uses primary data, with non-probability sampling and a sample size of 135, based on a formula by Isaac & Michael. It employs quantitative research methods, focusing on Kalla Inti Karsa employees with a minimum of one year of experience, up to middle manager level. Data analysis is conducted using SEM and SmartPLS software. Results indicate that self-satisfaction significantly and positively affects employee performance. Distraction at work does not have a significant negative effect on performance. FOMO significantly and positively moderates the relationship between self-satisfaction and performance but does not significantly moderate the impact of distraction at work on performance.

Abstract

Pendidikan nasional maupun pendidikan islam tentu saja mempunyai tujuan yang baik agar dapat menghasilkan generasi yang unggul. Masalah-masalah yang terjadi, salah satunya adalah pembagian atau pemisahan antara pendidikan nasional dan islam yang saling bertentangan seharusnya bias untuk dihindari. Jika keduanya memiliki tujuan yang baik, maka seharusnya permasalahan ini tidak ada. Integritas merupakan suatu hal yang penting. Untuk mengatasi masalah dikotomi di Indonesia, maka diperlukannya integritas pendidikan islam dalam pendidikan nasional sebagai upaya untuk menghindari dikotomi pendidikan tersebut yang akan dibahas di dalam makalah ini. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah bagaimana pendidikan islam dalam pendidikan nasional sebagai upaya menghindari dikotomi ilmu. Simpulan dari penulisan ini adalah dikotomi harus segera diakhiri salah satunya dengan menerapkan diintegrasi pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Kompetensi guru merupakan hal yang sangat penting, harus terdapat pada diri seorang guru, karena tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran, dapat diketahui dengan tinggi rendahnya hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didik. Karena itu kompetensi guru sangat mempengaruhi terhadap proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa yang dimaksud dengan kompetensi guru, untuk mengetahui macam-macam kompetensi guru, untuk mengetahui pengertian dan faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru pada hasil belajar peserta didik. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode library research atau kajian pustaka. Dari hasil kajian pustaka ditemukan bahwa kompetensi guru dapat diartikan dengan kemampuan dan kewenangan guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Guru dapat melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pendidik dan pengajar apabila guru sudah memiliki kecakapan atau kemampuan di dalam bidang yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan. Adapun kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh guru mencakup kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial. Hasil belajar merupakan hasil yang diperoleh peserta didik setelah terjadinya proses pembelajaran yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai tes yang dilakukan guru namun hasil belajar tidak mutlak berupa nilai saja, akan tetapi dapat berupa perubahan atau peningkatan sikap, kebiasaan, pengetahuan, keuletan, ketabahan, penalaran, kedisiplinan, keterampilan dan sebagaimana yang menuju pada perubahan positif. Faktor yang mempngaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik adalah terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal (dalam diri peserta didik) dan faktor eksternal (dari luar), salah satunya dari kompetensi guru. Hasil belajar peserta didik sangat tergantung pada kemampuan dan kompetensi yang terdapat pada guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran. Hal ini dikarenakan hasil belajar peserta didik akan terlihat dari kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami dan mengerti terhadap materi yang telah diajarkan guru. Keberhasilan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar dapat diukur dengan tercapai tidaknya tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Pada zaman sekarang model pakaian telah berkembang sangat pesat. Ada berbagai macam ragam model. Ada model berpakain yang Islami dan kurang Islami, seperti seperti berpakaian yang menampakan rambut, lekukan, tranparan, ketat dan sebagainya. Masih ada beberapa siswa atau remaja yang kurang menunjukkan sikap Islami dalam berpakaian, maka di sini dibutuhkan peran guru secara umum dan guru PAI secara khusus dalam menghadapi tantangan permasalahan tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana etika berbusana secara Islami dan bagaimana peran guru PAI dalam membentuk etika berbusana Islami pada siswa. Untuk dapat menjawab permasalahan yang telah dirumuskan maka penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya Sebagai umat Islam, baik laki-laki dan perempuan sudah seharusnya dapat memiliki etika ketika memakai pakaian sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Pakaian yang dapat menutup aurat sehingga dari demikian akan melindungi umat Islam dari hal-hal yang dapat membawa kepada kemudharatan, di sinilah peran guru PAI sangat dibutuhkan untuk membimbing siswa-siswinya untuk dapat mengamalkan ajaran Islam. Adapun peran guru PAI dalam membentuk etika berbusana Islami pada siswa yaitu dengan cara memberi contoh atau teladan, memberi motivasi, memberi teguran, memberikan bimbingan.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities are interactions that have educational value. In it, there is an educational interaction between teachers and students, when teachers deliver lessons to students in class. The learning materials that teachers provide will provide less encouragement (motivation) to students if the delivery uses inappropriate strategies. The learning process in class seems too rigid and less enjoyable, this also makes the lesson less meaningful, because mastery of the amount of material does not necessarily guarantee understanding of the material they have mastered. Student motivation in learning is very important and is the basis for students to achieve the expected learning competencies. The research methodology used in this study is descriptive qualitative research using the library research method. With the Role Playing Method, students can play an absolute part in the development of social human life. Role playing is often intended as a form of activity where learners imagine themselves as if they were outside the classroom and play the role of others. So that students can directly feel the situation and conditions in their surroundings. So, the Role Playing method can increase student motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The role of parents who pay less attention to their children's education can be caused by the low level of education obtained by parents during their education and a lack of understanding of the Role of Parents in Motivating Children to Continue Their Studies to College, the importance of education for life. Seeing the development of this increasingly advanced era, all aspects of life really need education. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of parents in motivating children to continue their studies to college in Takal Pasir Village, Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency, to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of parents in motivating children to continue their studies to college in Takal Pasir Village, Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a type of field research. The informants in this study were parents of children who continued their education to college or who did not continue their education to college as many as 9 informants. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis method used in this study was the qualitative field analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents in motivating children to continue their studies to college in Takal Pasir Village can be seen from the enthusiasm of parents in seeking information about college. Parents also provide psychological encouragement or intrinsic motivation to children such as giving advice on the importance of education. Then parents facilitate children to college, so that children in Takal Pasir Village can be motivated to continue to college. There are supporting and inhibiting factors in motivating children to continue to college in Takal Pasir Village. Supporting factors such as the child's willingness, strong motivation from parents, enthusiasm from the child and a good economy. While the inhibiting factors for children not continuing to college such as intrinsic motivation in the child that does not exist, excessive laziness in children, no ideals and poor economy and environmental influences

Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan bantuan yang diberikan pendidik agar dapat terjadi proses memperoleh ilmu dan pengetahuan, penguasaan kemahiran dan tabiat, serta pembentukan sikap dan kepercayaan pada peserta didik. Agar pembelajaran dapat terlaksana dengan baik maka perlu kiranya pendidik untuk dapat mengembangkan perangkat ajarnya, yang sering disebut dengan istilah kurikulum. Dalam merealisasikan proses pengembangan kurikulum diperlukan suatu model pengembangan kurikulum dengan pendekatan yang sesuai. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka yang menjadi tujuan penelitian dalam penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengertian model pengembangan kurikulum dan macam-macam pengembangan kurikulum dalam pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode library research atau kajian pustaka. Dari hasil kajian pustaka ditemukan bahwa Model adalah konstruksi yang bersifat teoritis dari konsep. Model suatu bentuk akurat sebagai proses aktual yang memungkinkan sesorang atau sekelompok orang mecoba bertindak berdasarkan model tersebut. Abstract

Termination in counseling guidance comes from two initiatives. First, the lecturer's initiative and second, the student's initiative, either negative or positive. Termination occurs, including the realization of hopes in the counseling guidance process and the failure to realize hopes in the counseling guidance process. both lecturer's initiative and student or student-based e-counseling initiative. This study aims to determine the strategies of lecturers or lecturers in implementing termination of counseling guidance in the learning process. Counseling termination is the last step for lecturers so that students understand that the counseling and guidance session will end. In it, there are various messages and reinforcements for students which are part of the last strategy as a hope that the message or teaching material can be implemented in the future by students or students. The method in this study uses an interpretive method. The results of this discussion indicate that the termination strategy for counseling guidance is outlined in two termination directions including: first termination at the end of the counseling guidance session. second termination at the end of the counseling guidance session. termination at the end of the counseling guidance session contains the following points: (a) the lecturer opens effective communication as a signal that the session will end (b) the lecturer opens opportunities for mentoring for students and closes with words of thanks, appreciation and prayer. Furthermore, termination at the end of counseling in which the lecturer prepares: (a) languages that lead students to understand that counseling will end. (b) the lecturer provides opportunities for discussion in the form of notes and questions to conclude the results (c) formal termination which ends with prayer. From the results of this study, the termination strategy can also be implemented in various learning models, both self-directed learning, contextual, cooperative, collaborative and so on.

Abstract

Neonatal tetanus can occur, one of which is due to infection in the baby's umbilical cord, the faster the umbilical cord is released, reducing the risk of infection. Umbilical cord care using breast milk is the newest cord care which is cleaned and cared for by applying breast milk to the base of the umbilical cord using a cotton bud. This research designPre-Experiment with a static group comparison research design. The population of this study were newborns aged 0-8 days in the September-October period in the working area of the Bontobangun Health Center. The sample of this study were newborns aged 0 days as many as 24 babies with total sampling technique, which were divided into two intervention groups, namely the topical method of breast milk and the group of wrapping breast milk with dry gauze. Data analysis used the Chi Square test. The results of the Bivariate Analysis obtained a value of p = 0.000. This value is smaller than the value α = 0.05, so it can be concluded that 0.000 <0.05, so there is a significant effect between cord care using the topical breastfeeding method on the time of releasing the umbilical cord of newborns in the Working Area of the Bontobangun Health Center. The conclusion in this study is that treatment using the topical method of breast milk releases the umbilical cord faster than normal umbilical cord care.
