Abstract

Kopi Kahyangan continues to develop its product quality and market through the preparation of marketing strategies based on the marketing mix theory. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of Kahyangan coffee based on the marketing mix in increasing sales volume. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach method using SWOT analysis, QSPM, and questionnaire tests using validity and reliability tests. The tools used to test this study were Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 25, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The analysis method used is a descriptive analysis of marketing strategies that refers to the concept of the 4P Marketing mix (product, price, promotion, and place) using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) matrix analysis. The results of the marketing strategy planning analysis according to the company's position in the IE matrix can use market penetration strategies by improving product quality, market development by increasing promotions and reaching new segments, and product development by making Kahyangan Coffee product innovations to increase sales volume of Kahyangan Coffee. The priority strategy of marketing strategy planning is to maintain quality and increase product licenses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi literasi keuangan pada young adult yang berumur 18-22 tahun dari berbagai macam latar belakang pendidikan. Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengamati literasi keuangan dalam kelompok ini. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 331 orang. Seluruh responden menjawab 17 pertanyaan yang terbagi ke dalam 3 dimensi, yaitu dimensi keterampilan finansial dengan 5 pertanyaan, sikap finansial yang berjumlah 7 pertanyaan, dan pengetahuan finansial dengan jumlah pertanyaan sebanyak 5 item. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa young adult telah memiliki sikap finansial dan keterampilan finasial yang baik akan tetapi mereka memiliki pengetahuan keuangan yang terbatas sehingga menjadikan literasi keuangan mereka kurang baik. Hasil penelitian ini akan berguna bagi Universitas dan Pemerintah untuk mengevaluasi kurikulum yang diberikan baik di Program studi Akuntansi, Manajemen dan Keuangan maupun Program Studi non keuangan. Dengan memahami temuan ini, langkah-langkah perbaikan dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan young adult. Tujuannya adalah untuk mempersiapkan young adult menghadapi tantangan-tantangan keuangan yang mungkin muncul di masa depan, sehingga mendorong terciptanya generasi yang lebih siap secara finansial.

Abstract

The Madura tribe is one of the major ethnicities in Indonesia that has a rich socio-cultural heritage with its own characteristics, ranging from the tradition of cow karapan and sonok cows, to strong values of solidarity and religiosity. However, the development of globalization poses challenges to the preservation of this culture, such as shifting the meaning of traditions, weakening social solidarity, and reduced use of the Madurese language among the younger generation. This research aims to analyze the socio-social and cultural values of the Madura people and examine how they adapt in the era of globalization. This research uses a literature study method by examining various sources in the form of books, articles, and scientific journals that are relevant about the socio-culture of the Madura people. The analysis is carried out by emphasizing aspects of social characteristics, cultural traditions, and challenges faced in the modern era. The results of the study show that although Madura culture faces serious threats due to modernization and negative stereotypes, noble values such as self-respect, mutual cooperation, and religiosity remain a strong foundation. Cultural preservation needs to be directed at innovation and digitalization to remain relevant in the future.
