Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Rhenus Logistics Indonesia Jakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 52 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) secara simultan, stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel-variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama memengaruhi kinerja sebesar 86,3%, sementara 13,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi dari faktor Sistem Rekrutmen, Kompensasi Dan Motivasi Kerja dan pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Seribu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 122 sampling (responden) dari total populasi 175 orang. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan metode Non-Probability Sampling dengan pengukuran skala likert. Penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan Googleform (online). Dari hasil uji t membuktikan bahwa secara parsial sistem rekrutmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Seribu dan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 33% terhadap variabel Y. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Seribu dan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 0,15% terhadap variabel Y. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) pegawai Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Seribu dan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 51,6% terhadap variabel Y. Sedangkan hasil uji F membuktikan bahwa sistem rekrutmen, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Seribu. Adapun tingkat hubungan diantara keempat variabel X1, X2, X3, dan Y adalah sangat kuat karena nilai R sebesar 0,943 berada pada koefisien interval 0,800 - 1,000. Sedangkan kontribusi variabel Independen terhadap dependen sebesar 88,6% berdasarkan nilai Adjusted R Square 0,886 dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

The process of collecting, managing and distributing zakat is ideally carried out by the Zakat Management Organization (OPZ). In Indonesia there are two types of OPZ which are recognized by law (UU No. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management), the Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) and the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ). This research aims to determine the influence of transparency, accountability and zakat literacy on muzakki preferences in choosing zakat distribution. The population and sample in this study were muzakki who had paid zakat at the Amil Zakat Institution using a probability sampling technique: simple random which was successfully obtained as many as 180 respondents in this study. The results of this research show that the variables of transparency, accountability and zakat literacy influence muzakki preferences in choosing zakat distribution. Abstract

Intellectual Capital merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan karena banyaknya sumber daya modal baik berupa material, visi dan misi yang diinginkan, maupun proyek yang direncanakan harus dibarengi dengan Intellectual Capital yang baik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Nilai Saham sebagai variabel moderasi yang diyakini peneliti dapat memperkuat hubungan kedua variabel di atas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur di BEI tahun 2015-2020 dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Intellectual Capital mempunyai hubungan positif dan pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Nilai Perusahaan dan variabel Nilai Saham dapat memoderasi kedua variabel tersebut.

Abstract

Investors always expect profit in investing their capital in the Capital Market, especially on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of macro variables on the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) for the period 2010 to 2021. The macro variables used in this study were inflation, economic growth, dollar exchange rates and SBI (7-Day Reverse Repo Rate). The years that were used as research samples were 12 years, from 2010 to 2021. The research analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination using SPSS Version 26 software.The conclusion of the study is that Economic Growth, Dollar Exchange Rate and SBI (7-Day Reverse Repo Rate) have a significant effect on the JCI, while Inflation has an insignificant effect on the JCI. Then simultaneously Inflation, Economic Growth, Dollar Exchange Rate and SBI have a significant effect on the JCI.

Abstract

Companies are required to be able to generate profits for shareholders, including SOEs that must be able to provide dividends to the Government as shareholders. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between the project undertaken with the company's. performance in terms of financial performance, from Financial Ratio Analysis. The population of this study is 9 (nine) state-owned construction companies and the research sample is 4 (four) state-owned construction companies. Research analysis using Financial Ratio Analysis is seen from Liquidity Ratios (CR, QR, CR), Solvency Ratios (ROA, ROE, GPM, OPM, NPM) and Profitability Ratios (DEA, DEA, LTDtER and OItLR). The conclusion of this study, seen from the total score the best (first order) is PT. Housing Development, the second place is PT. Wijaya Karya, third place is PT. Waskita Karya, the last order is PT. Adi Karya.

Abstract

Abstract Housing is a primary need that every individual dreams of having. Individuals who cannot afford to buy a house in cash choose the mortgage route so they can occupy it and ultimately own it when the installments are finished. There are a number of factors that can influence consumers to decide on a mortgage, including individual income and home mortgage interest rates. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of the Income and Interest Rate variables on the KPR Decision variable. Different from previous studies, this research adds the Financial Literacy variable which researchers believe can strengthen the influence of the Income and Interest Rate variables on the KPR Decision variable. This research is quantitative research with an explantory approach that develops research (Sukmawati, 2020). The data used in this research is primary data distributed to 250 BSI bank customers who have been offered KPR throughout Indonesia. The research results show that the Income and Interest Rate variables have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on KPR decisions. Apart from that, the Financial Literacy variable can moderate the influence of the Income and Interest Rate variables on the KPR Decision variable. Abstract

Kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan terus menjadi semakin penting bagi perusahaan dan manfaat finansial yang diperoleh dari peningkatan kedua hasil ini telah didokumentasikan dengan baik. Ponsel telah menjadi komputer pribadi dan media komunikasi manusia sehari-hari. Hal ini karena perangkat tersebut kini sudah pintar dan dilengkapi dengan kamera, mikrofon, sistem posisi global, dan sejumlah aplikasi seluler. Ponsel pintar ini juga telah merevolusi bisnis melalui saluran online dengan e-commerce menjadi portofolio besar di banyak sektor industri seperti layanan telepon seluler. Oleh karena itu, layanan telepon seluler telah menjadi sektor yang sangat besar dengan lebih dari 50% populasi dunia memiliki telepon seluler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepribadian Pelanggan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas Pelanggab. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan pengguna layanan seluler dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 150 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kepribadian pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Abstract

Performance within the company needs to be improved so that the company obtains profits and survives in the long term. The purpose of this research is to see what factors influence employee performance at AJB Bumiputera 1912. Research analysis uses the t test, anova and correlation tests, multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26 and a research sample of 160 out of a population of 256 employees. The conclusions of this research are as follows: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of AJB Bumiputera 1912 employees. (2). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at AJB Bumiputera 1912. (3). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at AJB Bumiputera 1912. Thus the third hypothesis is accepted and supported by empirical evidence. (4). The research results provide evidence that Motivation, Work Discipline and Compensation have a significant effect on the performance of employees at AJB Bumiputera 1912.
