Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the level of dribbling skills in the soccer game of class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita Kab. North Tapanuli Academic Year 2020/2021. The subjects in this study were students of class X, amounting to 27 people. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that is about students' dribbling skills, meaning that in this study researchers only wanted to know the level of dribbling skills of class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita Kab. North Tapanuli for the 2020/2021 Academic Year, where the data is in the form of numbers in seconds. The results showed that the level of dribbling skills of class X SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita Kab. North Tapanuli for the 2020/2021 Academic Year are as follows: there are no students (0%) who are included in the "very high" dribbling skill category, there are 8 students (29.63%) who are included in the "high" dribbling skill category, while 12 students (44.44%) were included in the "adequate" dribbling skill category, there were 4 students (14.82%) included in the "low" dribbling skill category, and the sis there were 3 students (11.11%) included in the category of “very low” dribbling skills. The mean value of 17.84 lies in the interval 20.97 16.78, The conclusion that can be drawn is the level of dribbling skills of class X SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita Kab. North Tapanuli for the 2020/2021 Academic Year is included in the "enough" category, which is 12 students (44.44%) of the total 27 students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of four-goal football training on the ability of basic movements of passing-stopping in the game of football for male students of class VII SMP Swasta Persiapan Serdang. This research is an experimental study with a One Group Pretest and Posttest design or the absence of a control group. The One Group Pretest and Posttest Design method is a research design with a pretest before being given treatment, thus the treatment results can be known more accurately because they can compare with the situation before being given treatment. So that the series in this research design is that there is an initial test or what is called a pretest to determine the initial ability of students to do passing-stopping, then given treatment, namely with a four-goal soccer game and ends with a final test or posttest to determine the results of the passing-stopping test after being given treatment. Based on the results of research that has been obtained by analyzing data and testing hypotheses, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of 17.14% Four-goal football training on the ability of basic movements of passing-stopping in soccer games for male students of Class VII SMP Swasta Persiapan Serdang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes of ball passing techniques using the inner foot in soccer games in the offline learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic period for X grade students of SMK Tunas Pelita Binjai for the 2020/2021 academic year. The subjects of this study were students of class X with a population of 1 class with a total of 30 students, in the form of teaching through learning media in pairs and groups. The media of this research is Classroom Action Research. After the data is collected and analyzed, the results of the analysis are obtained: (1) from the first test results in the first cycle, 26 students (65%) have reached the learning mastery level, while 4 students (35%) have not reached the learning mastery level. With an average value of 74.05. (2). From the learning outcomes test I. In Cycle II, 36 students (90%) have reached the learning mastery level, while 4 students (10%) have not reached the learning mastery level. With the average value of the second cycle of learning outcomes is 81.50. In this result, it can be seen that there is an increase in the average value of student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II, which is 12 students, an increase in classical completeness by 30%. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be said that through learning using the media in pairs and groups it increases. With the results of learning the technique of passing the ball using the inner foot of the soccer game in Class X Students of SMK Tunas Pelita Binjai for the 2020/2021 Academic Year.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya penerapan model pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka berbasis Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada materi senam ritmik di SMP Swasta Amal Bakti Medan. Latar belakang kegiatan ini berangkat dari rendahnya minat dan motivasi siswa terhadap pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani akibat metode konvensional yang kurang variatif. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan, kreativitas, dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) yang melibatkan 20 siswa kelas IX. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek validitas media (92,5%), validitas pembelajaran (100%), dan respons siswa (81,5%) dengan kategori sangat valid. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa model PjBL efektif dalam mengembangkan proses pembelajaran aktif, inovatif, dan menyenangkan sesuai dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has had a significant impact on the world of education, including in the process of physical education learning. Learning, which was previously only done conventionally, has now shifted towards digitization and the use of application-based technology. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of mobile application-based blended learning in improving students' cognitive and affective competencies in physical education. The method used is a quasi-experiment with a pre-test and post-test control group design. The research subjects consisted of 60 high school students divided into two groups, namely the experimental group (n=30) who used mobile application-based blended learning and the control group (n=30) who used conventional learning. The results showed that the experimental group experienced an increase in cognitive scores from 56.4 to 82.7 and affective scores from 60.1 to 85.3. Meanwhile, the control group experienced an increase in cognitive scores from 55.8 to 69.4 and affective scores from 59.7 to 70.2. The t-test results showed a significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05). This study concluded that mobile application-based blended learning is effective in improving students' cognitive and affective competencies.

Abstract

Sumatera Utara merupakan provinsi dengan tradisi prestasi olahraga yang menonjol, termasuk pada Pekan Olahraga Paralimpik Nasional (Peparnas) 2024 dengan capaian lima besar melalui perolehan 73 medali. Capaian tersebut menegaskan pentingnya regenerasi dan penjaringan atlet disabilitas secara sistematis, khususnya pada cabang unggulan lempar cakram. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan alat ukur kekuatan otot lengan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik atlet disabilitas sebagai instrumen pendukung talent scouting. Metode penelitian menggunakan research and development (RnD) dengan desain Richey and Klein level 4 yang meliputi perancangan produk, validasi, revisi, pembuatan produk, serta uji coba terbatas hingga operasional. Alat dikembangkan menggunakan plat besi pijakan, timbangan gantung digital berkapasitas 500 kg, rantai besi, dan pipa pegangan dengan desain ergonomis untuk posisi duduk maupun berdiri. Uji coba dilakukan pada 20 atlet disabilitas NPCI Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat ukur valid, reliabel, dan layak digunakan sebagai instrumen tes kekuatan atlet disabilitas, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan tes dan pengukuran olahraga adaptif.

Abstract

Permenpora Number 14 of 2024 has caused controversy since it was passed because several norms in it are considered to have the potential to interfere with the autonomy of national sports organizations and are contrary to the principles of the Olympic Charter. The government then revoked the regulation through Permenpora Number 7 of 2025. This article analyzes the impact of the revocation of Permenpora 14/2024 on sports people, especially on the development of sports achievements in North Sumatra Province. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach that combines the analysis of regulatory documents, literature review, and the review of stakeholder responses (media, regional associations, KONI), this article finds that revocation produces multi-layered effects: (1) reducing institutional tensions and legality concerns among sports administrators and KONI, (2) restoring the practice of organizational autonomy that is seen as important for long-term coaching, (3) raising the need for regulatory revision Internal management and clarification of relations between the central and regional governments, and (4) opening momentum for more participatory regulatory reform. In North Sumatra, local responses show appreciation as well as implementation challenges: improving coaching coordination, human resource and budget arrangement, and the need to strengthen organizational capacity at the provincial and district/city levels. This article recommends four policy steps to minimize short-term negative impacts and maximize opportunities to improve governance of sports achievement coaching in North Sumatra. The primary sources underlying the analysis came from the Permenpora 14/2024 document, the revocation document (Permenpora 7/2025), and the news and stakeholder statements.
