Abstract

Pentingnya pembentukan karakter yaitu menanamkan nilai-nilai dan bersikap yang positif, yang dimiliki oleh individu ataupun seseorang yang bermuara pada tingkah laku, cara berfikir dan pada akhirnya menjadi sifat yang membudaya. Penanaman suatu karakter bukan persoalan yang mudah untuk dilakukan, sehingga dengan suatu pendidikan yang berkarakter seyogyanya akan menjadikan suatu hal yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian. Suatu karakter akan terbentuk bilamana diberikan suatu rangsangan ataupun sentuhan yang bersifat positif baik yang diaplikasikan secara fisik, mental maupun spiritual pada diri seseorang. Adapun jalan keluar ataupun solusi yang diambil dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan mengadakan bimbingan yang berkaitan dengan materi pembentukan karakter dan mengadakan kelas yoga (pelatihan) pada ibu-ibu PKK di desa pelapuan kecamatan busungbiu dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu PKK dalam melakukan aktifitas yoga. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui bimbingan berupa materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber berkaitan dengan pendidikan karakter serta mengadakan pelatihan yoga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Langkah yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan teori Miles dan Huberman. Ada tiga tahapan yang diterapkan antara lain: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Reduksi data yaitu data yang diperoleh diuraikan secara rinci. Tahap ini peneliti mereduksi data dengan memilih faktor-faktor penting. Memilih data adalah memilih data yang akan dibahas, seperti pemilihan nilai pendidikan dalam Geguritan Basur yang disimpulkan dan memperoleh data mentah. Setelah proses reduksi dilakukan deskripsi data, yaitu penyajian kumpulan data secara sistematis. Pada tahap akhir, data-data diperiksa dapat diambil kesimpulan dan pemecahan masalah dari rumusan masalah di atas berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh. Pada tahap ini peneliti mengkaji data untuk menarik kesimpulan untuk dapat menjawab masalah penelitian serta pengambilan kesimpulan dimulai sejak membaca naskah atau Geguritan Basur dan menerjemahkannya ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Para peneliti telah menemukan struktur dengan unsur intrinsik tertentu, yaitu: (1) Awal, inti dan akhir, (2) Faktor internal Geguritan Basur, meliputi: Alur, latar, penokohan, tema dan lagu. Adapun nilai-nilai edukasi yang terdapat pada Geguritan Basur antara lain: Nilai pendidikan umum meliputi nilai pendidikan moral dan nilai pendidikan sosial, nilai pendidikan local genius dan nilai pendidikan Hindu berdasarkan kitab Weda.

Abstract

Based on observations, activities and learning achievement of class X RPL SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja, it can be categorized as very low. Judging from the above phenomena, this study aims to increase the activity and learning achievement of class X RPL students at SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja by trying to apply the discussion method combined with the project based learning method. The research subjects were class X RPL SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja Academic Year 2022/2023. In this study, the Discussion method was used combined with the Project Based Learning Method in the subjects of Hinduism and Morals. In this study the researchers set targets in the class average (M) 80, Absorption Power (DS) 80%, Mastery Learning Classical 80% and activity 80%. Judging from the results of this study, that the application of the Discussion method combined with the Project based learning method can increase learning activity and achievement in the subjects of Hinduism and morals. These results are indicated by an increase in the results of learning activities in the first cycle of 31% and the second cycle to 85%. Student achievement also increased, namely in the first cycle the class average (M) was 70, the absorption power (DS) was 70%, the learning mastery was 22% and the second cycle became the class average (M) 89, the absorption power (DS) was 89% , as well as 100% classical learning completeness from KKM 75. From the research results that have been achieved this can be implemented by recommending all Hindu Religion Teachers, especially Hindu Religion teachers to apply the Discussion method combined with the project based learning method as an effort to improve the quality and quality of student education in the field of Hindu religious and moral education, in the form of evidence of students' learning activities and achievements that are getting better.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research entitled "Implementation of the Talking Stick Cooperative Learning Method to Increase Activities and Achievements in Hinduism and Moral Learning for Class X TKJ SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja Academic Year 2022/2023. Data were collected using the data collection method and analyzed quantitative descriptions then the results obtained based on observations, activities and learning achievements of class X TKJ SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja, can be categorized as still very low. Judging from the above phenomenon, this study aims to increase the activity and learning achievement of class X students of TKJ Bali Global Singaraja TI Vocational School by trying to apply the Talking Stick Type Cooperative method. The research subjects were class X TKJ SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja Academic Year 2022/2023. In this study, the Cooperative Method of the Talking Stick Type was used in the subjects of Hinduism and Ethics. In this study the researchers set targets in the class average (M) 80, Absorption Power (DS) 80%, Mastery Learning Classical 80% and activity 80%. Judging from the results of this study, that the application of the Talking Stick Type Cooperative method can increase learning activity and achievement in the subject of Hinduism and morals. These results are indicated by an increase in the results of learning activities in the first cycle of 29% and the second cycle to 83%. Student achievement also increased, namely in the first cycle the class average (M) was 70.5, the absorption power (DS) was 70.5%, the learning mastery was 30% and the second cycle became the class average (M) 87.5, the learning achievement absorption (DS) 87.5%, and classical learning completeness 100% from KKM 70. From the research results that have been achieved this can be implemented by recommending all Hindu Religion Teachers, especially Hindu Religion teachers to apply the Talking Stick Type Cooperative method as an effort to increase the quality and quality of student education in the field of Hindu religious education and morals, in the form of evidence of students' learning activities and achievements that are getting better.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Peran Media Sosial dalam Menyebarluaskan Nilai-Nilai Sosial Budaya Hindu merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan rancangan penelitian korelasional. Dalam Penelitian ini variabel yang diteliti sebagai Objek penelitian adalah media sosial dan nilai nilai sosial budaya Hindu. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Generasi Muda dalam hal ini adalah Siswa atau Siswi SMA/SMK negeri ataupun swasta yang beragama Hindu dan berdomisili di Banjar Paketan. Dalam menentukan populasi, peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi diberikan kesempatan menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini, dimana jumlah respondenya berjumlah 30 orang Generasi Muda Hindu yang berstatus sebagai pelajar atau siswa atau siswi SMA/SMK negeri atau swasta. Kuisioner merupakan instrument yang dipergunakan dalam pegumpulan data penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kusioner dan analisis data menggunan korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa variabel peran media sosial (X) dengan variabel penyebarluasan nilai nilai sosial budaya Hindu (Y) nilai signifikansinya adalah 0.001 < dari 0.05, yang artinya ada hubungan signifikan antara peran media sosial dengan nilai-nilai sosial budaya Hindu. Nilai koefisien korelatifnya sebesar 0.635.

Abstract

Human life is faced with behavioral problems, where humans must weigh, sort, and decide to choose these actions, and not conflict with the norms or rules that have been agreed upon and determined together by consensus. In the context of living together and socializing, self-control is very important. A person must have the ability to control himself consciously, so as to produce good behavior, not harming others, and in accordance with norms or rules, which is often referred to as “self control”. This article aims to discuss and analyze the teachings of ethics, especially morality and self-control contained in the lontar Wrhaspati Tattwa. The method used in this paper is qualitative, which focuses more on the process and meaning that is studied thoroughly, statically, and concretely in accordance with Hindu ethics and morals. This study is classified as library research which takes the main source through books, libraries, palm texts, and the internet. The results of this study are 1) Sadangga Yoga in Wrhaspati Tattwa consists of Pratyaharayoga, Dhyanayoga, Tarkayoga, Pranayamayoga, Dharanayoga, and Samadhiyoga. 2) In Wrhaspati Tattwa, morality and self-control are characterized by the Triguna nature which is part of the citta, which determines whether human life will experience good or bad. There are two factors that influence self-control and morality, namely age, which is an internal factor, and the environment, which is an external factor, both family and society. Self-control directs behavior to produce positive consequences. In conclusion, Wrhaspati Tattwa teaches that one must control the mind and heart to achieve a harmonious life.

Abstract

Kegiatan Stimulus Pengabdian Masyarakat (PKMS) dilakukan dalam upaya untuk memberikan pengetahuan tambahan, pemahaman dan keterampilan tentang pijat olahraga kepada siswa di Buleleng 1 Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) yang terletak di Jalan Veteran No: 11-A. Singaraja-Bali. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan, yang memuat diskusi dan praktik. Hasil Kegiatan PKMS ini membuat siswa mengetahui, memahami, dan mampu mempraktikkan 7 teknik pijatan olahraga, (1) Effleurage, (2) Petrissage, (3) Gesekan, (4) Sambil, (5) Tapotemen, (6) Getaran, (7) ) Membelai. Selain itu, pelaksana PKMS berkolaborasi dengan Departemen Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker) Kabupaten Buleleng dalam upaya menyalurkan siswa SLB Negeri 1 Buleleng untuk mengembangkan pelatihan olahraga. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Olahraga, Pijat, Siswa, SLB.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a science storybook with illustrations for teaching science (IPAS) to third-grade elementary school students and test the validity and practicality of the developed science storybook. This research is classified as research and development. It follows the 4D model stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The study was conducted at SD Negeri 5 Mas Ubud, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. The research instruments used include a validity sheet and a practicality sheet. The data from the research were analyzed descriptively. The results show that the developed science storybook consists of twelve science stories designed to introduce seven science concepts (IPAS), complete with animated illustrations, storyline, and science concept columns and the developed science storybook meets the requirements for validity and practicality. The conclusion of this research are a science storybook with illustrations is suitable for use in science learning.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the level of ChatGPT application usage among university students in digital learning era. This study adopts a quantitative research method, utilizing a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms. The questionnaire consists of closed-ended questions using a Likert sccale with 4 options: Strongly Agree (SA), Agree (A), Disagree (D), and Strongly Disagree (SD). The questionnaire comprises 6 indicators, elaborated into 30 statement items. The results of the Validity Test show that the overall calculated r value is greater than the r-table value, at a significance level of 5%. The Reliability Test results indicate that the coefficient alpha reliability (Cronbach Alpha) in each indicator is greater than 0.5, indicating that the research instrument is reliable. This study involved 60 respondents, who are students from the Department of Primary School Teacher Education, Faculty of Dharma Acarya, State Hindu University of I Gussti Bagus Sugriwa Denpasar. The research findings show the average percentage across all indicators, revealing that 25.33% of respondents strongly agree, while 45% agree with the use of ChatGPT in lectures. Additionally, an average of 27.83% of respondents disagree with the use of ChatGPT in lectures, and 1.83% strongly disagree. It can be concluded that 70.33% of respondents support the implementation of ChatGPT in the learning process in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis platform Google Sites terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V pada materi IPAS topik “Oh, Lingkungan Jadi Rusak” di SD Negeri Tulangampiang. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi-eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control group. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 64 peserta didik yang terbagi dalam dua kelas: VA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VB sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest menggunakan instrumen soal pilihan ganda yang telah divalidasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, N-Gain, dan uji-t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen secara signifikan lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Sebanyak 96,9% siswa kelas eksperimen mencapai ketuntasan belajar setelah menggunakan Google Sites, sementara kelas kontrol hanya mencapai 93,7%. Hasil uji-t juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan penggunaan Google Sites terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa media pembelajaran digital yang interaktif dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman peserta didik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi teknologi seperti Google Sites dalam pembelajaran IPAS untuk mendukung proses belajar yang lebih efektif dan menyenangkan.
