Abstract

Diabetes melitus (DM) merupakan suatu kondisi atau gangguan metabolik yang berlangsung lama, yang ditandai dengan kadar glukosa darah yang tinggi akibat dari resistensi insulin. DM dapat menimbulkan komplikasi yang berdampak negatif terhadap kehidupan pasien. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien DM adalah self efikasi. Self efikasi yang kurang pada pasien DM mengenai kondisi dan kesehatan dapat menyebabkan perilaku yang sesuai kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self efikasi dan kualitas hidup pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di puskesmas Kota Tanjungpinang. Metode penelitian adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 70 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 56,3% orang DM tipe 2 memiliki self efikasi cukup, dan kualitas hidup kategori sedang 54,9%. Hasil uji Spearman Rank diperoleh nilai p value sebesar 0,001 (<0,05), dengan nilai r=0,0462, menunjukkan ada hubungan positif self efikasi dan kualitas hidup pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di puskesmas Kota Tanjungpinang. Diharapkan pasien DM tipe 2 dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dalam menerapkan enam pilar pengelolaan DM serta memperkuat self efikasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup melalui pola hidup sehat.

Abstract

Infancy is period of early life which basic abilities will determine success in the next phase. In this phase, the aspect of psychosocial development that must be achieved is to have a sense of trust, both for oneself, other people and the world around them. This study aims to find out how the application of therapeutic group therapy in increasing trust in infants and focus on aspects of touch. The method used is the case study. The results of this study indicate that the strengthening of touch in Therapeutic Group Therapy is able to foster and increase trust in infants in accordance with their psychosocial development tasks. Nurses as therapists need to emphasize this by encouraging mothers to not only give praise when the baby is successfully carrying out the task being trained, but also accompanied by physical affection sign such as touching, stroking, kissing and hugging the baby.Keywords: Infant, Touch, Therapeutic Group Therapy

Abstract

Occupation as a traditional diver has a very high risk of danger. The risk of working on a dive varies greatly depending on the type of dive being carried out. Perceived disorders include dizziness, bleeding, deafness, joint pain and excessive fatigue. The study aim to determine the relationship of knowledge with hearing loss due to diving in traditional divers in the Bugis village of Tanjung Pinang. The method used quantitative research with correlation design by means of consecutive sampling and sample size of 38 people. Data analysis using Chi Square. The results showed that there was a relationship of knowledge with hearing loss due to traditional dives with a p value of 0.046 (P <0.05), because diving activities were not equipped with knowledge about diving which had a long-term effect on the physiology of the human body such as hearing loss (Deafness) to divers. So that in the future traditional divers need to be given knowledge related to how to dive and the risks of traditional diving.Keywords: Knowledge, Divers, Hearing Loss
