Abstract

The educational process in schools learning activities are the most basic activities. This means that the success or failure of achieving educational goals as stipulated in the law of the Republik of Indonesia number 20 0f 2003 concerning the national education system, namely”To develop the potential of students to become human being eho believe in and fear god almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable creative, independent, and become citizens of a democratic and responsible state.” Very much depends on how the learning process experienced by students as learners. Like a war in learning, students must also be prepared. Namely knowing what things help the success of learning and what often makes th lesson fail. So that a student must understand good study techniques, know the right time to learn to manage time and be disciplined in learning as well as getting used to reading and visitimgm the library which is a storehouse of all reading materials.By carrying out good habits in learning, a student will get high achievement and finally be successful I learning.

Abstract

This research was motivated by low reading skills in class VI at SDN Sindang Sari III, Tangerang Regency. The formulation of the problem is as follows, can the use of audio-visual media improve the reading skills of students at SDN 04 Kemiri. The purpose of this research is to improve reading skills by using audio-visual media. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research location was in class VI of SDN Sindang Sari III, Tangerang Regency. The research subjects were 22 class II students. Data collection techniques use test techniques and non-test techniques. The research instrument is a test sheet and non-test sheet. The results of research on reading skills using audio-visual media in class VI of SDN Sindang Sari III, Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the basic passing technique abilities of students participating in extracurricular volleyball. This research uses qualitative descriptive. The subjects in this research were all students participating in extracurricular volleyball at SDN Karangharja II, totaling 16 students. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation to determine the basic passing technique abilities of each individual. The results of this study showed that of the 8 male students participating in extracurricular volleyball, 6 of the participating students were able to position their fingers and arms correctly, body position well and correctly, hit the ball correctly and have a good final stance so that the passing ability of the 6 participating students the quality is very good. However, the 2 student participants were not able to perform finger and arm positions, body positions, contact with the ball, and the final stance was not correct so that their lower passing ability was of poor quality. Meanwhile, 1 female student participant was able to position her fingers and arms correctly, body position well and correctly, hit the ball correctly and have a good final stance so that the down passing ability of 1 student participant was of very good quality. However, the 7 female student participants were not able to perform finger and arm positions, body positions, contact with the ball, and the final stance was not correct so that their lower passing ability was not of good quality. Abstract

This study aims to develop a counting board learning media for grade 2 elementary schools. The research was conducted based on the basic facts in the field, it is known that the understanding of distribution is still low and there is a lack of supporting media for distribution. The type of research used is research that takes place in 3 stages. The research subjects were students of SD Negeri Petir 2 Tangerang City. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire which was assessed by giving questionnaires to students after using the counting board media. The results of this development research indicate that the developed learning media meets the good and feasible criteria so that it can be tested on grade 2 elementary school students. Based on the results of the total research sample, 90% of students received and felt the benefits of the division counting board learning media. The main benefit that students get is the division of the counting board which simplifies and speeds up the process of dividing arithmetic.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the relationship between reading interest and the ability to solve mathematical problems. This research uses quantitative research methods with the type of survey research. The population in this study were all students of class II SDN Jurumudi 2 Tangerang City with a population of 58 students and a sample of 48 students with a sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. The research instruments used were questionnaires and essays. Data collection instruments for reading interest (variable X) using a Likert Scale questionnaire with answer choices 1-4 and the ability to solve story problems (variable Y) using essays. To test the hypothesis, it is done by calculating the correlation efficiency with the t test formula. Based on the Product Moment correlation formula with α =0.05 obtained thit 4.290 is greater than ttab = 2.013 that thit> ttab and the hypothesis is accepted. This can be interpreted that there is a relationship between reading interest and the ability to solve math problem class II SDN Jurumudi 2 Tangerang City.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the use of learning media is an effort to achieve the targets that have been set according to the needs, plans, using data, facilities, and available time to obtain maximum results both qualitatively. Learning media is a tool that can help the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this writer is to determine the effectiveness of the equipped learning media. with learning models. The method used in this study using observation techniques. Conclusion learning media and learning models are needed in the teaching and learning process because the presence of media and the models used can improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine: 1) student learning outcomes by using instructional media to increase students' cognitive learning interest. 2) student learning outcomes by using learning media can reach the level of students' cognitive learning interest. 3) is there a difference in learning outcomes using learning media and media modules on student competence. This type of research is a qualitative approach. The research was conducted from January to June. Methods of data collection using observation. Validity and Reliability using learning media. Data analysis techniques by making learning media directly. The results showed that: 1) Student learning outcomes for class V by using instructional media can improve students' cognitive learning. 2) Student learning outcomes in class V by using instructional media can be said to increase. This is evident in the use of module learning media showing significant differential power, namely calculated 2.120> 1.880 tabled at a significant level of 5%. Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis that reads "there is effectiveness in the use of instructional media in improving the cognitive learning of fifth grade elementary school students" can be accepted. This means that the use of learning media is very effective in increasing students' cognitive learning interest compared to not using learning media.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to know the meaning of social media and learning achievement, 2) Knowing the positive and negative impacts of social media, 3)Benefitssocial media on student achievement 4) Social media relations with learning achievement. The type of research used is qualitative research using the library method, collecting data by considering the results review theses, journals, books and studies relevant to the impact of the media social impact on student learning achievement. The data that the author focuses on is data the impact of social media on student learning achievement. Can be concluded that social media greatly affects learning achievement, the influence is in the form of negative influence good or bad, so the role of parents and teachers at school is needed is expected to help students in improving learning achievement through social media.

Abstract

Education is the main factor for forming the potential of a knowledgeable and civilized human being. Because, education is a process to form someone who can be formed into a human being who has knowledge, the role of education is also very important for someone to hone the skills and abilities of students to be able to solve their own problems. In carrying out education, learning media is also needed with the aim of being able to make it easier for students to understand the material taught by the teacher. From this understanding, it can be said that teaching material without preparing methods and media will not be appropriate and teaching and learning activities will not run effectively and efficiently so that the material that will be conveyed by the teacher to students will not be absorbed optimally. This multiplication PKP2 media is a media that is deliberately made to give a different nuance when the teaching and learning process takes place, in this media it also aims to make students enthusiastic when receiving multiplication lessons. Actually this media can be used for other subjects as well, so this smart pocket media is not only used for Indonesian lessons but can also be used for other lessons.

Abstract

Learning is an activity that is carried out by someone intentionally in a conscious state to obtain a new concept, understanding, or knowledge so that it allows a person to change behavior that is relatively constant both in thinking, feeling and acting. The learning outcomes obtained by students vary, because they are influenced by various factors, both internal and external factors. Interest is the tendency of one's soul towards an object, usually accompanied by feelings of pleasure, because it feels there is an interest in that something. parenting style in the family means the habits of parents, father or mother in leading, nurturing and guiding children in the family. Classroom action research is casuistic research and contextualizes conditions, using the spiral model by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The sample in this study were all fourth grade students at SDN Kunciran 7 Tangerang City with research instruments in the form of tests and observations. Interview or interview sampling techniques, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model analysis consisting of four data analysis components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN Kunciran 7 Pinang District are still relatively low. One of the factors that influence student learning outcomes is the family environment factor. This was obtained from the overall data of the fourth grade students, out of 61 students, more than half of the students, namely 32 students, received an average score below the KKM.

Abstract

Teaching materials are a set of learning resources packaged in printed or non-printed form, containing a collection of information and content systematically organized to benefit both students and teachers in the learning process. This development research aims to explore the process of developing an encyclopedia-based teaching material specifically for Science (IPA) learning in Grade V at SDN 15 Kota Tangerang, as well as to determine the effectiveness and quality of the teaching materials based on validity and practicality aspects as evaluated by media experts, subject matter experts, educators, and student responses. The research method employed is the 4D Research and Development model, which consists of four stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The results of this research and development indicate that the validity score from media experts is 4.8, and from subject matter experts is 4.4—both falling under the category of "very good" and deemed appropriate for use. Furthermore, the practicality score from educators is 4.9, and the practicality score based on student responses is 4.5, categorized as "very practical." Based on these validation results, the teaching material developed by the researcher is considered practical and suitable for use.
