Abstract

Data menunjukkan, di Indonesia cakupan pemberian ASI tahun 2015 hanya 30,2% sedangkan pada tahun 2017 naik menjadi 35%. Angka tersebut masih jauh di bawah rekomendasi WHO  yaitu  sebesar  50%.  Tujuan  penelitian  ini  untuk  mengetahui efektivitas  pemberian  daun  kelor  terhadap  peningkatan  produksi  ASI   pada  ibu menyusui  di  Puskesmas  Peusangan  Selatan  Kabupaten  Bireuen.  Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pre test post test design. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 20 Maret 2023 sampai dengan Agustus 2023. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua ibu menyusui bayi 0-6 bulan di Puskesmas Peusangan Selatan Kabupaten Bireuen berjumlah 449 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling berjumlah 26 ibu. Pengolahan data dengan editing, coding, processing, tabulating dan menggunakan uji T paired test. Hasil uji univariat diperoleh mayoritas produksi ASI responden sebelum diberikan daun kelor berada pada kategori kurang lancar dengan frekuensi 12 orang (46,2%) dan produksi ASI responden sesudah diberikan daun kelor berada pada kategori Cukup Lancar dengan frekuensi 15 orang (57,7%). Hasil uji normalitas nilai ρ produksi ASI pre-test (0,120) > α (0,05) dan nilai ρ produksi ASI post-test (0,106) > α (0,05), sehingga data produksi ASI terdistribusi normal dengan menggunakan uji shapiro wilk dikarenakan sampel 26 orang. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan nilai p (0,000) < α (0,05), ha diterima, berarti pemberian daun kelor efektif terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui di Peusangan Selatan Kabupaten Bireuen. Diharapkan ibu dapat menambah informasi dan pengetahuan tentang daun kelor untuk menambah produksi ASI dan mengkonsumsi daun kelor untuk mengatasi menurunnya produksi ASI selama menyusui.Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Daun Kelor, ASI, MenyusuiData shows that in Indonesia the coverage of breastfeeding in 2015 was only 30.2%, while in 2017 it rose to 35%. This figure is still far below the WHO recommendation of 50%. The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of giving Moringa leaves to increase breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers at the Peusangan Selatan Community Health Center, Bireuen Regency. The research used a quasi- experimental design with a one group pre test post test design. This research was carried out from March 20 2023 to August 2023. The population of this study was all mothers breastfeeding babies 0-6 months at the South Peusangan Community Health Center, Bireuen Regency, totaling 449 people. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling totaling 26 mothers. Data processing by editing, coding, processing, tabulating and using the T paired test. The results of the univariate test showed that the majority of respondents' breast milk production before being given Moringa leaves was in the substandard category with a frequency of 12 people (46.2%) and the respondents' breast milk production  after  being  given Moringa  leaves  was  in the Fairly  Smooth category with a frequency of 15 people (57.7%) . The results of the normality test were the ρ value of pre-test breast milk production (0.120) > α (0.05) and the ρ value of post- test breast milk production (0.106) > α (0.05), so that the breast milk production data was normally distributed using the Shapiro Wilk test. because the sample is 26 people. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the p value (0.000) < α (0.05), ha was accepted, meaning that giving Moringa leaves was effective in increasing breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers in South Peusangan, Bireuen Regency. It is hoped that mothers can increase information and knowledge about Moringa leaves to increase breast milk production and consume Moringa leaves to overcome the decline in breast milk production during breastfeeding.Keyword: Effectiveness, Moringa Leaves, Breast Milk, Breastfeeding

Abstract

As sustainability imperatives reshape global tourism, this study investigates how Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices can serve as strategic levers for driving sustainability performance and competitive advantage within Indonesia’s tourism sector. Amid rising environmental expectations and regulatory mandates, the research integrates Social Learning Theory, the Resource-Based View, and Institutional Theory to construct and test a model that links top management support, green organizational culture, and regulatory pressure to GHRM adoption. Using a cross-sectional survey of 510 employees and managers across eco-certified tourism firms in five Indonesian destinations, the study employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze relationships among constructs. Findings revealed that GHRM practices foster both employee green behavior and organizational green innovation, two distinct internal mechanisms that jointly mediate the impact of HR systems on sustainability outcomes. These dual mediation pathways clarify how people-centered strategies transform environmental values into operational performance and market competitiveness. This study offers theoretical novelty by modeling the combined behavioral and innovation effects of GHRM in a service-based, emerging economy context. From a practical perspective, the results -provide insights for tourism regulators and business leaders that are seeking to align human resource strategies with China Sustainable Enterprise (CHSE) standards standards, green certifications, and Indonesia’s national sustainability agenda.

Abstract

Fundamental problems in managing oxeye scad fisheries in WPPRI 713 include limited comprehensive stock data, resulting in suboptimal resource utilization and potential unsustainability. This study aims to estimate the sustainable potential, utilization rate, optimum effort, and allowable catch as the basis for sustainable oxeye scad fisheries management. This study uses a quantitative approach based on statistical data for ten years (2015–2024), analyzed using the Schaefer surplus production model. The results indicate that the sustainable potential of oxeye scad reaches 63,404,117 tons/year, the utilization rate is 18.99%, the optimum effort is 3,730,925 units, and the allowable catch is 50,723 tons/year. These results confirm that oxeye scad stocks are in a productive condition and opportunities for utilization development are still wide open, but still require management control through regulation of fishing effort and the implementation of quotas based on the allowable catch. In conclusion, oxeye scad fisheries in WPPRI 713 can still be developed safely while adhering to established biological limits

Abstract

The type of research is qualitative using a phenomenological approach. The results of the research show that The Family Hope Programme (PKH) is a conditional social assistance programme that is effective in improving access to education and health care and alleviating the economic burden on underprivileged families. From a socio-economic perspective, PKH contributes significantly to reducing the risk of extreme poverty, improving basic welfare, and encouraging positive behavioural change in beneficiary families. However, its implementation still faces a number of weaknesses, such as the potential for dependence on assistance, inaccuracy in targeting recipients, limited assistance, and suboptimal long-term economic empowerment efforts. Therefore, PKH needs to be strengthened through improved data accuracy, more effective assistance, and integration with economic empowerment programmes so that the goals of self-reliance and sustainable poverty eradication can be achieved.

Abstract

Bullying is an aggressive behavior that is carried out intentionally and repeatedly by individuals or groups who possess greater power against those who are weaker, whether physically, verbally, socially, or through digital media. This phenomenon has become a serious problem in Indonesia, particularly within the school environment, with a relatively high prevalence in the Southeast Asian region. Data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) and the Office of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection indicate that bullying cases most frequently occur at the elementary school level. The high incidence of bullying among school-aged children is closely related to ongoing cognitive, physical, mental, and social development, which makes children vulnerable to moral and social problems. Bullying behavior is influenced by internal factors such as age, gender, and personality characteristics, as well as external factors including family, environmental conditions, and peer influence. The impacts of bullying are extensive for both victims and perpetrators, ranging from psychological disorders and decreased academic achievement to an increased risk of antisocial behavior in the future. Therefore, bullying prevention requires the involvement of multiple stakeholders through education, strict school policies, the strengthening of the roles of teachers and counselors, and the utilization of technology. These integrated efforts are expected to create a safe, inclusive educational environment that supports optimal child development.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and to identify the role of organisational innovation capability as a mediator in this relationship. Employing a quantitative method, a survey was conducted involving 125 MSME practitioners in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi, using purposive sampling techniques. The selection criteria for respondents included businesses that have been operational for a minimum of two years and possess a workforce. The data collected were subsequently analysed using path analysis and the Sobel mediation test. The findings indicate that SHRM has a significant positive effect on innovation capability (β = 0.563; p < 0.05) and on MSME performance (β = 0.271; p < 0.05). Furthermore, innovation capability positively contributes to enhancing MSME performance (β = 0.468; p < 0.05). The Sobel test confirms that innovation capability serves as a significant mediating variable in the relationship between SHRM and MSME performance (z = 3.874; p < 0.05). These findings underscore the importance of implementing strategic human resource management practices to enhance MSME performance through innovation, where the development of competencies and an innovation culture are pivotal strategies for improving competitiveness.

Abstract

Anemia pada ibu hamil merupakan masalah kesehatan yang signifikan, berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai komplikasi baik bagi ibu maupun janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di RSIA Sitti Khadijah 1 Makassar periode 2024–2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode case control. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 62 ibu hamil dengan perbandingan 1:1 yaitu 31 kelompok kasus (ibu hamil Anemia) dan 31 kelompok kontrol (ibu hamil tidak Anemia). Pengambilan sampel untuk kelompok kasus diambil dengan metode consecutive sampling. Kelompok control diambil secara acak sistematis. Data dikumpulkan melalui rekam medis dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan nilai p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usia, paritas, dan jarak kehamilan merupakan faktor yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil. Jarak kehamilan kurang dari 2 tahun memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar, dengan odds ratio sebesar 16.496. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ibu hamil dengan usia ekstrem, paritas tinggi, dan jarak kehamilan pendek lebih berisiko mengalami anemia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemantauan lebih intensif dan intervensi yang tepat untuk ibu hamil dengan faktor-faktor risiko tersebut.
