Abstract

This study aims to determine work motivation and discipline's effect on employee performance in the Nganjuk sub-district office. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a survey approach where the questionnaire will be distributed to all research respondents, where the population in this study is all employees in the Nganjuk sub-district office, totaling 55 people. In determining the sample used saturated sampling where the entire population is used as a respondent considering the population is less than 100. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the results of the respondent's data to measure the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable. The test results show that, simultaneously or partially, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the Nganjuk sub-district office

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) hasil pengembangan e-modul ikhtiologi menggunakan augmented reality, (2) kelayakan modul ikhtiologi menggunakan augmented reality, (3) kepraktisan modul ikhtiologi menggunakan augmented reality. Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap, yaitu (1) analyze (analisis), (2) design (perancangan), (3) develop (pengembangan), (4) implement (implementasi), dan (5) evaluate (evaluasi). Subjek uji coba desain produk adalah ahli materi/konten, sedangkan subjek uji coba produk adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Perikanan Tangkap berjumlah 3 mahasiswa untuk uji coba one to one, 10 orang untuk uji coba kelompok kecil dan 30 orang untuk uji coba lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data yaitu, wawancara, angket/kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis data kevalidan instrumen, kelayakan dan kepraktisan modul ikhtiologi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengembangan modul ikhtiologi mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE. (2) kelayakan modul ikhtiologi dinyatakan layak dengan tingkat presentasi 96% oleh ahli materi dan 98% oleh ahli media dan termasuk kategori sangat baik berdasarkan pengujian ahli. (3) kepraktisan modul ikhtiologi dinyatakan sangat praktis berdasarkan olah data dengan presentasi 92% sehingga dinyatakan sangat praktis berdasarkan uji coba lapangan.

Abstract

Research aim: The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of lifestyle, FoMO, and Self-Control on Personal Financial Planning. Design/Methode/Approach: This research is a type of explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The study population is Kediri City Residents. Purposive sampling techniques were used in this study so 96 respondents were used as research samples. The data analysis method used the multiple linear regression test using SPSS Research Finding: The results showed that lifestyle and Self-control partially had a significant positive effect on Personal Financial Planning, while FoMO had an effect but not significant on Personal Financial Planning in Kediri City Residents. Research limitation: The variables of this study are only limited to lifestyle, FoMO, and Self-Control.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase digital literacy among PKK women in Bangsongan Village so that they can utilize technology to support daily activities and business management. Through training involving social media, online information search, and digital-based product marketing, participants were given an understanding of how to use digital devices effectively. The result showed an increase in their ability to use digital applications for various purposes, ranging from communication, business management, to online product marketing. This program is expected to empower village women to face the challenges of the digital world and improve the quality of life and family economy through the maximum use of technology. The sustainability of this training can help improve access to information and open up wider business opportunities for the village community.

Abstract

This research was carried out at Werisar University for the 2022/2023 academic year. The aim of this research is to determine (1) the relationship between learning anxiety and the science learning outcomes of PGSD students (2) the relationship between science literacy abilities and the science learning outcomes of PGSD students (3) analyzing the relationship between learning anxiety and science literacy abilities and the science learning outcomes of PGSD students. This type of research is comparative causal or ex post factor research which is correlational in nature. The research design used is a quantitative research design with two independent variables. Data sources were taken directly using instruments in the form of science learning anxiety questionnaires, scientific literacy ability tests and science learning outcomes tests. Data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis to see the level of anxiety and scientific literacy abilities as well as inferential analysis to test research hypotheses. Based on the results of data analysis in the first hypothesis, it shows a sig. (0.676) > α (0.05), then H0 is accepted, which means that there is no relationship between anxiety about studying physics and students' science learning outcomes. In the second hypothesis, the sig value. (0.002) < α (0.05), then H0 is rejected, which means that there is a relationship between scientific literacy abilities and students' science learning outcomes. Furthermore, the third hypothesis shows a significance value of 0.571 and 0.779 > α (0.05) so it can be concluded that there is a linear relationship between learning anxiety and student learning outcomes and scientific literacy abilities and science learning outcomes of PGSD students.

Abstract

Literacy is the ability to process and understand information when carrying out reading and writing activities. Students will gain very broad knowledge through literacy activities because they are closely related to critical thinking skills. To improve scientific literacy skills, besides requiring student motivation, educators also need to consider learning strategies that are appropriate to the conditions and potential of students, where the learning process focuses on providing direct experience and applying the essence of science. Literacy activities in higher education are carried out by utilizing various reference sources, applying literacy strategies in the learning process, and combining literacy strategies with problem solving activities. Literacy and critical thinking are very important for students, especially in the era of disruption which is experiencing very rapid developments in science and technology. Thus, this article aims to analyze the role of literacy in improving critical thinking skills and implementing a literacy culture in higher education. The research method used is the classroom action research method (PTK) which requires collaboration between lecturers and students. Keywords: Literacy
