Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Parent Autonomy Support dengan School Engagement pada Siswa SD X. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Parent Autonomy Support dan variable terikat adalah School Engagement. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Parent Autonomy Support dan School Engagement. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling / samping jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 orang Siswa SD X. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Indeks daya beda aitem pada skala Parent Autonomy Support bergerak dari rix= 0, 354 sampai dengan rix= 0,754 dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α= 0,929 sedangkan pada skala School Engagement bergerak dari rix= 0, 304 sampai dengan rix= 0, 730 dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α= 0, 876. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat di simpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Parent Autonomy Support dengan School Engagemen, dengan nilai korelasi (r) 0, 696 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif yang signifikan antara Parent Autonomy Support dengan School Engagement pada siswa SD X.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada perawat rumah sakit umum daerah Solok Selatan. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah beban kerja dan variabel dependent adalah kelelahan kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 113 perawat dijadikan sebagai sampel. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa skala beban kerja dan skala kelelahan kerja yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, dapat disimpulkan bahwa skala beban kerja memiliki validitas yang memadai karena nilai koefisien validitas berada di atas batas minimum (0,30), dengan rentang 0,313 hingga 0,802. Selain itu, reliabilitas skala tergolong sangat tinggi dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,910, yang menunjukkan konsistensi internal instrumen sangat baik. Dengan demikian, instrumen skala beban kerja layak digunakan dalam penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara beban kerja dan kelelahan kerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,284 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 (< 0,05), sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Besarnya sumbangan efektif beban kerja terhadap kelelahan kerja adalah 8,1%, yang berarti beban kerja berperan dalam memengaruhi tingkat kelelahan kerja, meskipun masih terdapat faktor lain di luar penelitian ini yang turut memberikan kontribusi.

Abstract

  Tenaga medis memiliki peran vital dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan dan kerap menghadapi beban kerja tinggi, jam kerja panjang, serta tekanan emosional yang berdampak pada keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (work-life balance) dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja pada tenaga medis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel terdiri dari 104 tenaga medis di Sumatera Barat yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa skala work-life balance dari Fisher dkk. (2009) dan skala kepuasan kerja dari Spector (1997) yang telah dimodifikasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,674 dan R² = 0,454 (p < 0,01). Artinya, semakin baik work-life balance yang dimiliki tenaga medis, maka semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan institusi dalam menciptakan keseimbangan kerja-pribadi guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas pelayanan tenaga medis.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between achievement motivation and student engagement among vocational high school students in Padang. A quantitative correlational approach was used, with a sample of 182 students selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. The instruments employed were the Achievement Motivation Scale and the Student Engagement Scale. The validity coefficients for the achievement motivation scale ranged from 0.310 to 0.750, with a reliability coefficient of 0.933. For the student engagement scale, the validity coefficients ranged from 0.330 to 0.617, and the reliability coefficient was 0.880. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product-Moment correlation. The results revealed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.558, p < 0.01), indicating that students with higher achievement motivation tend to have higher levels of engagement. The effective contribution of achievement motivation to student engagement was 31%. These findings suggest that internal motivation plays a substantial role in enhancing academic involvement among vocational students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between peer attachment and academic stress in class XII students majoring in Mathematics and Natural Sciences in SMAN X Padang. The independent variable in this study is peer attachment and the variable used is Academic Stress. Measuring instruments used in this research are peer attachment scale and Academic Stress. The sampling technique in this study used the Random Sampling technique. The sample in this study were 152 students at SMAN X Padang. The validity and reliability test in this study uses the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the stickiness scale of peers move from rix = 0.310 to rix = 0.809 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.883 while on the academic stress scale moves from rix = 0.316 to rix = 0.803 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.864. Based on data analysis, a decent value of -0,591 is obtained with a significance level of 0,000, which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between peer attachment and academic stress of students at SMAN X Padang. While the effective contribution of the variable peer attachment to academic stress 35%.

Abstract

In this era, human resources are very important. This can be developed through educational models, especially in the field of mathematics. Math is essential for problem solving and decision making in any environment. In fact, many students still fail in math. This makes this research intended to determine the correlation of Self Regulated Learning with Mathematics Learning Achievement at level XI IPS at SMA Adabiah Kota Padang. Self Regulated Learning is the independent variable, while Learning Achievement is the dependent variable. The instrument is measured through the Self Regulated Learning scale and the mean score of the Mathematics report card. Simple saturated sampling technique was used to select the sample, which was 62 students of XI social studies class of Adabiah High School. Validity and reliability were assessed through Cronbach's Alpha method. The validity coefficient is rxy = 0.326 to rxy = 0.861, the reliability coefficient ? = 0.896. The data obtained is 0.333 on sign. 0.009 which means the acceptance of a hypothesis. This result explains that there is a positive relationship between Self Regulated Learning and Math Learning Achievement for XI IPS at Adabiah High School in Padang City.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and analyze an effective employee selection model and its effect on company performance, by considering the role of employee suitability as a moderating variable. This study uses quantitative methods with linear regression techniques to test the relationship between the Employee Selection Model, Employee Suitability, and Company Performance. The results of the analysis show that the Employee Selection Model has a significant effect on Employee Suitability (B = 0.581, t = 10.289, sig. = 0.000) with a coefficient of determination (R² = 0.519). After adding the moderation variable, it was found that the Employee Selection Model and Employee Suitability together have a significant effect on Company Performance (F = 32.548, sig. = 0.000), although the coefficient of determination has decreased (R² = 0.402).The conclusion of this study is that the Employee Selection Model has a major role in improving Company Performance, both directly and with the moderation of Employee Suitability. However, the impact of Employee Suitability on Company Performance is smaller than that of the Employee Selection Model. Therefore, companies need to focus more on developing a competency-based selection system to ensure that recruited employees have the abilities and characteristics that match the needs of the organization.

Abstract

The millennial generation is the most productive generation at work, for the next 10 years. However, the millennial generation has an individualistic nature that causes self-egocentricity, gets bored easily, and is impatient and not fully responsible for their work. Of course, this does not show the behavior of helping fellow workers. So it is necessary to increase the employee's sense of attachment to work so that they tend to display voluntary behavior. This research was conducted on millennial employees at agency X. This study aims to empirically determine whether there is a relationship between Work Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Millennial Employees at Agency The subject of this study used the Saturated Sampling technique where all populations were used as samples. The test results show that the validity coefficient on Organizational Citizenship Behavior ranges from 0.305 to 0.934 with a reliability coefficient of 0.976. While the validity coefficient of Work Engagement ranges from 0.552 to 0.949 with a reliability coefficient of 0.964. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of 0.418 with a significance level of 0.000 is obtained, which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a very significant relationship between Work Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a positive direction for millennial employees at agency X. The effective contribution of the work engagement variable to organizational citizenship behavior is 17%.
