Abstract

Selama pandemic, minat masyrakat terhadap olahraga sepeda mengalami peningkatan. Dampak dari olahraga bersepeda pada masyarakat di Indonesia dapat dilihat juga dari aspek penjualan. Dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya, penjualan sepeda pada tahun 2020 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 40%. Dari kenaikan ini, yang paling menonjol adalah minat masyarakat terhadap sepeda impor, salah satunya adalah Canyon. Di Indonesia sendiri tersedia berbagai macam Merk sepeda, mulai dari import ataupun komponen lokal, dengan berbagai model dan range harga. Oleh karena itu perlu upaya dari produsen Canyon untuk meningkatkan minat beli dari konsumen terhadap produk sepeda Canyon.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and brand awareness on brand loyalty and brand trust for mediation on BreadTalk. The type of research was survey research and the sampling method used questionnaires. The population in the research is BreadTalk consumers at Mall Cinere. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling and a sample of 140 respondents was obtained. The results showed that brand image and brand awareness affected brand trust, while brand image and brand awareness affected brand loyalty, and brand trust affected brand loyalty. So, brand trust mediated the influence between brand image and brand loyalty and brand trust mediated the influence between brand awareness and brand loyalty.

Abstract

This research is motivated by many companies engaged in the beauty industry, both local and foreign companies. With the continued development of the beauty industry, people have many choices to choose the desired beauty products. With the development of the beauty industry in Indonesia, companies must be able to implement strategies so that their products remain the people's choice. One of the strategies needed is a marketing strategy. The issue of global warming which is currently getting attention from the public, makes people become more careful in choosing a product because they are trying to reduce the effects of global warming. Therefore, currently the beauty industry is starting to carry out a green marketing strategy in marketing their products by using materials that do not damage the environment. One of the beauty companies that uses a green marketing strategy is The Body Shop. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green marketing 4P on purchase decisions, either directly or mediated by the brand image variable. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data presented in this study were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 183 respondents. Statistical analysis using the PLS SEM method for model and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that green marketing has a direct effect on brand image and green marketing has an effect on purchase decisions, and brand image has a direct effect on purchase decisions, and green marketing has an effect on purchase decisions mediated by brand image.

Abstract

As Indonesian e-commerce companies start to implement O2O commerce by providing physical store or showroom, Fabelio is also one of the many. However, not many researches found on the effect of the physical experience as one of the characteristics of O2O commerce towards customer purchase intention in Indonesia, despite significant amount of capital spent by Fabelio to provide 20 showrooms in Jabodetabek and Bandung area to date. Hence, it is important for Fabelio to know if their showrooms providing physical experience will affect customers’ purchase intention, and know how to utilize their showrooms to attract more customers. The objective of this research is to find out the effect of physical experience towards purchase intention directly, or with perceived value and perceived risk as mediator variable. This research is a quantitative research, with data used in this study were obtained through a questionnaire given to 56 respondents. SEM PLS method was used to test the model and hypothesis. The result of this study indicates that physical experience affects perceived value and perceived risk directly, perceived value affects purchase intention directly, and physical experience affects purchase intention with perceived value as mediator variable.

Abstract

A Family business is a company whose majority shareholder is a family, and the position of manager (management) is controlled by family members and it is expected that the family descendants will follow in their footsteps later as managers. In this context, the application of the concept of sustainable supply chain management in the operation strategy of small business seems to be an important function. This supply chain also covers all three aspects of sustainable development: business, environmental, and social. The purpose of this article is to present the current state of the research in sustainable development in relation to managing the supply chain of family business, as well as the empirical findings in this area. This research supposed to analysis of the comparison of Entrepreneurial supply chain and sustainability of family business in China and Indonesia. This research done with Quantitative Method using SEM / Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GeSCA) program by visiting and interviewing with Family business China and Indonesia. The population in this study was a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique is random sampling. This research proves: 1). Leadership, Culture and Innovation have a significant effect on the Entrepreneurial supply chain in Indonesia and China; 2). Leadership and Innovation have a significant effect in Family Business Sustainability. 3). The Entrepreneurial supply chain, Culture and Innovation have a significant effect on the Sustainability of the Family Business, whereas the Leadership is not significant on the Sustainability of the Family Business in China; 4). Entrepreneurial supply chain does not mediate the influence of Leadership, Culture and Innovation on the Sustainability of Family Businesses in Indonesia; but Entrepreneurial supply chain mediates the influence of Leadership, Culture and Innovation on the Sustainability of Family Businesses in China.

Abstract

The news of the State Civil Apparatus is the main spotlight to do the job as well as possible and is expected to be an example in general and the position of the State Civil Apparatus has an important role to determine national development, physical or non-physical, to realize its success it must be obtained employees who have high responsibility, consistent, professional and visionary. To equip employees to achieve the above, it is necessary to have development and training held by the ministry so that employees have high motivation to work. Motivation is a person's drive to optimize work performance. Training and development is defined as an activity to optimize current or future work performance. Work performance is the result of a person's work to achieve quality, timeliness and ability. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of motivation, training and development on employee work performance at the Directorate General of Budgeting, Ministry of Finance. The population of this study is employees of the Directorate General of Budgeting of the Ministry of Finance, totaling 121 people. The total sample respondents of this study were 93 employees. Questionnaires and interviews are data collection techniques in this study. Data processing and analysis used descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study state that partially the variables of motivation, training and development have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at the Directorate General of Budgeting of the Ministry of Finance and the results shown in multiple linear regression state that the variables of motivation, training and development have a positive effect on employee work performance at the Directorate General of Budgeting of the Ministry of Finance.

Abstract

Employees in banking are one of the assets that must be optimized in order to create good company output, if there are no qualified employees, the company’s planned goals will not achieved. To have good employee quality, the company must hold training so that employees have high motivation to work so that their output will affect employee performance so that it can be maximized. Motivation is an attitudinal drive for everyone to perform a goal. Job training is an activity to improve the skills and expertise of employees while performance is a level of achievement of results that is linked to the mission created by the company. The purpose of this study is to find out the triggers for motivation and job training on employee performance at PT BPR Sukasada. The study population is the workforce at PT BPR Sukasada. The total sample utilized in this study was 39 respondents. The data collection techniques used are literature studies and questionnaires. Data analysis with studies is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the study, namely motivation variables and job training variables that have a positive and relevant impact on employee performance at PT BPR Sukasada. The results shown in multiple linear regressions show that the motivation variables and job training variables play a positive influence on employee performance at PT BPR Sukasada.

Abstract

Purpose –Leadership in building organizations by men and women has its own strengths and weaknesses, but the lack of women's leadership in Indonesia represents gender equality has not been achieved. This study aims to determine the pattern of women's leadership in Indonesia to create gender equality in building a sustainable organization Methodology/approaches – This type of research uses a social research strategy with a simple mix method approach. The target population in this study were members who worked in various private organizations in Bekasi district with female leaders with a sample of 50 respondents. The data statistical method used is descriptive statistics and Partial Least Square (PLS). Findings –This result was confirmed by a data source triangulation approach, namely by interviewing three existing data sources. The results of this study indicate that the pattern of female leadership has not been able to mediate the concept of ideal leadership or the concept of ideal gender equality towards sustainable organizations.However, this research also shows that the concept of ideal leadership and the concept of ideal gender have a positive and significant effect on leadership patterns Novelty/value – women's leadership patterns reflect the concept of ideal leadership and the concept of ideal gender equality needed in a leadership that can lead an organization. Abstract

Environmental performance is an attempt to create the company's performance green environment. The purpose of this study to analyze the influence Effect of Green Recruitment, Training Green Environmental Performance Against the Green Employee Behavior As Variable Mediation. This type of research using quantitative research with survey method. This research was conducted at PT Wira Cipta Perkasa and use methods of sampling probability sampling and the sampling technique is simple random sampling. A total sample of 100 people, Data analysis techniques in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using PLS (Partial Least Square) as a software, The results of this study prove Green Recruitment, Green Training and Employee Green Behavior positive and significant effect on the behavior of environmental performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work from home , information technology, and innovative behavior on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable (study on BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership personnel). The research method uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling , with a total sample of 263 people. Research data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, the results obtained that: 1) Work From Home has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, 2) Information Technology has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, 3) Innovative Behavior has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, 4) Work From Home has an effect on Performance Employees, 5) Information Technology affects Employee Performance, 6) Innovative Behavior affects Employee Performance, 7) Job Satisfaction affects Employee Performance, 8) Work From Home, Information Technology, and Innovative Behavior simultaneously affect Employee Performance, 9) Work From Home , Information Technology, Innovative Behavior, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously affect Employee Performance, 10) Job Satisfaction can mediate Work From Home on Employee Performance, 11) Job Satisfaction can mediate Information Technology on Employee Performance, 12) Job Satisfaction can mediate Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance.
