Abstract

To increase profits for companies, a highly motivated workforce is needed, profit will increase if supported by good work productivity of workers. The achievement of these objectives depends on the policies adopted by the company. But on the other hand, the work productivity of workers decreases, this is due to low work motivation and the relative compensation of only enough for the basic needs of the lives of workers, this results in targeted production not being achieved according to targets set by the company, as for the goals. This study aims to determine (1) compensation provided by PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, (2) motivation of workers at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, (3) work productivity at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, and (4) the effect of compensation and motivation both jointly and individually on work productivity at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung. The method used is descriptive and expansive survey method of the analysis unit of the workers of PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung. Sampling using a random sampling method and simple with a sample of (n) 85 workers. The type of investigation into this study is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional and the analytical method used is frequency distribution and path analysis. The findings of this study are compensation and motivation both jointly and individually influencing work productivity workers at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, but partially dominant motivation affects work productivity rather than compensation

Abstract

Employees are human resources that are very important for the company because they have the mind, mind, talent, creativity, and energy needed to do all the work given by the company to achieve company goals. The better the performance of individuals within a company, the better the performance of the company, and vice versa, the lower the performance of individual employees will reduce the performance of the company. The research aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style and work environment on work motivation and performance at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri both simultaneously and partially. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis schematic diagram of the two sub-structures so that the research is descriptive and verificative, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses to get conclusions and suggestions using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The research was conducted at a consulting service company, PT. Nuansa Citramandiri with a research sample of 97 respondents. The research data were obtained from a 5-point ordinal scale questionnaire which was transformed into interval data. The results of the study are: 1) There is a partial influence of leadership style on employee motivation at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri; 2) There is a partial influence of the work environment on employee motivation at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri; 3) There is an influence of leadership style and work environment simultaneously on motivation at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri. 4) There is an influence of work motivation on performance at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the effects of digital communication, supply chain services and tourism on the decision to visit Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used to gather data through 400 survey participants. This study took the form of a methodology, design and approach framework. It analyzed the effect of digital communication, supply chain services and tourism with Quantitative data collected from Indonesia tourists and social media users. Probability sampling was used to collect data in a random manner. This method was used in a study that used Structural Equation Modeling and the SEM-PLS method. Results showed that digital supply chain and communication services had a significant positive impact on the interest of visitors. This led to a significant increase in their choice to visit a location. Additionally, this led to a significant increase in the impact of their decision on whether or not to visit.

Abstract

The dormitory environment from the field questionnaire results is very conducive, starting from all the facilities and infrastructure in the student learning process, this is in accordance with the results of the responses from the respondents. Character development is a management program. From the field results data, all respondents gave very positive responses and the respondents, namely students, were very appreciative of all development programs that could help students develop their religious and social potential. Student learning motivation at the Bumi Kartika Asri dormitory in Jatinangor is an encouragement for students to always be tenacious in completing their assignments, be persistent, be able to show their interests and talents, and always pay attention to their enthusiasm and desire to succeed. The influence of the dormitory environment and the character development program on student learning motivation at Bumi Kartika Asri Jatinnagor from the results of field data stated that there was a significant influence because it could be proven by the results of data analysis using the SPSS for Windows program.

Abstract

The existence of information becomes a very important part for individuals. The process of processing data into information is the main activity carried out by each individual. The process of processing data into information provides benefits not only for individuals, but also for organizations. Information is crucial for individuals and organizations. Information plays an important role in all aspects of life, both individuals and organizations. This study aims to determine the effect of information technology and organizational structure on the quality of accounting information systems and the effect of the quality of accounting information systems on the quality of accounting information at universities in Bandung. The population of this research is all universities in Bandung, with a sample of 30 universities with 3 observation units from each university. The research results are processed using the SEM-PLS approach with the help of the Wrap-PLS application. The results of the study came from 28 universities with a questionnaire return rate of 78 respondents, showing the results that there is an influence between information technology and organizational structure on the quality of accounting information systems and there is an influence between the quality of accounting information systems on the quality of accounting information.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the impact of Earnings Management on both Firm Value and the Timeliness of Financial Reporting within the manufacturing sector of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2014 and 2017. This study incorporates three independent variables, namely Earnings Management (X1), Leverage (X2), and Profitability (X3), as well as two dependent variables, which are Firm Value (Y1) and Timeliness of Financial Reporting (Y2). In order to test the research hypothesis, Canonical Correlation Analysis is employed. The sampling technique utilized is purposive sampling, resulting in a total sample size of 104, representing 26 manufacturing companies over a consecutive 4-year period. The findings of the analysis and testing indicate that, when controlling for leverage and profitability, earnings management has a significant impact on firm value, but not on the timeliness of financial reporting.

Abstract

Pusat Penerbangan Angkatan Darat merupakan badan pelaksana pusat TNI AD, dalam melaksanakan tugas pokoknya menggunakan pesawat udara memerlukan tingkat keamanan tinggi. Salah satu faktor pendukung terciptanya keamanan yang tinggi adalah dengan berupaya untuk mengatasi masalah sumber daya manusia, hal ini menjadi perhatian serius oleh Pimpinan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisa besarnya Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap peningkatan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai serta pengaruh tingkat komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap disiplin kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Pusat Penerbangan Angkatan Darat, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan ini yaitu kuantitatif, dengan model penelitian path analisis dengan maksud untuk memecahkan masalah dengan cara mengumpulkan data, menyusun data, kemudian menganalisis secara statistik serta menginterprestasi untuk selanjutnya mendapatkan suatu hasil yang valid dengan menggunakan perhitungan aplikasi Statistical Product And Service Solutions. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data statistik yang dilakukan maka diperoleh hasil penelitian antara lain yaitu komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja dengan hasil nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0.363 dan t hitung sebesar 2,957>2,01 (P>0.05). Maka hipotesis penelitian ini dikatakan diterima, sementara kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin dapat dilihat dari hasil nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0.394 dan t hitung 3,206 > 2,10 (P>0.05). Maka hipotesis penelitian ini dikatakan diterima. Dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan. Disiplin yang ditunjukkan oleh pegawai negeri sipil saat ini sudah cukup baik namun masih perlu ditingkatkan dalam memberikan pemahaman dan kesadaran kepada para pegawai untuk melaksanakan tugas dengan baik, berinisiatif, bekerja sesuai arahan pimpinan, bekerjasama dan adanya perbaikan dalam hal gaji yang diterima sesuai dengan kinerja dan pemberian promosi.

Abstract

This Study Entitled The Influence Of Competency And Teacher Performance On Student Learning Motivation In Muhammadiyah 6 Bandung Middle School. This research is conducted on the basis that the competencies that must be possessed by the teacher as the mandate of the Law and the performance of the teacher both in educating, guiding and teaching students will have a positive impact on the formation of student motivation. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of teacher competency and performance on student learning motivation. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method as a lot of research demanded to use numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, and the appearance of the results, but in the final results a descriptive description of the final conclusions from the calculation of the numbers is clearly explained. The final results of this study are looking at the effectiveness of teacher competencies, looking at teacher performance and student motivation so far in the field. And the main outcome of this study is to see how much influence the competence and performance of teachers have on student motivation seen from the results of the analysis data using SPSS 23.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze (1) organizational climate; (2) work motivation; (3) employee performance; (4) the effect of organizational climate and motivation on employee performance at the Garut Regency Health Office, both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research is in accordance with the expected objectives, namely descriptive and verification methods. The unit of analysis in this study was the employees of the Garut Regency Health Office, with a sample of 51 people and the analysis method used is frequency distribution and path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that the Organizational climate at the Garut Regency Health Office is quite conducive; employees of the Garut Regency Health Office have a high level of motivation; employees of the Garut Regency Health Office have a high performance. Employees of the Garut Regency Health Office have a fairly high performance and organizational climate and motivation affect the performance of employees of the Garut Regency Health Office. However, when viewed partially, it turns out that organizational climate is more dominant in influencing employee performance than motivation. Organizational climate dominantly influences employee performance rather than motivation, therefore the Garut Regency Health Office is required to prioritize improvements in the organizational climate of employees by carrying out continuous bureaucratic reform.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan (2) Disiplin Kerja; (3) Kinerja Pegawai; serta (4) Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung, baik secara simultan maupun parsial.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey deskriptif dan survey eksplanatori, unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah para Pegawai Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung dengan sampel sebanyak 56 orang. Tipe investigasinya adalah causalitas, serta time horizon dalam penelitian ini adalah cross- sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian,diperoleh bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan pada Kepala Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung baik, Disiplin Kerja pada Pegawai Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung pada umumnya dapat dikatakan baik, Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung saat ini dinilai baik. Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung. Namun secara parsial Disiplin Kerja dominan mempengaruhi Kinerja daripada Gaya Kepemimpinan.Karena Disiplin Kerja lebih dominan mempengaruhi Kinerja, menjadi prioritas pertama dalam meningkatkan Kinerja maka Pegawai Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung diharapkan untuk tetap konsisten mempertahankan kondisi yang ada, sehingga mampu bekerja lebih profesional.
