Abstract

Household dependency on Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) gas increased Indonesian LPG imports. Therefore, the government encourages the conversion of LPG to induction stoves. However, induction stove users are less than LPG users. LPG stoves, electric stoves, and induction have their advantages and disadvantages. Consumers have different behaviours/responses to each change because each consumer has a diverse/heterogeneous character. This study analyzes the factors influencing consumer intentions to adopt an induction stove. The method used in determining factor analysis is the Structure Equation Model (SEM). The SEM method can model a causal relationship with a complex problem and determine the percentage of influence. The analysis found that the intention to adopt an induction stove was significantly influenced by subjective norm (SN), perceived behaviour control (PBC), and attitude toward behaviour (ATT). PBC is affected considerably by Speed, Maintenance, Cost, and Product Safety. ATT is significantly affected by Speed, Cost, Maintenance, and Security. Alternative penetration policy can be carried out on product heating speed, cost, and product maintenance, which are the variables that most significantly influence the adoption of induction stoves.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Kampung Tudung berada di Desa Grujugan Kecamatan Petanahan Kabupaten Kebumen Porvinsi Jawa Tengah. Wisata Kampung Tudung disingkat “Wiskadung”. Saat ini, pemasaran Wiskadung menggunakan media manual seperti brosur dan media instragram.Namun pengelolaan instragram masih belum optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola Wiskadung dalam hal penggunaan media online pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan antara lain observasi lapangan, forum group discussion, pelatihan media sosial, pembuatan website kampung tudung, sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengelolaan website. Hasil seluruh rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian adalah Instagram wiskadung lebih terkelola menjadi lebih baik dengan adanya penambahan highlight. Sedangkan semula hanya website desa yang digunakan untuk informasi Wiskadung, saat ini sudah ada website kampungtudung dot com yang dapat digunakan untuk salah satu media promosi Wiskadung.

Abstract

Pada bidang industri, keadaan mesin bubut sangat berperan, terutama di dalam industri permesinan. CV. Tojaya Machinery adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur yang memproduksi mesin industri. Perusahaan ini memproduksi berbagai kebutuhan perusahaan industri seperti mesin roll press cutting otomatis penggiling mie. CV. Tojaya Machinery mengalami penurunan target produksi pada produk mesin roll press cutting otomatis penggiling mie. Salah satu penyebab penurunan target adalah adanya antrian material pada proses pembubutan sehingga terjadi bottleneck. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya kekurangan dan kelebihan material yang akan diproses khususnya pada mesin bubut. Solusi yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini untuk mencapai tujuan produksi secara optimal adalah dengan menambah 1 unit mesin produksi part roll pemipih untuk meringankan waktu proses dan meningkatkan kapasitas mesin. Pencapaian produksi perusahaan adalah 300 unit, setelah menerapkan alternatif solusi, hasilnya adalah 413 unit.

Abstract

Abstract The main product of the bamboo-craftsmen group in Grujugan Village, Kebumen Regency, Central Java, is a bamboo cap (tudung). Because the tudung product has taken root in the community, Grujugan Village has branded itself as a Tudung Village. The problem of bamboo craftsmen in Grujugan Village is the lack of ability to innovate and diversify product. Therefore, this community service aims to train and mentoring craftsmen in product diversification. The method used is training and mentoring. During the training, the instructor teaches how to create new crafts, that are plates made from coconut sticks. Mentoring was held on July-August. Based on observations before the service was carried out, as many as 95% of the participants had not mastered making woven stick plates. After training and mentoring, 75% of participants were able to make stick plates, of which 50% were able to make stick plates neatly, while the other 25% of the participants were only at the stage of being able to understand the technique of weaving sticks into plates. In conclusion, this community service can enhance the abilities and skills of craftsmen, boost their innovation capabilities, and enable them to create new products in Tudung Village. Abstrak Produk utama kelompok perajin bambu di Desa Grujugan Kabupaten Kebumen Jawa Tengah adalah tudung (caping bambu). Karena produk tudung yang sudah mengakar di masyarakat, Desa Grujugan membranding diri sebagai Kampung Tudung dengan ciri khas kerajinan tudung. Meskipun lama menggeluti kriya bambu, namun variasi produk belum banyak. Selain tudung, perajin membuat peralatan rumah tangga seperti besek, kukusan, dan tenggok. Permasalahan perajin bambu di Desa Grujugan adalah kurangnya kemampuan inovasi dan diversifikasi jenis produk. Oleh karenanya, pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan melatih dan mendampingi perajin untuk diversifikasi produk Kampung Tudung berupa piring anyaman kepada kelompok perajin Desa Grujugan. Metode yang digunakan adalah praktik langsung dan pendampingan. Pelatihan secara spesifik mengajarkan bagaimana membuat piring anyaman dari bahan yang lebih sesuai yaitu lidi. Pendampingan diberikan selama bulan Juli- Agustus. Berdasarkan observasi sebelum dilakukan pengabdian, sebanyak 95% peserta belum menguasai teknik pembuatan piring anyaman lidi. Setelah pelatihan dan pendampingan, 75% peserta mampu membuat piring lidi, dimana 50% mampu membuat piring lidi dengan rapi, sedangkan 25% peserta lainnya baru pada tahap mampu memahami teknik menganyam lidi menjadi piring. Kesimpulannya, pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dapat meningkatan kemampuan dan ketrampilan perajin, meningkatkan kemampuan inovasi perajin, dan mampu menghasilkan produk baru di Kampung Tudung.

Abstract

The growth of tourist villages in Kebumen has created increasingly fierce competition. Competition supported by good management can improve the quality of tourist destinations. A strategy is needed in competition to improve the quality of Tourism Villages. Karanggayam Tourism Village is one of the tourist villages in Kebumen. To improve the quality of this destination is needed to increase the number of visitors and community participation in managing the Tourism Village. Community Service Program as an effort to improve the quality of Tourism Villages by prioritizing the 4A aspects of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary. Program implementation is based on the Plan Do Check Action (PDCA) concept. This technique can increase the number of visitors and community participation by 25%. The sustainability of the Tourism Village is carried out with support and collaboration between levels of society.

Abstract

Food loss is currently a global problem for both developing and developed countries. Food loss is defined as the loss of a portion of food that is still raw but cannot be processed into a food product because the resulting material does not meet the desired quality. Food loss occurs in livestock production, and one focus is the milk supply chain. Food loss in milking usually occurs due to activities carried out during the harvest, post-harvest, and distribution processes. Food loss in the milk supply chain is caused by decreased milk quality and the farmer's attitude. Problems regarding the attitude of farmers that often occur are farmers' low attitude of responsibility to conduct something. This study aims to determine the effect of farmer attitudes to food loss in the milk supply chain. The method used was quantitative by collecting data from a survey of 46 milk farmers in Bayumas. Then, data were analyzed using the ANOVA approach. The results showed that demographics significantly affect farmers’ attitudes toward food loss in the milk supply chain. The food loss is due to farmers' treatments, including feeding, filtering milk into milk cans, and depositing milk in the shelter. Most farmers are over 50 and need more attention and knowledge about food loss in the milk supply chain. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct regular counseling programs for farmers in the supply chain regarding food loss mitigation. The stakeholders can provide the program to add new insights related to food loss. There should be intervention from the deposit shelter and cooperative in helping to increase farmers' awareness of food loss in quantity and quality.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are pivotal to economic development, particularly in Indonesia, where they contribute significantly to employment and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, the adoption of sophisticated technologies such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems remains a challenge due to constraints in resources, resistance to change, and implementation costs. This study applies a system dynamics methodology to develop an ERP adoption model specifically tailored for SMEs in Banyumas. The model synthesizes mental models derived from a comprehensive review of literature and semi-structured interviews with relevant stakeholders, culminating in the creation of a Causal Loop Diagram (CLD). This diagram identifies key feedback loops influencing ERP adoption, including reinforcing loops related to awareness and business benefits, and balancing loops that address implementation challenges such as cost and complexity. The findings underscore the critical role of government support, the development of cost-effective ERP solutions, and the importance of training programs in facilitating ERP adoption. The proposed model provides practical insights for policymakers and ERP providers to enhance digital transformation within SMEs.

Abstract

Food waste is a significant sustainable challenge in Indonesia, particularly in commercial centers like Banyumas, it ranks as the second largest source of food waste. Despite the availability of information on food waste management, a substantial amount of food waste continues to be generated by food Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). This research aims to categorize food SMEs in Banyumas based their food waste management behavior. The Extended Norm Activation Model framework was employed to assess the behavior of food SMEs in managing food waste. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 115 food SMEs in Banyumas, leading to the formation of two clusters through K-Means clustering: unmanageable and manageable. The unmanageable cluster exhibited the lowest levels of knowledge, awareness, and intention regarding food waste management and still requires substantial improvement in managing food waste. In contrast, the manageable cluster comprises food SMEs that have successfully implemented food waste management practices. These businesses demonstrate a heightened awareness of the food waste issue, take individual responsibility for addressing it, actively work to reduce waste. The finding of this research can serve as a basis fpr developing tailored mitigation strategies based on the behavior of SMEs in each cluster.

Perancangan tata letak fasilitas yang diterapkan dalam dunia usaha dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitasproduksi, kecepatan produksi, mengurangi waktu tunggu, meminimalkan jarak perpindahan dan memanfaatkan areayang tersisa. . Abstract

Pasar tradisional mengalami tantangan besar akibat persaingan dengan pasar modern dan e-commerce, yangmenyebabkan penurunan jumlah pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan kunjungan ke Pasar Wage Purwokerto berdasarkan perilaku konsumen menggunakan metode K-Means dan SWOT. Metode K-Means digunakan untuk mengelompokkan konsumen berdasarkan pola belanja mereka, sedangkan analisis SWOT mengevaluasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang menyebabkan penurunan pengunjung adalah ketidaknyamanan fasilitas, kebersihan yang kurang terjaga, dan minimnya promosi digital. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, tiga strategi utama yang diusulkan adalah peningkataninfrastruktur fisik pasar untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih nyaman, peningkatan kebersihan guna meningkatkandaya tarik konsumen, serta digitalisasi layanan yang berfungsi sebagai promosi dan branding. Dengan menerapkan strategi ini, diharapkan Pasar Wage Purwokerto dapat meningkatkan daya saingnya, menarik lebih banyak pengunjung, serta mempertahankan perannya sebagai pusat ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan di tengah persaingan pasar modern.Kata kunci— Clustering, K-Means, SWOT, Pasar Tradisional, Peningkatan Pengunjung
