Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how the efforts of a teacher in increasing the activity of student learning in the Qur'anic lessons of Hadith through the circuit learning method. In this paper also provides a way to use the circuit learning method in learning the Qur'an hadith. By using this method it is hoped that it can influence the activeness of students in the learning process and ends in an increased understanding of the Qur'anic lessons of Hadith. Circuit learning model is one of the strategies used in the implementation of the learning process through a group approach by requiring students to develop words in their own language related to material that has been studied as a group. This research took place at MA Sultan Agung Bloar. The results of this study note that the circuit learning method is effective in increasing student learning activeness seen from students' participation in answering and giving comments in learning using their own language.

Abstract

Abstract: The current challenges in national education persist, and they remainunsolvable as the content transformed during the education and learning processconstantly faces the pressures of advancements in science, technology, andsocietal progress. The demands of an independent curriculum are a fundamentalurgency in the world of education that emphasizes aspects of development and21st century skills, in its implementation in vocational high schools groupingsubjects becomes one form of implementation of these aspects by combiningscience and social studies subjects into IPAS in the form of projects, it makes theduration of learning hours long which will certainly affect student interest andmotivation during the learning process, based on observations at SMKN 1 Metrothat the use of the duration of learning hours is fairly ineffective because itrequires 7 hours of IPAS learning in one meeting session.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the diversity of society is becoming increasingly complex, presenting a significant challenge in building social harmony and stability. Culture and tolerance play a crucial role in managing this diversity. Ma'had Al-Zaytun, as an Islamic educational institution in Indonesia, holds a strategic role in shaping culture and tolerance within the community at Ma'had Al-Zaytun. The aim of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of the strategies and approaches employed by Ma'had Al-Zaytun in fostering culture and tolerance in promoting diversity within the community at Ma'had Al-Zaytun. This research employs a literature review method to collect data from various relevant sources regarding the development of culture and tolerance in fostering community diversity at Ma'had Al-Zaytun. The results show that Ma'had Al-Zaytun has successfully developed culture and tolerance through intercultural training programs, interfaith discussions, and the teaching of tolerance values, which have enhanced understanding and tolerance attitudes among all members of the academic community. Tolerance education is applied in daily life through student exchange programs and religious celebration events. Close collaboration and regular evaluation are necessary to strengthen these programs and ensure that tolerance values remain integrated. This success serves as a model for other educational institutions in building a harmonious and open society in line with the spirit of Indonesia's diversity. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the research is to analyze the implementation of good governance and improve the understanding of all stakeholders components, the reality of performance achievement and law enforcement against the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Indonesia. Through this research, thoughts, doctrines, opinions, or concepts from previous research related to the object of research are obtained. Legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary laws. The results of the study show that the procedures and implementing mechanisms in the implementation of good governance and good governance function effectively and efficiently, national goals can be optimally achieved. Good governance must include the orientation of government competencies as well as the functioning of effective and efficient political and administrative structures and mechanisms. All stakeholder components about good governance by changing the pattern of public service from an elitist bureaucracy to a populist bureaucracy that is service-oriented and on the side of the interests of the community, starting from the central level ministries, to the level of local governments, such as districts/cities. Semarang Regency is transforming to create a good government. Implementation through the Semarang Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in improving the competence and performance of the State Civil Apparatus to create good governance in Semarang Regency.   ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis implementasi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) serta meningkatkan pemahaman seluruh komponen stakeholders, realitas pencapaian kinerja dan penegakan hukum terhadap Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Indonesia. Melalui penelitian ini, diperoleh pemikiran, doktrin, pendapat, atau konsep-konsep dari penelitian sebelumnya yang berhubungan dengan objek penelitian. Bahan-bahan hukum yang terdiri dari hukum primer, sekunder, dan tertier. Hasil penelitian bahwa prosedur dan mekanisme implementatif dalam penyelenggaraan good governance dan pemerintahan yang baik berfungsi secara efektif dan efisien, tujuan nasional dapat tercapai optimal. Pemerintahan yang baik harus mencakup orientasi kompetensi pemerintahan serta fungsi struktur dan mekanisme politik dan administratif yang efektif dan efisien. Seluruh komponen stakeholders tentang pemerintahan yang baik dengan mengubah pola pelayanan publik dari birokrasi elitis menjadi birokrasi populis yang berorientasi pada pelayanan dan berpihak pada kepentingan masyarakat, mulai Kementerian tingkat Pusat, sampai ke tingkat pemerintahan daerah, seperti Kabupaten/Kota. Kabupaten Semarang melakukan transformasi untuk menciptakan pemerintahan yang baik. Implementasi melalui Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Semarang dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara untuk menciptakan pemerintahan yang baik di Kabupaten Semarang

Abstract

Bimbingan Konseling sendiri memiliki makna suatu proses pemberian bantuan yang dilakukan oleh ahli (konselor atau guru BK) kepada klien (konseli atau peserta didik) yang bertujuam membantu menyelesaikan dan mencari jalan keluar suatu permasalahan yang dialami oleh konseli baik masalah pribadi, karir, maupun sosial. Tujuan umum bimbingan dan konseling yaitu membantu individu mengembangkan diri secara optimal sesuai potensi didalam dirinya. Peran guru BK yang sesungguhnya ialah menjadi sahabat peserta didik. Sahabat yang dapat diartikan teman bercerita keluh kesah dari peserta didik atau konseli yang memiliki beban permasalahan dalam hidupnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan dengan subjek dan objek penelitian di MA Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Gabus, Pati. Hasil penelitian menyatakan peserta didik mayoritas memiliki stigma negatif terhadap guru BK dikarenakan kurangnya sosialiasi tentang peran guru BK yang sesungguhnya.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe individual characteristics, job characteristics, organizational climate, work motivation, and teacher performance, (2) analyze the influence of individual characteristics, job characteristics, and organizational climate on work motivation, (3) test their influence on teacher performance, (4) examine the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, and (5) explore the mediating role of work motivation in the relationship between individual characteristics, job characteristics, organizational climate, and teacher performance. This explanatory study involved teachers from SMA Maarif NU in Pasuruan in 20 districts, with a population of 485 teachers. The proportional random sampling method was used to select 110 teachers. Data were collected using a structured instrument distributed to respondents. The results showed that: (1) individual characteristics are shaped by interests, attitudes, and needs; job characteristics by skill diversity, task identity, task clarity, autonomy, and feedback; organizational climate by responsibility, identity, warmth, support, and conflict; work motivation by achievement, recognition, work rewards, and personal development; and teacher performance by professional, personal, and social competence. (2) Individual characteristics, job characteristics, and organizational climate have a positive effect on work motivation. (3) These variables also have a positive impact on teacher performance. (4) Work motivation significantly improves teacher performance. (5) Work motivation mediates the influence of individual characteristics, job characteristics, and organizational climate on teacher performance. This study concludes that work motivation plays an important role as an intervention, with the total influence of these variables on performance exceeding the direct influence

Abstract

This study is an ADDIE model- based development research aiming to develop and validate a guided inquiry-based science practicum module integrated with PhET Simulation on wave concepts for junior high school students. The research subjects were eighth-grade students at SMPN 9 Metro. The module was designed to address limitations in laboratory facilities and students' difficulties in comprehending abstract concepts. The development process was limited to the development phase, involving validation by material and media experts. Data were collected through quantitative descriptive assessment using a Likert scale instrument. The final product contains structured practicum activities aligned with guided inquiry syntax, supplemented with interactive simulations to support student comprehension. Validation results indicate that the module is highly feasible for use, with an average feasibility percentage of 97.4%. Feedback from validators strengthened the module's refinement, particularly in terms of appearance, clarity of instructions, and media integration. The combination of the inquiry approach and PhET Simulation not only supports independent learning but also helps students visualize wave concepts more concretely and engagingly. This module is recommended as an innovative learning media alternative that can encourage scientific literacy and strengthen 21st-century skills. The theoretical contribution of this study is the strengthening of the foundation for developing digital simulation-based and guided inquiry learning. Furthermore, the availability of a valid module that can be directly applied in junior high school science instruction represents the practical contribution of this research.

Abstract

Abstract: Physics is one of the subjects that is quite abstract and difficult for students to understand, especially in wave material. So it requires relevant learning media to help students understand the material to be delivered. This study aims to overcome the limitations in the delivery of wave material through the development of a wave simulation model design using Microsoft Excel as a learning media, then test the feasibility and level of attractiveness of the model. This research was designed using the Research and Development (R&D) research method based on the 4-D research model. The research respondents were Class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Rumbia in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research and development produces a final product in the form of physics learning media for wave material based on Microsoft Excel. This wave learning media can present simulations of transverse waves, longitudinal waves, and wave superposition made using the developer menu. The learning media that has been made is then validated by experts, namely media experts and material experts. Media expert validation obtained a percentage of 88.94% with very feasible eligibility criteria, while material expert validation obtained a percentage of 85.11% with very feasible eligibility criteria, and the results of small group trials obtained a percentage of 86% with very feasible eligibility criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI TKRO 2 SMK Nasional Malang pada kompetensi sistem transmisi manual melalui implementasi model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang didukung media interaktif Quizizz. Latar belakang penelitian adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran sebelumnya yang cenderung konvensional dan kurang melibatkan teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus, masing-masing meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi post test, dokumentasi, dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Pada pra-siklus, rata-rata nilai siswa sebesar 57,08 dengan ketuntasan 0%. Setelah siklus I, rata-rata meningkat menjadi 75,83 dengan ketuntasan 75%. Pada siklus II, rata-rata nilai mencapai 85 dengan ketuntasan 96%. Implementasi PBL dengan media Quizizz terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif siswa, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan hasil belajar pada materi transmisi manual. Dengan demikian, model ini direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan secara lebih luas dalam pembelajaran vokasional yang menuntut keterampilan analitis dan praktis siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pencapaian hasil belajar siswa kelas XI TSM di SMK Nasional Malang pada kompetensi Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan tahapan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, serta refleksi pada masing-masing siklus. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pencapaian belajar siswa; nilai rata-rata yang semula 51 pada pra-siklus meningkat menjadi 73 pada siklus pertama, dan mencapai 82 pada siklus kedua, melampaui Kriteria Ketuntasan Kompetensi Program (KKTP) yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 75. Model TGT terbukti mampu membangun atmosfer belajar yang interaktif, menggembirakan, dan mendorong kerjasama tim dan motivasi siswa melalui kompetisi yang sehat. Penggunaan model pembelajaran TGT direkomendasikan dalam penelitian ini sebagai cara efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep teknis seperti CVT dalam lingkungan SMK.
