Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi presensi karyawan berbasis web dengan GPS dan Swafoto untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan akurasi pencatatan kehadiran di D’Sawah Bogor Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D), sedangkan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, metode yang diterapkan adalah Extreme Programming (XP), yang berfokus pada iterasi cepat, komunikasi intensif dengan pengguna, dan peningkatan kualitas perangkat lunak. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan PHP Native dan MySQL sebagai basis data, dengan fitur GPS untuk validasi lokasi presensi dan swafoto sebagai verifikasi identitas karyawan.

Abstract

This article examines the role of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as the architect of a multicultural nation through a study of the Medina Charter and hadiths on equality and tolerance, as well as a reflection of these values in the context of Indonesian nationality. The Medina Charter, formulated by the Prophet, demonstrates an inclusive political approach, recognizing ethnic and religious diversity, and establishing a social governance based on equality and justice. Similarly, the Prophet's hadiths emphasize universal values such as human equality, protection of minorities, and respect for the rights of non-Muslim citizens. In the context of Indonesia as a pluralistic nation, the principles contained in the Medina Charter and the Prophet's hadiths are highly relevant. Reflection on these values can inspire strengthening national spirit, interfaith tolerance, and building a peaceful multicultural society. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with textual analysis and a literature review of historical documents and classical Islamic sources. In conclusion, the values established by the Prophet Muhammad SAW through the Medina Charter and social hadiths can be used as a normative model in strengthening Indonesia's diversity and upholding the principles of justice and unity.

Abstract

This study explores the Constitution of Medina as an early model of prophetic political communication grounded in consensus, offering a relevant framework for managing diversity and fostering social cohesion in pluralistic societies. Utilizing a qualitative library research method, the study draws upon the primary source—the text of the Constitution of Medina—and integrates secondary literature from the field of political communication. The data were analyzed through content analysis to identify underlying communicative principles and political strategies within the Charter. The findings reveal that the Constitution operationalizes participatory dialogue and peaceful conflict resolution mechanisms, aligning closely with contemporary consensus-based political communication theories. These principles served not only to manage inter-group tensions but also to build a cooperative and just social order. The study concludes that the Constitution of Medina is not merely a historical document but a normative model that offers practical insights into inclusive governance, interfaith cooperation, and the ethical foundations of political discourse. Its relevance is especially significant today, where polarized societies seek coexistence and constructive engagement frameworks. Thus, the Medina Charter is relevant as a prophetic guide for inclusive political communication in multicultural and multireligious contexts. This study contributes to Islamic political thought and communication by providing a normative and historically grounded model for inclusive governance. It bridges classical Islamic sources with contemporary political communication theory, offering a framework applicable to modern pluralistic societies seeking ethical and participatory governance models.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the forms of religious moderation practiced within the environment of the Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Islamic Institute of Religion in Sambas, West Kalimantan. As an Islamic higher education institution located in the Indonesia-Malaysia border region, IAIS Sambas has a unique diversity of students coming from various religious and cultural backgrounds. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis related to institutional policies and activities. The research results show that the implementation of religious moderation at IAIS Sambas is realized through various programs, such as the establishment of interfaith dialogue forums, the integration of pluralism and diversity values into the curriculum, the organization of community activities on religious holidays, and scientific research and publications that support the dissemination of the concept of religious moderation. In addition, this institution actively collaborates with local communities and religious organizations to strengthen social harmony in society. The implications of this research indicate that the approach taken by IAIS Sambas can serve as a model for other higher education institutions, especially in areas with high religious and cultural pluralism, in creating an academic environment that is tolerant, inclusive, and conducive to religious harmony. Thus, this research contributes to the strengthening of the concept of religious moderation as a tool to prevent conflict and build a harmonious society amidst diversity.

Abstract

Impulse buying is a purchase made without careful consideration or prior planning. This is the act of purchasing a product or service on a whim, often due to emotional or impulsive impulses, without carefully considering whether the purchase is truly necessary or meets actual needs or desires. Impulsive purchases are often triggered by factors such as attractive promotions, peer or environmental pressure, or a person's impulsiveness in making decisions. This research focuses on the influence of hedonic shopping motivation which is based on pleasure and external stimuli, one of which is the shop environment which can increase consumers' opportunities to make purchases. This research aims to see the influence of Hedonic Shopping Motivation on impulse buying among young women in Tasikmalaya. The population in this study were young women in Tasikmalaya with sample determination using incidental sampling techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people. The measuring instruments used are the Hedonic Shopping Motivation scale, Store Atmosphere scale and Impulsive Buying. The results of data analysis show that Hedonic Shopping Motivation and store atmosphere have a significant effect on impulse buying. The results of the multiple regression analysis test show that, Hedonic Shopping Motivation and store atmosphere together have an influence of 50.7% on impulsive buying among young women in Tasikmalaya

Abstract

Irigasi lahan pertanian konvensional seringkali tidak efisien, menyebabkan pemborosan air, tenaga, dan sumber daya akibat ketiadaan data real-time mengenai kondisilahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun platform web Adosistering dengan menyediakan kontrol dan monitoring irigasi. Platform Adosistering dirancangmenggunakan metode Waterfall, dengan frontend berbasis web backend yang memanfaatkan Laravel, serta Firebase untuk menyimpan data real-time dan autentikasi pengguna. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan data real-time dari perangkat keras seperti sensor kelembaban dan debit air, serta memungkinkan kontrol pompa irigasi jarak jauh. Hasil pengujian selama 14 hari di Dawuhan menunjukkan bahwa platform Adosistering mampu melakukan kontrol dan irigasi secara efektif. Sistem ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan kelembaban tanah secara signifikan dalam waktu relatif singkat. Data pengujian mencatat rata-rata kelembaban tanah sebesar 57% dengan total durasi aktif pompa sekitar 78 menit, dan penggunaan air sebesar 2.457,66 liter atau 175,55 liter per hari.Kata kunci— Irigasi, Kontrol, Monitoring, Website, Laravel, Firebase

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe need for clean water is increasing, especially in urban areas, where it is becoming a scarce commodity and has commercial value. The government-owned Drinking Water Company (PDAM), commonly known as the "Drinking Water Company," provides and meets the clean water needs of residents, government agencies, and businesses in urban areas. However, obtaining this clean water supply inevitably incurs costs. For agencies or businesses, this clean water consumption is a significant expense that requires careful consideration. Therefore, water consumption requires judicious use to avoid inflated water bills. Therefore, an automated tool is needed to help control PDAM water usage and maintain stable costs. By utilizing an internet-based system, the tool will make it easier for users to manage and control PDAM water usage remotely. The tool uses a Wemos D1 microcontroller and the BLYNK application as a supporting system that can be operated via a smartphone with the help of an internet connection.

Abstract

Perkembangan media digital telah menjadikan visual sebagai elemen utama dalam strategi komunikasi dan digital marketing, termasuk di lingkungan pesantren yang mulai beradaptasi dengan transformasi digital. Fotografi tidak lagi sekadar berfungsi sebagai dokumentasi, tetapi menjadi sarana storytelling visual yang mampu menyampaikan pesan, nilai, dan identitas secara efektif. Namun, keterampilan dalam menghasilkan foto yang komunikatif dan bernilai naratif masih menjadi kendala bagi santri dan pengelola media pesantren. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan storytelling visual melalui pelatihan fotografi dasar yang relevan dengan kebutuhan digital marketing di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi konseptual mengenai storytelling visual, pengenalan teknik dasar fotografi menggunakan perangkat sederhana seperti smartphone, praktik pengambilan foto berbasis tema, serta evaluasi dan diskusi hasil karya peserta.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian teori dan praktik penjaminan pengembalian modal dalam akad Mudarabah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, dengan fokus pada implementasi dan efektivitasnya dalam lembaga keuangan syariah tersebut. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, prosedur penelitian yang dilakukan melalui hasil dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa jaminan pengembalian modal pembiayaan Mudharabah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep adalah bahwa bank ini memberikan pembiayaan Mudharabah sebagai bentuk kerja sama bisnis antara bank dan nasabah yang disesuaikan dengan fatwa DSN-MUI No.07 Tahun 2000. Modal yang dipinjam dikembalikan dalam durasi jangka pendek, dan penjaminan memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan pelunasan utang. Sedangkan pengukuran efektiviatasnya sebsar 100% melalui empat indikator dan juga melalui analisis 5C digunakan untuk menilai nasabah, meminimalkan risiko, dan menjalankan pembiayaan sesuai prosedur yang ditetapkan. Abstract

The increasingly competitive in business world requires companies to continue to innovate in order to survive in the Market Dynamics. The world economy is currently starting to shift to a knowledge-based economy in its human resource management practices, which are expected to achieve organizational innovation.
