Abstract

Gejala Disleksia Anak disleksia memiliki perbedaan gejala satu sama lain. Satu-satunya sifat yang sama pada mereka adalah kemampuan membacanya yang sangat rendah dilihat dari usia dan inteligensi yang dimilikinya. Setiap anak memiliki kecenderungan disleksia, dan ada pula anak yang tidak disleksia tetapi mempunyai pengalaman kesulitan membaca. Anak disleksia yang kidal dapat menggunakan kedua belah tangan, misalnya saat menulis, namun mereka sering kali membaca dari kanan ke kiri. Disleksia merupakan kelainan dengan dasar kelainan neurobiologis, dan ditandai dengan kesulitan dalam mengenali kata dengan tepat/akurat, dalam pengejaan dan dalam pengkodean simbol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui anak yang kesulitan membaca di SDN 31 CAKRANEGARA. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Ada beberapa aktor penyebab anak mengalami kesulitan membaca diantaranya, faktor biologis, kognitif dan perilaku lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis respon guru terhadap anak disleksia di kelas V SDN 34 Mataram. Dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara, penelitian ini mengevaluasi sejauh mana guru terlibat dalam memberikan bimbingan kepada anak disleksia. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa intervensi guru mencakup berbagai aspek, dan evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan 22 indikator pernyataan dalam kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang praktik pendidikan inklusif di kelas V SDN 34 Mataram. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dibandingkan dengan penelitian terdahulu yang menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara guru dan ahli pendidikan khusus memiliki dampak positif terhadap perkembangan anak disleksia. Penting untuk dicatat bahwa dalam penelitian ini hanya satu anak disleksia yang menjadi subjek penelitian, sehingga hasilnya mungkin tidak dapat langsung diterapkan secara umum. Penelitian lain menemukan bahwa pengetahuan guru tentang disleksia dan kemampuan mereka dalam memberikan dukungan yang tepat memiliki dampak signifikan pada perkembangan anak disleksia. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah peningkatan pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia, di mana guru dapat memanfaatkan wawasan yang diperoleh untuk meningkatkan praktik pendidikan inklusif mereka dan memberikan dukungan yang lebih baik kepada anak-anak disleksia. Pengetahuan guru tentang disleksia juga menjadi kunci dalam memberikan bimbingan dan dukungan yang efektif kepada anak-anak disleksia, yang pada gilirannya dapat membantu mereka mencapai potensi belajar mereka yang sebenarnya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang berharga dalam meningkatkan pendidikan inklusif dan memberikan pedoman bagi guru dan pemangku kepentingan pendidikan untuk mendukung anak-anak disleksia dalam pengembangan mereka di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui muatan nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat pada buku teks siswa kelas 3 tema 2: menyayangi tumbuhan dan hewan kurikulum 2013 sekaligus untuk mengetahui perspektif guru mengenai muatan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terpadat dalam buku teks siswa kelas 3 tema 2: menyayangi tumbuhan dan hewan kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunkan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitan content analysis (analisis konten). Penelitian ini menggunakan buku teks siswa kelas 3 tema 2: menyayangi tumbuhan dan hewan kurikulum 2013 sebagai objek penelitian dan juga dua orang guru sebagai informan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data pada penelitian ini bersumber dari buku teks siswa kelas 3 tema 2: menyayangi tumbuhan dan hewan kurikulum 2013 dan dua orang guru sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman dengan hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai karakter yang temuat dalam buku teks siswa kelas 3 tema 2: menyayangi tumbuhan dan hewan kurikulum 2013 adalah nilai karakter religius, jujur, displin, santun, percaya diri, peduli, bertanggung jawab, gotong royong, dan mandiri. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa  guru memiliki perspektif masing-masing dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam proses pembelajaran kepada peserta didiknya.

Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out the pattern of management and implementation of BK at SDN 1 Kekeri, Kec. Gunungsari. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, with a descriptive research approach where data is collected and expressed in the form of words and images, the words are arranged in sentences, for example sentences resulting from interviews between researchers and informants. This research will be carried out at SDN Kekeri District. Gunungsari, Kab. West Lombok and is planned to be implemented for 8 months. The research subjects were school principals, teachers and students. Primary data sources, which include data in the form of interviews obtained from school principals, teachers and students. Apart from interviews, researchers also use data sources in the form of field observations, namely in the form of classroom learning processes and documentation. Secondary data is data sourced from reports or related documents found at the research location. This research uses data collection techniques: in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model of data analysis with stages: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verifications. Based on the research results, several important points were obtained. At SDN 1 Kekeri, various supports and assistance are provided by class teachers as supervisors/counselors at the elementary school. Various types of guidance and counseling support services and activities are carried out by class teachers with the aim of solving and overcoming potential problems arising in students. The scope of management and implementation of BK at SDN 1 Kekekri includes: (1) Direct services; (2) guidance and counseling services through the media; (3) administrative activities; and (4) additional duties/professional development for guidance and counseling teachers or counselors. To ensure the proper implementation of BK services at SDN 1 Kekeri, supervision of guidance is needed both technically and administratively. Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of students who have not been able to read correctly and have difficulty in understanding the meaning of each word or sentence read. Based on this background, the purpose of this study is to describe the teacher's efforts in overcoming reading learning difficulties of grade 2 students at SDN 45 Mataram. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subject of this research is the grade 2 teacher, while the object of this research is grade 2 students at SDN 45 Mataram. The methods used in data collection are observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques are carried out with stages of analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show learning problems of students who have difficulty reading and social problems of students who have difficulty reading in class.

Abstract

This research aims to describe writing errors in the narrative texts of class V students at SDN 34 Mataram in the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The object of this research is 27 narrative texts written by class V students at SDN 34 Mataram. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The technique used in collecting data is triangulation including interview techniques, documentation and test techniques. This triangulation technique is also a test of data credibility, where when the data collected through these three techniques produces the same data, the research is said to be credible. The researcher is the key instrument in this research, then the researcher also uses interview guides and tests as supporting instruments. The research results showed that errors in the use of word choice (diction) were the most common errors, amounting to 187 errors with a percentage of 42.43%. Errors in using dots resulted in 116 errors with a percentage of 26.30%. The next mistake that students often make is the error in using capital letters. There were 78 errors made by students in using capital letters with a percentage of 17.69%. The errors made by students were errors in using the words in, to and from as well as errors in using commas which amounted to 23 and 37 respectively with percentages of 5.22% and 8.39%. The suggestion given is for teachers to carry out more intensive learning, especially paying more attention to the writing aspect. Apart from that, students are also expected to practice a lot through teacher guidance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the head of a school as a motivator in increasing teachers' work motivation, an overview of teachers' work motivation and factors that affect the role of school principals in increasing teachers' work motivation. Research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation, with data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation/display, and data verification with conclusions. The results obtained in this study show that; 1) the role of the principal as a motivator, arranging a conducive work environment, regulating a comfortable working atmosphere, applying the principles of reward and punishment, and encouraging teachers to develop their careers.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an objective and comprehensive picture of the role of the principal in improving the professional competence of teachers at Public Elementary Schools in Central Lombok Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in the study were principals, teachers, education personnel and supervisors. Data were analyzed by reducing, displaying, drawing conclusions and verifying data. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it shows that the principal has an important role in improving the professional competence of teachers in their respective work environments, the mastery of professional competence of teachers at Public Elementary Schools in Central Lombok Regency is included in the moderate qualification, and there is a positive and significant relationship between the role of the principal and the mastery of competence of teachers at Public Elementary Schools in Central Lombok Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendiskripsikan peran komite sekolah sebagai badan pemberi pertimbangan, terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di TK Doremi Mataram Kecamatan Selaparang. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakaan kualitatif dalam bentuk studi kasus. Sumber data ada dua  yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari informan. Data sekunder bersumber dari dokumen resmi yang ada dalam bentuk catatan, gambar, foto dan bahan lain yang dapat mendukung penelitian ini. Prosedur pengumpulan data adalah: (1) wawancara terstruktur, (2) observasi, dan (3) studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi empat tehnik yaitu uji kredibilitas, uji transferabilitas, uji dependabilitas, dan uji konfirmabilitas.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa tidak ada peran serta komite dalam memberikan pertimbangan terhadap penerimaan dan pengelolaan peserta didik. Penerimaan dan pengelolaan peserta didik diatur sendiri oleh pihak sekolah, mulai dari menentukan metode dan kegiatan yang dilakasnakan dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan dan perkembangan anak usia dini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms of mathematics learning difficulties and the factors that influence them in sixth-grade students of SDN 40 Ampenan. The study used a descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observations and questionnaires given to 16 students as respondents. The questionnaire instrument consisted of 20 statements used to identify indicators of mathematics learning difficulties. The results showed that there were two students who experienced significant difficulties in understanding numbers, estimating quantities, and solving story problems. Factors causing these learning difficulties included internal factors, such as low interest and weak problem-solving skills, as well as external factors such as lack of environmental support and family socio-economic conditions. Learning observations also showed the need for additional assistance for students who experienced difficulties. This study emphasized the importance of adaptive learning interventions and environmental support to help students overcome mathematics learning difficulties optimally.
