Abstract

Bantuan hukum Cuma-Cuma adalah merupakan hak bagi setiap warga negara yang dapat digunakan kapanpun selama ketentuan yang dipersyaratkan dapat dipenuhi oleh setiap warga negara namun pada kenyataan ditengah masyarakat, hak tersebut tidak dapat terealisasi dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang eksistensi penggunaan bantuan hukum Cuma-Cuma dan prosedur penggunaan bantuan hukum Cuma-Cuma bagi setiap masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Pemahaman tentang penerapan bantuan hukum Cuma-Cuma menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah melalui berbagai lembaga yang ada, lembaga bantuan hukum dan lembaga pendidikan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat  (PKM) terkait sosialisasi Bantuan hukum Cuma-Cuma, Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat  (PKM) terkait sosialisasi dan edukasi masyarakat tentang penggunaan dan prosedur tahapan penggunaan bantuan hukum dan landasan hukum penerapan bantuan hukum Cuma-Cuma kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh sebanyak 50 orang peserta yang merupakan aparat Kelurahan, Tokoh Masyarakat dan Masyarakat dari Kelurahan Jawa, Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi terkait teknis penggunaan bantuan hukum Cuma-Cuma dan prosedur pengajuan bantuan hukum cuma-Cuma pelaksanaan kegiatan menghasilkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang prosedur penyelesaian persoalan pidana dan keperdataan. Berdasarkan monitoring selama kegiatan terhadap problema masyarakat dalam memahami dan mendapatkan layanan bantuan hukum dan konsultasi hukum secara Cuma-Cuma yang dijamin oleh undang-undang dan evaluasi di akhir kegiatan menunjukkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan ini sangat tinggi, rasa keingintahuan  serta  keberhasilannya  dalam  menyimak  materi  yang  disampaikan  terindikasi  pada  jawaban-jawaban yang diberikan sangat memuaskan. Sebanyak 5 pertanyaan uraian yang diberikan secara tertulis mampu dijawab oleh ke 50 peserta kegiatan tersebut dan mampu dijawab secara benar. Strengthening Community Understanding of the Use of Free Legal Aid and Legal Consultation Abstract Free legal aid is a right for every citizen which can be used at any time as long as the required provisions can be fulfilled by every citizen, but in reality in society, this right cannot be realized due to a lack of public understanding about the existence of the use of free legal aid and procedures for using free legal assistance for every person in need. Understanding the implementation of free legal aid is the responsibility of the government through various existing institutions, legal aid institutions and educational institutions. Community service activities (PKM) related to the socialization of free legal aid. Community service activities (PKM) related to the socialization and education of the public regarding the use and procedures for the stages of using legal aid and the legal basis for implementing free legal aid to the community. This activity was attended by 50 participants who were Village officials, Community Leaders and the Community from Java Village. The activity was carried out using lecture and discussion methods related to the technicalities of using free legal aid and procedures for applying for free legal aid. Based on monitoring during the activity and evaluation at the end of the activity, it showed that community participation in this activity was very high, their curiosity and success in listening to the material presented was indicated by the answers given which were very satisfying. A total of 5 descriptive questions given in writing were able to be answered by the 50 participants in the activity.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how the early warning system is constructed in detecting human trafficking. This research discusses human trafficking in Indonesia, where most of the victims were trafficked to neighboring countries in the border area. One of the unsolved problem exist today is human trafficking in frontier areas; hence, there are three major factors causing the number of human trafficking in Indonesia is in high level according to data from the International Organization for Migration. This article is using empirical legal research method. The results show that the construction of an early warning system can be formed by studying the methods or modes used by the perpetrators in committing the crime of human trafficking. However, for this concept to succeed, good synchronization is needed between filters that include potential victims, agencies or institutions that can represent administrative functions, and officers at border area guard posts.

Abstract

Hak-hak korban perdagangan manusia sering diabaikan, sehingga para korban ini sering ditolak restitusi atas kerugian yang disebabkan oleh kejahatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang dinamika seputar penerapan restitusi sebagai sarana pemenuhan hak-hak korban dengan menjawab dua pertanyaan kunci: (1) Bagaimana dinamika implementasi restitusi bagi korban perdagangan manusia di wilayah perbatasan Indonesia? dan (2) Upaya apa yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemenuhan hak-hak korban, terutama dalam kaitannya dengan restitusi? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Temuan, yang mewakili kontribusi baru, menunjukkan bahwa alasan utama kurangnya restitusi yang diberlakukan pada pelaku kejahatan perdagangan manusia berakar pada faktor yuridis dan sosiologis. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa reformasi hukum diperlukan untuk menggeser posisi restitusi dari hak korban menjadi kewajiban negara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the Loop Thermosyphon Heat Exchanger (LTHE) fluidized R134a refrigerant at variations in working fluid pressure of 0.8MPa and 1.2MPa. Thermosyphon is made of three parts, namely, evaporator, condenser and adiabatic part. Evaporators are made of 3/4 inch diameter copper pipe with a length of 3.5 cm. The condenser is made of 3/4 inch diameter copper pipe with a length of 15 cm. The adiabatic part of the steam line is made of copper pipes with a diameter of 3/4 inches and a length of 25 cm and a liquid line with a diameter of 3/8 inches with a length of 27 cm. Things that were investigated included the effect of air flow velocity (heated fluid) of 0.8 m/s, 1m/s, and 1.2m/s on the effectiveness of LTHE and the effect of an increase in evaporator temperature by 400C, 500C, and 600C on the effectiveness of LTHE. The study was conducted experimentally where the LTHE evaporator was heated with a heater. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of LTHE heat transfer work pressure of 1.2 MPa pressure is about 30-68% and higher than the effectiveness of LTHE heat transfer work pressure of 0.8 MPa pressure about 22-35%. Effectiveness decreases with increasing airflow velocity. The LTHE thermal resistance of 0.8 MPa pressure is around 0.3-0.450C/ W and is greater than the LTHE thermal resistance of 1.2 MPa pressure around 0.08-0.40C /W.

Abstract

Pendampingan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop selama satu hari dengan mengikutsertakan dosen dan staf administrasi dari berbagai prodi lembaga penelitian. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi pengenalan tentang OJS, langkah-langkah dalam mengelola OJS, praktik langsung dalam menggunakan OJS, serta strategi untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan aksesibilitas jurnal yang diterbitkan melalui OJS. Pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan dan pendampingan penggunaan OJS telah memberikan kontribusi yang positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan teknis peserta dalam mengelola jurnal ilmiah secara daring. Dengan demikian, disarankan untuk melanjutkan pelaksanaan pelatihan semacam ini dengan melibatkan lebih banyak peserta dari berbagai disiplin ilmu dan institusi pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh ketergantungan masyarakat akan energi listrik yang semakin besar seiring dengan kemajuan dibidang teknologi serta penambahan penduduk. Sementara itu energi fosil yang selama ini banyak digunakan diseluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia ketersediaan nya semakin menipis, sehingga perlu adanya energi alternatif yang dapat menggantikan energi fosil sebegai pengganti energi listrik utama. Salah satu nya adalah dengan memanfaatkan energi matahari yang memiliki jumlah melimpah serta ramah linkungan. Energi matahari dapat dimanfaatkan dengan merubahnya menjadi energi listrik menggunakan panel surya. Untuk dapat mengoptimalkan penyerapan sinar matahari perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat mengatur agar panel surya selalu berada pada posisi tegak lurus dengan arah datang nya sinar matahari, yaitu solar tracker statis. Pengambilan data hasil pengujian atau penelitian dilakukan secara langsung dengan menggunakan software GUI dan Data logger serta menggunakan alat berupa Anemometer, adapun data yang diteliti antara lain, intensitas cahaya matahari, tegangan, kuat arus, daya masuk, daya keluaran, kecepatan angin, temperatur dan efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa panel surya 100 Wp tidak dapat menghasilkan output daya normal (Efisiensi diatas 10%) jika intensitas cahaya matahari yang diterima dibawah 200 W/m2

Abstract

The current need for electrical energy sourced from fuel oil is increasingly running out and expensive. Anticipating future energy crises will require creativity from energy observers in finding alternative energy sources that can improve people's welfare. We get solar energy for free throughout the year with good intensity, one of which is because Indonesia's position is on the equator. To convert solar heat from the outside into electrical energy, several converter technologies such as solar panels are needed. Solar panels that are directly exposed to solar radiation can produce efficient electrical energy depending on the position of the incident light that hits the surface of the solar panel. Solar panels that can follow the direction of the radiation source at an angle of 90o to the surface of the solar panel must require a solar tracker. Solar tracker is a control circuit that is able to detect and follow the direction of the sun so that the solar panel is always perpendicular to the sun so that the light intensity received by the panel is optimal by adjusting the motor movement. The results of this study indicate a light intensity of 408.10 W/m2 at a wind speed of 1.08 m/s produces a current of 19.20 Volts with an efficiency level of 4.21% at the incoming energy (Pin) 279.05 and the outgoing energy ( Pout) 11.77 W.

Abstract

Composite is defined as a combination of two types of materials, namely matrix and reinforcement which have different properties. Composites have the advantage that they are resistant to corrosion and also have good strength and stiffness. This study aims to determine the tensile strength of mahogany fiber composites without alkali, with variations in fiber volume of 10%, 30%, 50%, and variations of mesh 30, 50, and 80. The reinforcing particles are made in powder form by means of a blender with a matrix. BQTN 157 EX polyester resin was used. The results showed that the highest tensile strength was found in the mesh 80 experiment of 43.07 MPa. This shows that the smaller the composite reinforcing particles, the greater the tensile strength. While the smallest tensile strength is at 10% fiber volume, namely 14.21 MPa. Tensile strength reaches its maximum at 30% fiber volume, which is 32.76 MPa. The addition of fiber volume to 50% actually lowers the tensile strength to 20.69 MPa.

Abstract

The experiment test was carried out to obtain the composition of the caloric quality needed to determine the water content and the mass amount of coffee beans when they were dried by utilizing the sun's heat. Heat transfer processes by convection, conduction and radiation play an important role in the drying process with heat quality. Ambient temperature data of 350C with a constant fan rotation speed of 1.0m/s. The duration of the test is 5 days where the initial sample weight is 5000gr with the final result being a water content of 12-15%, with a duration of testing per day for 10 hours starting at 08.00-18.00Wib. The final drying weight of coffee beans for 5 days is: 2500.21gr with an initial weight of 5000kg. The temperature difference around the box is 31,110C. heat weight to evaporate water content Qh= 65.6058.kJ. and the heat required in heating the Coffee beans is 72,839 kJ. The ability to dry 5000gr of coffee beans requires total heat: 138.43kJ with a drying box volume of 8.88m3.
