Abstract

Paradigma pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini cenderung menekankan pada pendidikan formal di sekolah, yang berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakseimbangan dalam pemahaman pendidikan secara keseluruhan.. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menyeimbangkan orientasi pendidikan antara formal dan non-formal untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara menyeluruh. Buku fiqih keseharian berfungsi sebagai panduan praktis dalam menjalankan ajaran Islam sehari-hari. Penggunaan teknologi barcode pada buku ini dapat mempermudah akses informasi tambahan seperti video penjelasan atau materi interaktif lainnya.. Tantangan utama dalam penerapan teknologi barcode di Desa Sidokaton adalah keterbatasan akses teknologi dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai cara memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut, sehingga perlu program pengabdian masyarakat, dengan menyelenggarakan bedah buku fiqih keseharian dengan menggunakan barcode di Desa Sidokaton. Adapun tujuan khusus dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman fiqih keseharian di kalangan masyarakat dan remaja dan Memperkenalkan teknologi sebagai alat pembelajaran. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah perangkat desa, ibu-ibu PKK, pengurus TPQ, tokoh masyarakat, karang taruna, Pengurus PRNU dan juga anggota IPNU/IPPNU setempat dengan jumlah peserta pelatihan ini berjumlah 33 orang, dilaksanakan di Balaidesa desa Sidokaton tanggal 23 Agustus 2024.. .Pendekatan edukatif digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa materi fiqh dapat dipahami dengan baik oleh peserta..Pendekatan partisipatif diterapkan untuk mendorong peserta lebih aktif terlibat dalam proses belajar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melipuyi beberapa tahapan yaitu identifikasi, perencanaan (persiapan bahan, menyusun materi persiapan kaegiatan) dan pelaksnaan kegiatan. Kegiatan Bedah Buku Fiqih Keseharian Berbasis Barcode ini memiliki dampak positif dalam sektor keagamaan, didasarkan pada meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat dan remaja mengenai pentingnya Fiqih dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, yang diukur melalui angket kepuasan peserta setelah mengikuti kegiatan tersebut.

Abstract

Village asset management is an essential component in supporting development and community services. However, manual practices often lead to limited access, data loss, and lack of transparency. This community service program aimed to modernize asset governance through the implementation of a web-based inventory system in Budugsidorejo Village. The main objective was to improve the efficiency of recording processes, provide accurate data, minimize risks of errors, and strengthen transparency for the community. The implementation process involved field analysis, system design, web application development, socialization with village officials, and training sessions to ensure optimal use of the system. The developed platform features asset data recording, centralized storage, tiered access rights, and automated reporting, all designed to support administrative and reporting needs. The results indicate that village officials are now able to manage inventory data more effectively and systematically, while reporting processes have become faster and easier. Furthermore, the community can access information more openly, which enhances public trust. The introduction of this system not only improves efficiency in asset management but also reinforces accountability and transparency of the village government as a foundation for sustainable development.

Abstract

Pukis cake is a traditional snack that is generally made from wheat flour. To reduce dependence on imported flour, mocaf is used as an alternative, along with purple sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) as a natural coloring agent that also increases nutritional value and visual appeal. This study aims to investigate the effect of adding purple sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) on the organoleptic properties of mocaf-based pukis cake, including color, aroma, taste, and texture. The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments: A1 (50 ml purple sweet potato), A2 (100 ml), and A3 (150 ml) per 500 ml of dough, each repeated three times. Data were analyzed descriptively and statistically using ANOVA, followed by the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test at the 5% level. Results showed that treatment A2 (100 ml purple sweet potato) yielded the best results with color values of 5.30, aroma 5.40, taste 5.40, and texture 5.25. The addition of 100 ml of purple sweet potato resulted in an attractive purple color, distinctive aroma, natural sweet taste, and soft texture that was significantly preferred by the panelists (p<0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of adding moringa leaf extract (Moringa oleifera) on the organoleptic characteristics of chicken sausages based on mocaf flour (Modified Cassava Flour). The research design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments: the addition of 5 gr (P1), 10 gr (P2), and 15 gr (P3) of moringa leaf extract, each with three replications. The research method used in this study was descriptive qualitative which was continued with ANOVA test and 5% BNT test. The results showed that treatment P2 (10 gr) produced the highest score on all organoleptic parameters. The color of the sausage looks more attractive, the aroma is fresher, the most preferred taste, and the texture is chewy and soft. Meanwhile, P3 produces a color that is too thick and the aroma tends to be unpleasant so it is less preferred. P1 showed quite good results but not optimal. Based on these results, the addition of 10 gr of moringa leaf extract is the best formulation to improve the sensory quality of mocaf chicken sausages and has the potential as an innovation in functional food products accepted by consumers.

Abstract

The utilization of organic waste as a raw material for liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) is an environmentally friendly alternative to support sustainable agriculture. Cassava peels contain simple carbohydrates and nutrients that can improve the quality of LOF and promote plant growth. This study aimed to determine the effect of adding cassava peels to vegetable waste-based LOF on the growth of water spinach (Ipomoea aquatica). The experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments: P0 (control), P1 (LOF + 10% cassava peels), P2 (LOF + 20% cassava peels), and P3 (LOF + 30% cassava peels), each replicated three times. Parameters observed included plant height, leaf number, leaf length, root length, fresh weight, and soil pH. Data were analyzed using ANOVA, followed by LSD test at a 5% significance level. Results showed that adding cassava peels improved plant growth, with P3 giving the best numerical results for most parameters, such as plant height (31.8 cm), leaf length (6.78 cm), and soil pH (8.20). Although not all parameters were significantly different, the overall trend indicated that LOF enriched with cassava peels could improve fertilizer quality and support the vegetative growth of water spinach. Abstract

Digital marketing training for digital immigrants is a challenge because you are dealing with people who were born before digital existed. This is different from digital natives, who have been using information and communication technology media since birth, such as smartphones and laptops. The service activity aims to introduce applicable digital marketing to digital immigrant community groups by using frequently used social media, namely Facebook. The material that has been delivered includes product photos, creating product descriptions, and uploading to Facebook. Participants are female forest farmers under the auspices of the Forest Village Community Institution (LMDH) "Sumber Pandan Makmur" located in Pandankrajan village, Kemlagi subdistrict, Mojokerto. The implementation methods used are lectures and practice. The training stages consist of a pre-test, lecture, practice and post-test. Participants' assessments use a scale between 1 and 9. The results of the implementation of service activities showed that the average pre-test score for activity participants is 4 out of 10, which means that people do not have sufficient insight into the training activities consisting of several stages, namely product photography, product descriptions, and uploading to Facebook social media. There was an increase at the end of the participant's post-test score, namely reaching 7.5 on a scale of 10, which means that participants had understood the material presented well and participants were able to practice photography, write descriptions and upload to Facebook social media. Based on the results of the paired T-test, it was stated that there was a significant difference between before and after participating in the training activities

Abstract

Melalui pelatihan pembuatan Alat Teknologi terbarukan yang bertemakan “Alat pengukur kesuburan tanah sederhana” diharapkan memberikan suatu inovasi kepada petani berupa alat pengukur kesuburan tanah sederhana. Juga untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman para petani terhadap inovasi terbarukan dalam mengefektifkan pekerjaan di bidang pertanian. Permasalahan petani di desa Jphowinong adalah menurunnya lahan produksi pertanian karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan informasi tentang tingkat kesuburan tanah pada lahan pertanian, kualitas sumber daya manusia serta pemahaman teknologi yang sangat rendah, sehingga para petani mengalami kesulitan untuk mengembangkan inovasi-inovasi terbarukan dalam pengukuran kesuburan tanah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat in menggunakan Service Learning (SL), diantaranya sosialisasi pelatihan pembuatan Teknologi alat tepat guna pengukuran kesuburan tanah sederhana dan tanya jawab dari berbagai peserta Gapoktan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan di rumah kepala dusun Johowinong desa Johowinong dengan di dampingi perangkat desa dan ketua kelompok serta dosen pendamping lapangan. dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 September 2023 dalam bentuk sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan melalui tatap muka secara langsung. Produk teknologi alat pengukur kesuburan tanah sederhana memiliki pengaruh dalam proses pekerjaan pertanian karena dapat memudahkan hasil pekerjaan para petani dalam pengelolahan budidaya tanaman jagung dan tebu agar mendapatkan hasil yang optimal, Keberlanjutan program ini perlu dikomunikasikan dan dikoordinaskan dengan pihak Desa dan Ketua Gapoktan desa Johowinong Kecamatan Mojoagung, sehingga dalam jangka waktu kedepannya kegiatan ini akan dilakukan melalui kegiatan pendampingan pembuatan alat pengukur kesuburan tanah sederhana.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di desa Johowinong kecamatan Mojoagumg Kabupaten Jombang, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan pengetahuan tentang teknologi tepat guna pengukuran suhu dan kelembaban tanah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2023 dengan menghadirkan Gapoktan dari desa Johowinong Mojoagung Jombnag. Jawa Timur. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi/tanya jawab, demonstrasi dan evaluasi untuk mengertahui kemampuan para petani dalam menerima pengetahuan teknologi tersebut . Kegiatan ini memperkenalkan alat sensor suhu dan kelembapan tanah, mencari komponen yang dibutuhkan yaitu NodeMCU ESP 8266, Soil Mosture Hygrometer Module (sensor kelembapan tanah), Sensor ds18b20 (sensor suhu tanah), mencari sampel tanah untuk menguji alat, dan aplikasi platform Blynk membantu menampilkan hasil pembacaan sensor Demonstrasi dilakukan kepada petani desa johowinong dan menjelaskan juga mengenai cara perancangan dan penggunaan alat, sehingga dapat membantu menampilkan hasil pembacaan sensor. Dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan pertanian serta memberdayakan petani dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru terkait teknologi. Dari hasil evaluasi setelah kegiatan hanya 2 peserta dari 12 peserta hadir yang sedikit mengetahui tentang teknologi dalam pertanian. Hal ini menunjukkan para peserta seminar sangat tertarik saat dilakukan demonstrasi dan tanya jawab, para petani membutuhkan informasi tentang cara menyuburkan tanah.

Abstract

In Sidokaton village, public street lighting still needs attention. The condition of street lighting that is sometimes forgotten to be turned on not only endangers the safety of residents but can also hinder economic and social activities. So, it is necessary to introduce and train the application of automatic tools for street lighting that are equipped with a timer using RTC (Real-Time Clock). This tool can be set to turn street lights on and off automatically according to a predetermined time, saving energy and ensuring optimal lighting every night. In this activity program, the target is the community and village government in Sidokaton Village. The implementation of the activity of implementing automatic street lighting technology with a timer using RTC was held at the Sidokaton Village Hall. This activity was attended by 33 participants, consisting of the community and village government officials on August 23, 2024. The implementation of the activity uses the Participatory Action Research method which aims to attract the enthusiasm of the community and the Sidokaton Village government. Community service activities in Sidokaton Village were carried out through several stages, namely coordination with partners (village officials and village communities), preparation of materials and implementation of community service activities through the application of automatic tools for street lighting equipped with a timer using RTC (Real-Time Clock). This activity succeeded in increasing the insight and creativity of the Sidokaton Village community in utilizing technology to improve their quality of life. The participants actively interacted with the speakers and showed a high interest in implementing this technology in their village. The design of an automatic street lighting tool with a timer using RTC is expected to be implemented independently by the village community in the future.

Abstract

Kue bolu kukus umumya adalah kue yang berbahan dasar tepung terigu yang pengolahannya dengan cara dikukus. Untuk mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap pemanfaatan tepung terigu, maka harus ada bahan alternatif pengganti umbi-umbian lokal, salah satunya adalah umbi uwi (Dioscorea alata). Tepung uwi sebagai subtitusi tepung terigu pada pembuatan kue bolu diharapkan dapat memperoleh kue bolu yang baik dan disukai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor dengan perbandingan konsentrasi tepung uwi sebagai subtitusi tepung terigu yang terdiri dari enam perlakuan, yaitu A (100%:0), B (80%:20%), C (60%:40%), D (40%:60%) E (20%:80%), F (100%:0). Penghimpunan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode daftar pertanyaan kepada 9 panelis dengan 3 kali ulangan untuk setiap sampel. Data hasil kuesioner akan diubah dalam bentuk scoring dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis varians (ANOVA) dengan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) dengan taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kue bolu dari 6 perlakuan dari uji organoleptik warna, aroma, kegurihan, dan kemanisan mendapatkan nilai sama rata dari hasil pengujian panelis, kecuali pada tekstur. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perlakuan yang menggunakan tepung uwi lebih banyak maka hasil yang didapat akan semakin kurang bagus menurut panelis.
