Abstract

Raw material inventory management is very important to be carried out by companies in the process of production activities. The importance of inventory management is also used to address the causes of stock outages and waste of company funding sources. So that further analysis is required by using methods related to inventory management. In addition to further analysis, a computerized system is also needed that can manage raw material inventory management so that it can process automatically and is judged to be more effective. The method used in the study uses the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Just-in-Time (JIT) methods. Both methods were chosen because they are more suitable to be applied in a company problem, especially in the matter of raw material inventory management. Of the two methods will be carried out a comparison process to find out which method is more effective when used. The results of this study are computerized systems used to determine raw material inventories by the EOQ and JIT methods. From the results of the calculation of the two methods, the final result of the JIT method is Rp. 3.654.495, while the EOQ method obtained a value of Rp. 6.603.181. By looking at the values generated by the two methods, it can be concluded that the JIT method is more efficient than the EOQ method. Keywords: EOQ, JIT, Raw material inventory

Abstract

Archiving files and searching files that are still using manual or not computerized methods. The purpose of this research is to create a website-based filing system that has a file search feature with a fast and accurate time of the many files that have been archived. To find files quickly and accurately from a lot of data, we need an algorithm, the binary searching algorithm. This algorithm is a search algorithm that can search for files in a fast time and has a lighter amount of computing. From the results of testing the search speed using a binary search algorithm, the data search speed test is 100 document archive data, with the name of the data sought is population data. Searching using an algorithm has a time of 148 / ms while searching without using an algorithm is 799 / ms. Abstract

The closest school determination to visitation of assessors is a step made to facilitate the assessors to implement school accreditation. School Accreditation is an effort to improve the quality of National Education. The provincial school accreditation body or Madrasah (BAP-S/M) conducts recruitment of assessors and is divided by a number of places or regions to perform visitation. The Research aims to design a nearby school-based website determination System and implement the K-means method for such systems. This method is used to group the data by specifying the number of clusters or previous groups, calculating the centroid Center and grouping the data that has the similarity of variables. This method calculation generates multiple iterations that have cluster values. Of these iterations used the least number of cluster values to determine the group of schools within one province. The result of this research is a nearby school determination information system for the visitation of assessors. The testing of this system was conducted at the school in the province of East Java with the coordinate point as a variable of latitude and longitude coordinates. From the test results with 20 school data data into 3 clusters, obtained the result of cluster 1 with the coordinate center point (-7,213605, 112,769658) amounting to 8 schools, cluster 2 with the coordinate center point (-7,202459, 112,636323) amounting to 7 school and cluster 3 with coordinate center point (-7,249299, 112,636909) amounting to 5 schools. Abstract

Sales forecasting is a program to forecast future sales based on historical data that aims to reduce the excess in producing goods. This research was conducted at the company CV. Surya Kencana Food, Jln. Brigadier General Kretarto No 189 Jombang 61413, Jombang District, Jombang Regency. In selling goods, the company has difficulty estimating how many sales for the next month, resulting in the company producing goods in excess that are not in accordance with market demand, which results in companies experiencing losses. This study aims to build a computerized system that can help the process of selling goods that can help companies in selling goods in the next month based on historical data. In action research. This research method which consists of four stages consisting of: planning, action, observation and reflection, with the calculation process using the Fuzzt Time Series (FTS) method that uses calculations based on historical data. The results of this study are in the form of a decision support system which is expected to help the company in predicting (predicting) sales of Gerry products in the following month. In the calculation process, forecasting accuracy is done using MAPE to test how accurate the forecasting is. Results of forecasting in December 2019, namely: 13817 with a MAPE value of 9.46%. Abstract

Fertilizer production activities require planning an adequate supply of raw materials to meet production needs so as not to experience shortages and excess stocks of raw materials. This research was conducted in the warehouse CV. Sambong Margo Utomo who experienced problems in the stock of raw material supplies due to the limited storage space they had and the data processing was still manual. The objectives to be achieved in this research are (1) To design an information system for the supply of raw materials for dolomite and calcium fertilizers (2) To build inventory system software using Material Requirement Planning (MRP) (3) To implement Material Requirement Planning (MRP) in planning the need for raw materials for fertilizer in CV. Sambong Margo Utomo. The results of this study, namely the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method can be applied to an information system for the supply of raw materials for dolomite and calcium fertilizers in CV. Sambong Margo Utomo and testing of raw material inventory planning in January 2018 - December 2018 resulted in the frequency of orders, inventory costs and safety stock for each raw material. Abstract

Game-based learning is a learning model that is often applied to students so that students can learn while playing games. In this research, the learning model especially the learning To Be in English is applied to help Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students compose sentences connecting the subject and predicate in English. Game-based learning are applied with the adventure game genre to be used for interesting learning model and make students more diligent and concentrate in completing the existing tasks, so that it is expected to increase students' interest and motivation to learn. This research uses a Multiplicative Random Number Generator in randomizing the questions in the game in order to produce different questions between users by using five different types of parameters. The result of this research is the Pandai To Be Adventure Game with Android-based. The application of the Multiplicative Random Number Generator algorithm in the game can run well. This is evidenced by the game's success in randomizing the questions that arise every time it is played. Even though the question bank is sequential, when the Pandai To Be Adventure Game is played, it will display a variety of question displays. Abstract

The control system is an integrated part of today's modern life system. For example: room temperature control,washing machines, robots, airplanes, and so on. In the era of analog technology development, electrical devices aregenerally controlled manually by the user. Someone has to turn on and off the switch directly connected to the electricaldevice. Sometimes, there are some electrical devices that are found still alive when not in use, this can be caused by theuser's negligence to turn off these electrical devices. If there are quite a number of electrical devices in a house, it willbe very ineffective and inconvenient to manually turn off and on these electrical devices. To overcome this problem, acontrol system or smart home is proposed where the system is expected to be time efficient and minimize electricitywastage. The research method that will be used is the R&D method, namely developing products and validating theseproducts so that they become new products that meet needs. The new product is developed through systematicprocedures and field trials so that it meets certain quality criteria or standards, effectiveness and efficiency. In thisresearch using NodeMCU and ralay to store data and manage several commands that have been stored into NodeMCUthen commands are given to relays whose job is to connect and disconnect electric currents, for control devices coupledwith light sensors. To control the tool using Google Home, from the test results it was found that the NodeMCU, therelay and the light sensor were running according to the command.Key Words : Smart Home, Internet Of Things (IoT), Light Sensor

Abstract

CV Soerya Com is a business providing printer services, laptop services, computer services and toner refills. Problems often arise when forecasting the number of toner refills in each period, because calculating toner inventory often results in a shortage or excess of toner. In this business location problem, an information system for forecasting the number of toner refills is needed. The method used in this research is the Weighted Moving Average method, namely to predict the future and each data is given a different weight from the previous data. Data generated from observations is from January 2018 to September 2023. Application using the Weighted Moving Average method (3 months) in October 2023 is 15 pcs. From the test results for the number of toner refills, the MAD, MSE and MAPE error values were 5.43, 42.50 and 36.02%. The results of the MAPE forecasting accuracy level are moderate, namely with a value of 36.02%. Keywords: Forecasting, Weighted Moving Average, MAD, MSE and MAPE.

Abstract

A house is an essential element in meeting the needs of life as a shelter for every resident. KabupatenMojokerto is a region with the potential for population growth, thus increasing the demand for housing.Currently, there are many housing developments in Kabupaten Mojokerto with various criteria, making itdifficult for prospective buyers to decide on a house that meets their needs. To address this issue, theresearcher provides a solution to help determine the right choice of subsidized housing using a DecisionSupport System (DSS). A DSS is a tool used to assist in the decision-making process by analyzing data,applying criteria, and providing appropriate alternative recommendations. In implementing this DSS, theresearcher uses the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method forthe decision-making process. This research aims to design and implement an effective DSS and apply theTOPSIS method in the decision-making process. The result of this research is a web-based application. Theresearch findings show that the system can provide accurate recommendations in line with userpreferences. The developed DSS is expected to assist local governments and property developers inunderstanding and meeting the community's needs for subsidized housing, thereby enhancing theeffectiveness of the subsidized housing program in Mojokerto Regency.Keywords: DSS, TOPSIS, Housing, Mojokerto.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of Virtual Reality (VR) technology as a promotional medium fortourism in Bawean Island. The research aims to assess how VR can enhance tourist experiences andattract more visitors. The methodology employed is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Theresults indicate that both TAM variables significantly contribute to user acceptance and satisfactionwith VR as a promotional tool. The findings suggest that integrating richer and more interactive VRcontent can enhance its effectiveness as a tourism promotion tool.Keyword: Virtual Reality, Technology Acceptance Model, tourism, Bawean Island, tourism promotion.
